In ground floor Bone related treatment consultant and his wife is in 1st floor and is Genaral surgeon.
2nd floor has wards and bathroom/Washroom facilities.
Hospital is well maianted and is clean.

I had very good experience at Citi hospital. First thing is they have maintained hospital very clean and they have made every easy process flow for admission and discharge. Finally doctors, management and other staff is very helpful and very professionally they will provide service.

The treatment here is tremendous, one can rely fully on the Doctors here, Naaz madam is very generous person so as Saliya sir as well.we got so attached to the Doctors here that now my whole family is consulting since 5 years.would surely recommend everyone to this hospital.the staff is very friendly too.

Iam dr shivaprasad. B from bangalore, during the trip to tungabhadra dam and park, my son sustained injury due to fall to left leg over knee, a cut wound was present, mild bleeding was there and we did cloth bandage. That was on sunday 8pm. We took to citi hospital, there doctor and nurses taken care my child well. Under aseptic precautions, stappler stitching was done.we are grateful to the citi hospital team for the care and hospitality. Clean and well maintained hospital. Kudos to dr Naaz and team.

Doctor prefer explaining in detail which is actually helps to keep anxiety aside (this is actually cool and much needed for patients). Kind and helpful reception executives.

Good doctors but Worst staff i have seen so far. In my experience post surgery care was hopeless, nurses and other staff demanded money from patient, not available to address patient's request and queries. Behavior was highly unprofessional and unethical. Hospital maintenance especially cleanliness is way low standard for a private hospital.
