It's okay okay. Not at all worthy. Not many games and maybe you can chill out by roaming around the campus.

Basic infrastructure. Access road is not good at night. Food is OK but nothing great. Feels like a abandoned resort

Good place for a relaxing outing. The way to the resort has changed a lot during last few years. Earlier it was through a village with the broken roads and now it's smooth movement once you take turn near Signal on the airport road. They have renovated the whole place. Good decor, games, food and swimming pool. There are a few water rides as well which were not functional when we went there. It was a weekday. I am sure weekend would be fun. Overall a good place to break weekday job life and recharge yourself.

The rooms and the property was super. I believe the service could have been improved here. Sometimes we had to call the helpline multiple times for simple requirements. The additional services that we had paid for was provided only after follow-ups.

When asked the people who work there apparently no one knows where to guide them. Not a very pleasant experience

We had our wedding at this location and it has been a great experience for all due to the great support from all the work staff (specially Lalit Ji). They all are very friendly and approachable and that's how we could all coordinate well and create such beautiful moment.

We were here few days back for the kokan food fest.
Tried the fish food festival. And a variety of dishes and chicken and mutton dishes.
They serve
10+ starters
10+mains
And a great variety of desserts of Indian, English and continental desserts
Loved the service they offer over here. And would definitely recommend you to visit here for sure

Pleasent atmosphere friendly staff. Less crowded and awesome service. I really enjoyed a lot here.

Almost perfect blend of nature and luxury with comfortable and serene stay and tasty cuisine.
What more could one want?

- Average Breakfast quality. Not many options. One of the worst teas I have had in the breakfast.
- Need to pay extra for Billiards, Cycling and Lawn Tennis even if you’re staying for couple of nights. Pretty disappointing. Other resorts don’t charge for all these specifically for the people who are staying in the resort.
- Not much greenery. Mostly concrete.
- No recreational activities the way other resorts do

- Swimming pool is good. Slides are good
- Delux room size is big

Good place for a family picnic with familyor friends.
Loads of sports to keep oneself and kids busy.

Pathetic property with equally pathetic service. The only saving grace is food which was delicious.

We went to book rooms and convention hall but were SHOCKED by the careless and disinterested attitude of MR SENTHIL KUMAR. We tried to call him again and he did not pick our calls. As we were having a big event, we wanted to have a good negotiation but he did not cooperate. We are extremely DISAPPOINTED by his non cooperation. I heard he talks same way to other people as well. So stunned that such a big resort and only ONE person is point of contact. We had to eventually CANCEL it out

The place is extremely over-priced. Don't know how people spend this much for such average service. We went by the previous reviews and booked the deluxe room, we were highly disappointed. The Wi-Fi was not functional, T. V.channels were not subscribed and no calls were answered at reception. Even the water provided in room wasn't mineral water. These are some basic facilities one expects even in a 3 star hotel. Food was also just average. Didn't expect this narrow money-seeking behaviour from a 5 star resort.

Went for an overnight staycation with my family at Clarks Exotica. Called up their reservation desk and the overall package including bkfast, lunch and dinner for 2 adults and 1 child was finalized at ~₹10.5K. Whilst we booked a deluxe room, we were upgraded to a luxury room at no cost which was a nice touch. The room was extremely spacious with contemporary interiors and fancy mood lighting. The facilities comprising swimming pool, water slides, badminton, table tennis (not charged separately) were great and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself. There is loads of lung space and greenery on offer and that's something fast depleting in Bangalore. The cycles are charged at ₹200/- per hr additionally and to be frank whilst the campus is great to cycle, the cycles themselves looked worse for the wear - brakes were worn out and the cycles definitely needed a lot of work. The lunch was quite ordinary though the dinner and breakfast were quite good.

Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to unwind!

Awesome place for family. Great place for kids- pool with 3 basic rides but not normally available at resorts. They ve enjoyed fully. Badminton & TT options are good. Squash & lawn tennis available. Good staff, service, room & accommodation, food. Bar on poolside table & seating is nice. I am rating only 4 ️just because cycles available for ride was not so good, dinner timing was not maintained till 1030 pm as promised & few buffet items were over.

To begin with the positives.food was good and the serenity of nature in the outskirts of bangalore city is appreciated. However had a set back with the stay/ room since I had booked on Agoda with a requirement of a room with balcony (smoking option). The same wasn't provided.a room with balcony would have made our stay more pleasant. I would have extended for a day more.

Not worth the money, feels like being in a residential society with regular amenities, doesn't feel like resort. Very limited food options.

The resort is good with infrastructure and facilities but lacks good service. The resort is undermanned to handle the crowd.disappointed with the service.

One of the most third grade resorts one can ever choose even in worst of dreams. They take more than 2 hours to serve in room dining. Can you imagine a resort in Bengalore not serving food to guests in time? Giving one star as I can't give zero on this app. I suggest strongly not to choose this for your vacation.

This resort has spread across huge area. We went here with office team for outing. It has pool game and few indoor games. They provide you with few outdoor games instruments. No water sports. Buffet Lunch had many options (veg and non veg). Food was top notch. They have to improve on the food service when they expect big group of 50 people.we faced shortage of food, half of the team had to wait for sometime. Good place to go with family, friends and team mates to spend some quality time.

Been to the galaxy auditorium! Ample parking space and a wonderful venue to get married in Bangalore! No much traffic since its in Yelanka! The food and service was top notch! Cleanliness - 10/10

Spacious and clean rooms.but seriously under-staffed. Staff was always running from one place to other resulting in longer service time be it Spa/food/Drinks. Not worth visiting right now in Covid.

Room maintainance and other facilities are good but sad part is that Pathetic service and approach towards guests, they don't deserve a star rating at all when the hospitality is missing by spending huge money

We were at Clarks for a one night stay with family. The experience was very pleasant. The staff were courteous and helpful. The ambience is calm and refreshing. Tea or Coffee is best consumed on room service. A good get away. We returned refreshed and filled with a lot of wonderful memories.

A 5 star rated hotel, away from city and a great place to spend weekend with families or friends. Amenities are great, foods are delicious, an open bar, Swimming pool etc.

A nice get away place in Bangalore. It can be a very relaxing stay. As it's away from city you can have a peaceful stay here. They have a good restaurant for food. The rooms are very near and clean. They clean the rooms every day. I stayed for a 3 days with all 3 times meal with them. As it's away from city you have to take food only from the hotel.

Good place for family. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was costly. As a package it was Worth. Some activities should be free.

Clarks exotica as a resort is very good full of amenities, rooms are very nice but the service part is a big concern, service is very pathetic.
If you order at room they will ask for cash to be paid at room, if you ask for water they charge 25 rs per bottle and the bottles they are providing has mrp of 12 rs/bottle and for that they will not provide bill and ask for cash we had to argue with staff that we will not pay cash or else get the bill.
Bar service was pathetic and was way worse than room service, we ordered drinks and it took him more than 45 mins to prepare the drinks and to get starters it took him 1.5 hours.
Service is a big concern here and the staff is rude at times they committed us that a cake will be sent to each room on our arrival but they didn't deliver.
I would rate clarks exotica facilities wise 4.5 and service wise 0 stars if I can.

Great landscape and one of the very few resorts with water slides.
Good for special occasions like anniversary celebrations, birthday special lunch and get together events.

My all time favorite place to relax.lovely staff with good hospitality.we love to visit this place for our special occasions.

This is a strange place. It seems that they have hotel, restaurant, gym, swimming pool, convention center, and various other things in a singular campus. However, our stay in clarks exotica was very nice. Super family friendly place with a dedicated kids zone ideal for parents like us. I found the food a tad bit too spicy. Apart from that I have not much critics to make. If we come back to bangalore, chances are that we will stay here again.

The best Resort one can spend a relaxing weekend in Bangalore, food is delicious, resort is maintained impeccably and the staff are courteous and helpful and always manage to go the extra mile to serve you better.

One star less as they did not sea food and mutton. Sea food I understand, may be it was a week day, but atleast they could have had mutton.

Resort is quite big, a place you can enjoy with family. Service at the cafe and restaurant was slow, maybe because crowd was just coming back after a long gap during COVID and they were not staffed adequately.

150 Rooms, excellent place to chill out however insufficient lawn area in case of open space event, great banquet halls for sure.

Had been to this place for the first time and must say it was mind blowing. All the safety and hygiene norms are followed. Lovely landscape, very friendly staff and food was amazing. A perfect weekend getaway with family and loved ones.

I had visited this place years back, service was good back then. Writing this review so that other customers can be little cautious about this. We had to cancel our plans just because of the miscommunication.
We did call them and book rooms for us to stay. Surprisingly we didn't receive any email confirmation from the team. After multiple follow ups we received the confirmation through Whatsapp, but we did find a difference in the quotation shared compared to our phone conversation.
EOD its not about the money, its about the service. Would have appreciated if team would have shared the details earlier via email than sharing it with us 12 hours before our scheduled arrival time that too after multiple follow ups.

Please make sure you get email confirmation before you check-in and compare the quotation as well.

Good Ambience, good children play area and good food. Nice place to stay with family and children.

Great place to visit nearest to bangalore. If you are bored staying at home and can't go outside bangalore. This is the place to pay a visit. You can plan both day outing or a weekend stay. It relaxing and various activities and games.

Food was not good. Nothing was tasty. Get ready to be a meal for mosquitoes. Too many of them everywhere. Atleast they could have put mosquito nets for the bed we could have slept well. Only thing good was the games and pool. Had a perfect family time.

Though it is advertised as big resort, but too much restrictions inside campus to roam around other than access to clubhouse. Everywhere barricades on roads with instruction plate stating "Access beyond this point is restricted". I booked this place looking at nice greenery pics in their site thinking that we can spend time with nature to fresh up from busy city life with concrete jungle, but ended up sitting inside hotel room or roaming around just two to three buildings near my hotel room building. Not worth value for money paid. My family did not enjoy the stay other than morning breakfast.

I had a booking at the resort for a day 'assuming' it would be great as it has good ratings. I was wrong. First off, there was no water in the bathroom and this happened TWICE. Also, cherry on the top was I was getting unknown calls at 2 am in the night (yes, that's right) and it went on till 4 am. On complaining this to the reception guys, they said they have 'no clue' and hung up.
The resort is situated at a good place and has great facilities but the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The room was ok - nothing great. Overall - bad experience.

You can go for many games like badminton, tennis, volleyball, indoor games like table tennis, caroms.

You can relax in the swimming ‍️ pool. Other than sliding there are not much activities in the pool.

You feel at last a day well spent in the resort.

I'm very satisfied with the service, the room, kind and polite staff and the amenities for a stay. Will definitely stay there again and have already recommended to friends.the restaurant and room service menu also looked very good. Room rates great.

Good resort. I have been to this place twice. Once in 2015 and again in 2018. I could see the a lot of difference in the way it transformed into. Very classic and well maintained. Food served was exotic and pretty good spread of varieties. Both times, i visited with my office team for outing and is very good for a day outing. The amenities are well maintained. I loved the badminton and pool:)

Picturesque resort full of greenery. Spacious rooms, Good amenities, Good food, Good service, Curteous staff. Beautiful pool with slides. All rooms have kettle, There are apartment style rooms and Villas with kitchenette but cooking isn't allowed so no hot plate. Visited during holidays season so there was beautiful lights and decorations everywhere. They host splendid weddings.

The property is huge and amazing. They have a really good clubhouse. Also their is a pool bar. It's a little expensive but if you really want to chill for the day go for it. The spa is also good. The lunch was average.

We had gone to escape the diwali noise, only to find the resort in the middle of a very noisy renovation. Tile cutting, hammering, painting. Dust & paint fumes. And we had gone with two small children. This kind of noise & mess could have been enjoyed at home also!
They should never have made the rooms available if renovation was going on. Or, having made the rooms available, at least ensure renovation isn't happening in the immediate vicinity. We couldn't even open the windows.
Also witnessed animal cruelty by a security guard on a helpless puppy. Someone who behaves like that with an animal baby can't be trusted around human children either, in my opinion.
Can't walk around the area (swiss town) either. All the roads blocked to people who don't live here. So if u want to go for a walk, u can go up & down the same old paths for the whole day.
Would not recommend this resort at all.

Good facility for a family/team outing. It has 3 water slides and a huge swimming pool which according to me is the highlight. Lawn tennis, courts, an amphitheatre, badminton courts, a squash court, indoor kids play area and indoor play area for adults (chess, carom, cards) are some of the other facilities available. The new year party organized was very good and I had a blast.

Enjoyed an excellent day trip at the place with 11family members including two kids ; spent the evening in cool environment of Christmas decorations and illuminations.

It is a very good resort and it's maintained properly, there is a lot of greenery and villas which are breath taking, a lot of events can be carried out over there and in various building each contribute to the beauty of the resort

On a large area. Has a lot of seperate area for many things.
Sports amenities are in a seperate area. Table tennis, badminton, squash, swimming pool are in one building. There's a cricket ground too.
Food is good.

Not many rexreational activities. Swimming pool is good. 2 badmingon courts. 4 tt tables. Squash court. Carrom. Cricket. Football.basket ball. Chess.billiards.food. We had buffet lunch. Not many options. Good. Overall okay

The resort is placed on a huge area close to the airport. Great houses surround it, its a good place to go for a walk and enjoy the natural beauty of the place. The food is healthy and decent and the rooms are massive. Stagg is courteous. Overall a very nice stay.

Large property, plenty of greenery. The resort appears to be a collection of separate buildings, 2 or 3 storeys high, where individual bedrooms are let out to individual guests. So, the internal design is not like a purpose-built hotel or resort at all. The feel inside these bungalows is more like a service apartment than a hotel room.

Food is good for a typical office gang who are on an overnight off-site - basically, not for foodies or discriminating eaters.

During my one night stay here, I did not see a single family there. All guests appeared to be part of some company group or other.

This is a sprawling property located close to the Bangalore airport. We went here for a official offsite.
It is a huge property, nicely maintained and the restaurant serves exceptionally good spread for a resort in Bangalore. There is a plenty of lung space for morning joggers around the property as the resort shares space with private villas, which also makes up for a nice view. There is a nice pool with a slide (which we didn't use as we were at meetings whole day) and the poolside ambience is good.

On the other end one has to get used to the sound of loud whirring planes every 15-20 minutes. The conference rooms were very noisy due to the AC sound and sometimes we could barely hear the speaker due to this. The conference room was too cold and noisy most of the time. Our rooms were located in the ground floor in the same building as the lobby and were nice and squeaky clean on the outside. However our eyes started to burn the moment we entered the bathroom and the water was so highly chlorinated that the morning shower however short turned out to be a very teary affair. The room had no fan, and it became very warm at night even though the AC was set to 23 C.

The convention hall we have used for annual party was just amazing and Rooms we stayed are like maintained with good ambience Love this place actually

The business convention centre was fairly clean and organised 1. Though carpets were not vaccum cleaned and full of allergic dust 2. Lack of uninterrupted power backup

Indifferent staff,

There was some renovation work going on outside my room, resulting in lots of noise. I requested them to stop at 8pm, they agreed but the work continued till 10: 30pm.

There was no hot water in my room. After complaining, they wasted 1 hr but couldn't fix it. They expected me to adjust with it.

Adding to all this, my room telephone was not working, I have to request my next door visitor to allow me to use his phone every time I have to reach the reception.

You can get better service at half their price at many other places in Bangalore
