City Central Hospital

The worst experience I had. They don't know how to give basic first aid to accident patients. No one offers to help unless asked multiple times. Doctors are either not there or sitting at one place. I had a fracture and it was very painful. But the person who took the x-ray said there was no fracture. I had to repeatedly ask for arm pouch to the nurses but they tied a thin dressing (used to dress wounds) as an arm sling. I had open wounds and bruises all over my body but they did not even apply ointment to it. A nurse used 1cm piece of gauze to clean those wounds. I had to roam around to pharmacy and billing desk with open wounds with no one to guide. My family members had head injuries. The dressing they tied to one of my family member's head, came out within an hour. Shows their skills. Had to ask for ice pack to reduce forehead swelling. It was like performing self treatment. No bed was given either. But the payment taken was huge. Very unprofessional. It's a shame to call them health professionals. Regret going there.

Hospital is very bad and the one person who is handling insurance claims der is very worst he even don't know how to talk to patients such a idiotic behavior I have ever seen.he should be removed first and even Pharmacy was also same not customer or patient friendly

Worst hospital ever have seen in my life. If anyone care for ur baby I request u pls never take ur baby there. Worst hospitality.

They only looking for money, I have admitted my father, and doctor don't even see how's the pain nothing response he said I have to go now I have OPD after re visiting. We spent so much money but doctor if not giving time no point of going to this hospital very bad experience

Doctors are very good. That's only advantage.

Disadvantages are

1. Horrible staff. All the housekeeping are money minded. They just want to pull money from you.
Even if they clean the bedsheets or clean the floor they will stand near door and beg for money

2. This is headquarters for mosquitoes. Unlimited mosquitoes here. Get free diseases here. Get treatment here only.

3. We opted for special ward. It's literally 3rd class maintenance. 4000 rupees per night for horrible room smell, unhygienic bedsheets, terrible windows. Mosquitoes all over place.

Some people have given 5 star rating but they are all brokers of hospital for sure

Front desk have no clue about anything other than billing. Worst service they don't know doctor arrival time, no special wards, badly maintained rooms

Worst hospital, worst staff, worst doctors, worst management, worst treatment. They don't want patients recovery, they want only money. Third class hospital sham.
