Worst experience.never order from this website.extremely unprofessional.they are charging in name of same day delivery.but never delivered.they don't reply to email also and phone number is not reachable always.first and last time i am using this.they don't have order cancellation option as well.please please please never order from this website.feel really cheated.no communication nothing worst.

Pathetic service. They claim money for undelivered stuffs. Totally a fraud money scam. I urge ppl not to order anything and waste there hard earned money.

I ordered a combo of bouquet and fruit basket on my wife's birthday and booked through cityflowers. The stuff delivered, actually surprised me which includes rotten fruits and discarded flowers. When I shared my feedback with photos, still they were asking for phottographs.
No one had Courtney to call me for the feedback in spite of sharing the details. They are traders who pass on the orders to the vendors and not bothered about customer service.
If anyone wants to order please see the uploaded picture virtual and actual. I am sure no one wants to waste your hard earned money.
My recommendation is not to use city flowers at all.

Worst Experience with City flowers - I don't have option to give less than this.
1st - not delivered on time (Even till now, even after 1 day)

2nd - waiting more than 18 min in the customer care

3rd - Customer care guy is so rude, not in conveyancing mode

Representative was rude. Ineffecient website. Allows you to select date n time n paid 288 for specific slot) n then send email that it will be delay. In email it was written that at the time of checkout it was informed. I have all the screenshot it was no where written. N then they refuse to refund. Still didn't deliver

Dont order from this site totally scam and call center center rude. I ordered today and they promised to deliver by 8pm but not happens and their service till 9pm and exactly pm I got message from their computer that my phone was not reachable which is absolutely excuse. I have miss I was in full network and I have miss call alert too.sharp 9pm again I called their customer and request them to give delivery guy number and if its really he is facing problem to call me then send message and they promise they will call me in 5 minutes but nobody call me. WORST SERVICE DONT USE THIS SITE

It is a total scam. Please don't order from this website. You can go ahead and order from their website if you want to pay for nothing. Such a worthless and untrustworthy service. They just play around with your time and emotions. They don't care about the ocassion you're celebrating and instead they will just ruin it for you. Not worth the money one bit. Pay 2000 rupees to get flowers and cake altogether worth around 300 rupees. Cheap service indeed. Don't let them deceive you.

Third class service for third class people. Incompetent customer service and useless people who run this poor quality service. They are a fraud, never ever purchase flowers from here.
