I felt The hearing aids were very expensive and post trial my father didn't find anything better than existing hearing aid to justify the higher price. Also their behaviour changed once they got to know we aren't buying. They also charged heavy money on some lab service towards fine tuning existing hearing aid - but in reality there was no improvement in the hearing aid so can't be sure if any lab work was done but we were charged!

You have a very welcoming team. Rashmi mam made me feel at home. It was amazing to watch her work with patience and persistence with each and every child. Observing SLT, OT and Behaviour therapist has given me a comprehensive understanding of how therapy works. Thank you ever so much for giving me this opportunity in your clinic.

The best Hearing aid centre in the city. My grandmother was actually suffering from hearing loss in the left ear. The tests were conducted well, and also the Hearing Aid which Dr. Praveen chose for her, she is pretty happy and satisfied. They are really helping her to listen clearly to sounds and our voices when we speak.
I definitely recommend everyone to reach out to him in case if you are suffering from any issues related to hearing.

Dr Praveen sir clearly explained the current technologies in hearing aids and advancements in sensori neural hearing loss.expertise and knowledge of Praveen sir is and explained usage of hearing aids and various options very well. City hearing aids highly recommended for for better understanding of hearing problem and to get the best solution available.i have been known to have auditory neuropathy since last 10 years and it was diagnosed by Dr Praveen when he was in nimhans. Since then I am following up with him. Even though the hearing aids are not of much helpful in my conditions it as ascertained systematically with his clinical expertise. The audiologist Dr Jemima patiently explained how the device worked and helped configure the phonak device for my father. The place is a bit cramped and could have been spacious but otherwise satisfied with the service.

Real horrible experience during service. Front office is the most hopeless & treat customers at their will & do not have basic common sense, to search for the customer information from their database. Have to visit multiple times for their idiocity.
Arrogance & ignorance by those maintaining the front desk would make this place a s**t if the same happens further

I HAVE KNOWN DR. PRAVEEN KUMAR FROM LAST 20 YEARS. HE IS BEST QUALIFIED AUDIOLOGIST AND SPEECH THERAPIST IN THE CITY. I AM RECEIVING HEARING AID AND SERVICES FOR LAST 4 YEARS FROM HIM HE IS WELL QUALIFIED AND WELL TRAVELED IN THE COUNTRY AND EUROPE. HE HAS EXPERIENCE IN TREATING PATIENTS ACROSS THE GLOBE.

We have visited there to consult doctor for my uncle, they have checked and suggested to buy hearing aid, and we brought hearing aid, and its much expensive.now already 6 months gone, we have faced problem with device twice in 6 months, already got serviced, this time they told it will take more than a week to get serviced device, we offer that to give new device because it is under warrenty and its alredy faulty device and serviced device.but they are not ready to give new one, and or not ready to give alternate device till old device get serviced.
And we are trying to get update about device which is given to service, by phone, they are not picking the call, and after make call somany times call will not connected.we are trying from last three days we are not getting information about the device.clinic is open but they are not reciving the call and after sometimes call will not coonected, if they are doing like this how can we get proper inforamtion and treatment also.personally, i feel that this is the worst clinic i have ever seen.

I purchased my first hearing aids one year ago. Dr Praveen was recommended by my audiologist for my type of lifestyle. Though they were definitely expensive they have been absolutely wonderful.rechargabel so I don't need to mess with batteries, easy to clean and best hearing experience with no feedback And no one can even see them! Worth it in so many ways!

I hav hearing aids fitted by an experienced audiologist and been very satisfied with the product and service tried a couple of small independent expensive Audiologists previously. So I think it's good to shop around unless the cost is not prohibitive

The worst treatment that i ever recieved.they are spo bloody money minded for a simple service they charge too much

We had given up on hearing aids for my home-bound mother after trying several others. As a last attempt, we picked City Hearing Aids because they make home visits. Today my mother spent two hours listening to Carnatic music - something she has not been able to do for 3 years. The entire family is looking forward to having face-to-face conversations with her, after 3 years of communicating by writing notes. Kudos to Dr. Praveen and his team - for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Dr. Praveen's patience through this process is to be commended.
