Service is very good.washing and polishing has done perfectly I'm fully stasified.manager and staffs are very friendly highly recommend to city wheels

It's not recommended. Better try somewhere bcoz i have given splendor plus bike they changed only engine oil and they billed 1591/- but they took 1930/- i asked y ur taking this much they told me it's a extra items sir we don't have this items so brought outside and kept sir. They didn't do proper water service and oil service also. They are telling come next week sir we will do Oil service. I'm very disappointed.

Gave splendor bike for service. Not a recommended one.
1. Response is very slow, not even cleaned the bike even though I got a call to pickup the bike.
2. Billing is done but parts are not changed till i informed them

Thanks for the reply. I do servicin of my 2 wheeler here siince 2015. Never I got satisfied result but I did not have other option near by.
Last month I gave my 2 wheeler for servicing and not at all satisfied with the service and decided never going to visit this service centre. Here are my observations.
1. Technician did not fix ang issue I had mentioned while giving the 2 wheeler for servicing. I felt other than washing no other wok had done.
2. Technicians not cordial and not cooperating each other. Jr technician asking some help and others r not listening and no help provided.
3. While getting the delivery, post servicing I had to wait for hours since they had to correct the issues that time.
4. Some issues not fixed, when I reported they told spare part not available. Visited 2 times after the servicing, still they say spares not available.

I still see the issues on my vehicle and did not feel the serving helped. It was just wastage of money and time.:)

I gave my bike for 2nd service it is not properly serviced they dint sort one small problem that was in my bike they have used my bike for 35kms, they took 6hrs for service but they dint do properly now I am facing other issues. Moreover I feel it's not a authorised service center it's like a local garage the staff working there is not trained they dint wash my bike properly after taking 6hrs also. Finally wort experience

Good place for hero bikes services and to buy a new one. It is a hero motors showroom with all types of bikes present in plenty of quantity. It takes time when you want your bike to get service because a lot of bikes come here for service. But at all it's a good place.

Best Service place to two wheeler and genuine part used and top quality engine oil is used
Not proper place for rest while your vehicle repairing and not any proper washroom is here

Owner, Manager, Service Engg, Receptionist and Mechanics - all are always at your service in a polite way with smiling face.pricing is very genuine. New Location is comfortable. I will always prefer to get servicing of my two wheeler from them as long as they maintain present quality.

I booked a hero x pulse 200 during last week of December and requested for delivery in January 1st week and today I got delivery of the bike the whole process of purchase was smooth and hassle free would recommend this dealer in Bangalore for purchase and maintenance of all hero products.

Over price and every time whenever you are giving for bike service they will say this item has damaged and this part has yo be changed.

I visit them for service of my 2 wheeler for thr past many years. I have been very satisfied with thr kind of service they have been providing. Would recommend to all. Do get in touch with them for all your needs

My scooter maestro done 26,700kms 7years old and periodically servicing done only in this service center. No other mechanics allowed to repair this scooter.when vehicle was new 5 to 6 years it was running good. After that I had to go to this service center 2 or 3 times after every periodic service. This time 5 times I went there still my scooter giving trouble.
I am having all the service done boils from first service. To 26,000 kms he has changed wheel hub, spark plug. Choke cable, break shoose, But vehicle giving trouble.fuel suppIy hose etc.scooter was giving easily giving mileage 216 kms for full tank fuel to 5 ltr.still fuel will not be empty. I am going to give complaints to Her motor Corp. With all service details.

Worst Service Ever! I am giving my bike for servicing since last 3 to 4 times here! My bike's handle was shaking too much! Everytime they just told there's no issue and charged heavily! Even this time! Just now I took my bike to some other service place for handle correction after getting service done here! Now it's alright! The service guy there asked about the place where I gave my bike for service and he told it's basic thing and the one who services is dumb! Seriously for almost 9 months to 1 year! They couldn't solve the issue! Worst ever servicing point! 0 Stars!

I have left my vehicle for service for many showroom.but milage problem, s was there.but once I left in city show room.the service was perfect.and milage was good.

Worst Service center. They dont do services to vehicle, Instead they damage the vehicle and give it to you. You will be forced to shell out more money. This has happened to me twice. Be Aware you give services here!

The service is really good. My vehicle was not getting started and asked them to just fix that. But they informed me and said that it needs a battery replacement and they did that and in addition to that they cleaned the vehicle as the my vehicle looked brand new. The staffs are very friendly and they listen to your problems post service also.

My suggestion is please don't go for servicing i don't know about sales.i asked for engine oil leaking check and speedometer cable and engine oil change after the servicing they gave a bill of 1231/-
without my permission they did the general servicing also and that to the given bill is without speedometer cable and actually i went to that servicing center for speedometer cable only and finally i have taken cable from outside.don't prefer this servicing center for bike service.

Please do not go to City Wheels, they are sub dealers or Bhagat motors. They dont know anything. 1. For me they sold 2018 vehicle saying 2019 model.
2. Then when the mileage issue came, they could not do anything, as they dont have expert mechanics with them.
3. When I gave for service they broke the storage cabin
4. If we tell any vehicle complaints they dont even check them, and tells to come 10times if there is any issue.
My advice to all who wants to purchase HERO 2 wheeler, go to the main dealer in the city.
If we want to end up in problems and want to fight with them all the time, then only choose this place.

Had a great experience there. Recently got my bike service done. There were some issues with the vehicle. They took it seriously and cleared it. I am really happy with and their cooperation.

These people changes vehicle parts and setting into another vehicle. My vehicle issue got resolved by replacing other vehicles part. Please be aware as after servicing we can not check internal vehicle parts.

Poor and unskilled mechanics. Servicing charges are high with almost no service done properly. City Wheels is enjoying the monopoly. I won't recommend to anyone.

Looks like 3,4 and 5 stars in reviews are managed by showroom people.
