Dr. Anupama shetty mam really good and polite the way of positive speech. She admired me and sisters also so good the way of taking care the patient and the baby everything was excellent. Dr. Anupama mam is like angel for me. Because she gave real angel without any problem in my life.

Worst experience of staff and doctors never ever i segust to this clinic for anyone.staff behaviour is very route and bad even they not allowed to see for husband and relatives also

I have consultant Dr. Anupama Shetty, from Madiwala Maruthi Nagar city clinic, a very bad experience I have recieved from the doctor. Worst service, Please never suggest this clinic for anyone. It's just a money maker clinic.

Doctor response is very bad for me and she is not well pasence, so many people are there know that time she I'll not respond all the questions and no clarity at all totally i don't like that clinic and doctors i don't suggest anyone this clinic

I can only share the good thing about doctors of this clinic, other staffs are very rude, they don't have patience to talk properly, Main thing I absorbed in the reception that they are keeping the tocken in syringe Needle. It's a safety issue.

They don't value patients time. They are providing chits at 10 AM and the DOCTOR comes only at 11AM. After taking the chit we shouldn't go out of the hospital. Unfortunately if you 10 number chit you have wait 2 hours in hospital. Why they don't collect the amount at the time of chits provided and patients to go out freely. Dr Anupuma Shetty is a good doctor this process makes frustrating. We goto hospital only because of Dr Anupuma Shetty.

Doctor is good overallm they treat the patients very good but this nurse r the worst they dont have humanity towards people. I went for the check up and I pleased the nurse for sending me to inside the room to meet the doctor but the nurse denied and didn't sent me inside inspite of me telling i hav a 2months old baby! Strtict action should b taken for the nurse who sits at the reception and show some humanity towards the people. Nurse are the worst in this hospital

Pls don't go here. Dr.anupama Shetty has no patience to listen to the patients.they are money minded people.at a time she tries to consult two patients.she doesn't even listen to our problems.

I just loved the hospital staff they are very polite and very responsible on patients.pediatrician was neatly explaining with very patiently.there no words for Anupama sheetty madam she giving good treatment with reasonable fee. I definitely recommend every pregnant women

Consulting the Abhijit sir for my kid for the past 2 years. He is giving a proper medicine for the illness. The way he explained is too good and best doctor in Madiwala.

Excellent hospital, coming here for the past 20 years, the doctors are very experienced, all the staffs are very friendly, one of the best hospitals in bangalore without a doubt.

From day one to till delivery date all the check up has done in her clinic and it was normal. But at the last moment she said need to do operation c section and ask to pay 65k without trying.
We denied operation and went to government hospital they tried and next morning it was normal delivery.

Don't get scared if she make patient to scared.be cool and consult in other hospital or govt hospital.

The staff is very rude.they don't even let patient to meet doctor, especially receptionist is very bad and having lots of attitude.

I visited the hospital when I was 8 months pregnant by my friend's referral Dr. Was polite and caring at the time consultation, she had asked me to visit on 24th Oct 2019 I didn't had any pain before going to the hospital she checked me internally only then I had water break but she told I had water break before I visited.when I was in labour pain they treated me very badly specially nurse was very rude, they didn't allow me to talk to my husband and mom, they don't give cloths for patient, and every small thing u must get from home even the cloth to clean the baby after birth, they will ask us to walk immediately from labour room to ward no stretcher facility also.

They r very money minded. V had paid 30k at the time of admission itself at the time of discharge receptionist didn't allow me to meet the doctor with out paying balance 5000 RS

They will also not give any records like which medicine they use while delivery, and also the medicine when they give when v r in the hospital for 2 day. I had very bad pain on the stitches I asked her to prescribe pain relief injection which the nurce use to inject me during the stay, since I had to travel for 20kms she told me to come to hospital if u have pain v will not prescribe.

I would not recommend Citi clinic to any one main reason is the behavior of nurse is very rude this is because of doctors support.

Doctors are very good. But staffs responsibilities was very Petantic. Improve the new technology like a computerized

Doctor Anupama sheety was very nice and experienced doctor speaking polite and soft but the biggest problem was nurse they don't know anything they don't know to put injection and how to speak with the patients always speaking very rude.

I have visited this clinic twice.the doctor was really good experienced and friendly.but the staffs were very rude and don't know how to behave with people especially a nurse who looked around 40 yrs was very rude. I was having fever and my token No. Was 15. And the one went for consulting was no. 8 I just went out because I was feeling suffocate. It was just 15min or so the token no. Was 16. And seriously I was feeling very much dizzy still that nurse let me in after 25th token.like she was taking some revenge on me for being late. Even after seeing my condition.

Have visited this clinic couple of times for my daughter. Paediatric Doctor is knowledgeable, have much patience and educate parents properly on the disease and on the medication course. Doctor is available till 9: 00 pm and this is a blessing for working professionals. Other staffs- nurse and reception don't care patients properly and are bit hesitant to attend and answer queries. Can see much rush in this clinic during weekends and daily afternoon.

My mom used to visit this hospital for all her health issues she had. But for the first tym i had visited this hospital thinking that after all its a good hospital my mom used to visit it. But the way doctor respond to me for one small questions was very very bad. Never gonna suggest this hospital to any of my frnds. Worst experience

Some of nurses hv no respect to speak to the people.they speak harsh.especially that receptiontist gal. Doc is good.

Worst behaviour i have ever seen in my life. Sister who tuck for blood test she is for worest then anyone.she don't know how to behave also.she more than 45 years but no common sense.

I took my mom for some issues with reference from one of our family friend. Hospital is very nice in terms of cost and clean. Apart from that nothing is worth, receptionists so far who thinks that they are models- need to learn decepline on how to behave with patients. Just because we asked where to get a token wouldn't have been a reaosn for them to laugh for continuous 15mins. If a person / patient is visiting the hospital for first time it's your duty to respond to them properly. Doctor is the best part, please try to learn some patience when you are speaking to patients. Overall worst and never gonna try again! If someone is more concerned about self respect are not advised here. We have better doctors available in the city.

I have never seen such rude staff ever in my life. The doctors were so rude, and doesn't talk to patients the way they should be doing. I had the misfortune of taking a patient who was completely drained because of vomiting. The doc gave a shot for vomiting and the next step is discharge. I requested them to do something to do something to overcome the fluid loss, but the doc says that nothing more could be done. These guys don't deserve that white coat. On enquiring what is the diagnosis, she talked as thou she is the first and last medic in the entire universe. IIgot the discharge done, took the patient to another nearby hospital. The duty doctor put the patient on IV fluid infusion, andasheswas fine in another 1 hour. Guys, please avoid this hospital to save your time and for your mental peace.

Worst experience. They won't let husband to part of the consuling their wife. Saw a guy with some blood report he was requesting the Receptionist to let him meet the doctor since his wife is unwell to come to the clinic he was not at all allowed to meet and he went back.
And doctor doesn't explain the prescription and the purpose of the medicine.
Not recommend.
