Citi hospital provides one of the best patient care, as they have very experienced & specialised doctors. They give at most importance for patient well being!

Horrible service.the nurses are very rude, not at all helpful. We call them for an emergency and they come after a series of follow-up.doctors don't take any accountability at all.

One of the most pathetic hospitals with poor patient management system. My appointment was at 12: 30 and I got a chance to meet the doctor at 3 pm. If your condition is very serious I advise go to some big hospital as the staff members lack empathy and they do not provide a sort of help.

Very lack of interest towards the patients here. They take more than the usual time to see the patients. Zero percent care here for patients. I strongly recommend you people not to visit this hospital if any emergency. There is no other option so I gave one star orelse they are not fit for this one star also. Very rude behaviour from the staffs here, they treat patients according to their comforts. IF MANAGEMENT DOESN’T TAKE CARE ABOUT THESE BEHAVIOURS THEN THEY WILL REGRET FOR THAT IN FUTURE.

The doctors and the nurses are extremely professional and helpful at any time. The wards are cleaned multiple times a day and kept hygienic. Prices are very reasonable too. Overall a very good hospital.

It was difficult to find good hospital, doctors, and staff during my last 20 years stay in this commercial city like Bangalore! Fortunately, was directed by a senior doctor to get admitted to CITI hospital due to emergency in 2017 – 2019 for ACL and diagnostic arthroscopy.
Initially my family was reluctant as we had never heard about CITI hospital. But we were really surprised with the kind of service and the hospitality by the Staff. Post-surgery directions were given to me until I was able to walk independently which is not true in case of any other hospitals in Bangalore. Also, the charges are minimal without any hype compared to corporate hospitals in the city.

Also, my mother was admitted in 2018 for Nasal correction even though it was Sunday we got response from the Doctor.

Recently my brother-in-law & his brother were tested COVID +ve they recovered within a span of 3 to 4 days and they are doing good post COVID without any complications.

I worst hospital useless management, had been to citi hospital to consult orthopaedic doctor there's no consultation room here were all the doctor will be practicing in one more for dressing, emergency case, new patients follow up patients everyone will be treated in same as government hospitals

True by its name, Its a Multispeciality hospital and most importantly very friendly and soft spoken staff. Best part is Doctor's support.they fill confidence and ensure only ask for relavant test and not just for sake.

The worst hospital i havent seen in bangalore i came with my wife for an consultant to evaluate she felt back pain last 2days, Not even one person will communicate with the genuine way for those who are waiting
This is my first and worst review about this hosital

I have been touch with this hospital from the beging, it was established in 2002, all the doctors are giving good service to people with lots of love and carring, i am observing from the begining to now is doctors love and carring on people, its superb, there is nothing or not even mustord changes in carring, service and seeing the people with love, they are very down to earth persons espesally Dr Babu Bajanthri, Dr Shivadath and Dr Devraj, thease three people are blessed from the god to give their heartfull service to people, when ever we go for treetment or any checkup or anything else, their love and carring is amazing, when you here, you feel like you are in your home i wish to all of them is your service, carring, attentions, observations and love on people will continue, once agin i heartfull thanks to Dr Shivadath, DrDevraj and Dr Babu Bajanthri Sir
