Never visit! Worst experience ever had.we ordered hyderabadi chicken Biriyani and they gave us palak rice with rotten chicken.even though after complaining also the staff's were not responding. Very bad service with worst food.
Stayed here when i visited Badami, basis review, i was kind of apprehensive, but, it was good. Just that surrounding can be cleaned up. Rooms were decent, i was upgraded from Executive to bigger room. So, definately my experience was awesome.it was family visit.though it was way outside Badami, i felt it was right decision, considering how disappointed i was with my visit to Badami.
I stayed here while on a business trip. Though the room was big but not clean, the bathroom was dirty.and I personally prefer brightly lit room, which it was certainly not, highly disappointed.
When I visited here initially the receptionist said no rooms were available. But it was showing rooms available online. So I booked a room online (through agoda). I was given room number 208.1. Tubelight was not working 2. No towels or soaps were given 3. Lift was not functional 4. No phone was available in the room (to contact reception) 5. Receptionist Mohammed was very unfriendly and rude.
Very bad experience. Infrastructure of hotel and rooms are good, but no maintenance. Poor customer service. Staffs are local and not trained well. The money they are charging for rooms and extra beds are not worth as per their services. There are problems in lighting, bathroom door locks, plumbing and what not. Mainly location of hotel if out of city which doesn't give you access to autos or any kind of transport.
Inefficient staff who are more interested in their book keeping than in customers. Disorganised - they didn't have my food bills. Killed a cockroach in the room. Not particularly clean. Staff not friendly. Would not recommend.
Worst ever experience. Tv satellite is not recharged, no hot water, sometimes no water at all, food is the worst i ever tasted.only thing is the staff will listen to you when something goes wrong and looks like they are used to it. But the hotel charges premium price for below ordinary experience.waste of money.
Great hospitality by manager Mr. Mehboob, can’t thank him enough for making my stay comfortable and convenient. So folks if you’re ever around, please do look for Mr. Mehboob he’s an experienced manager with a big enough heart to make your stay comfortable in comparison to the conditions. To the Owner of Clark’s Inn, give Mehboob a raise! Because you won’t believe that thanks to him I chose to stay instead of moving off!
In the Name Of Clarks Inn, they are Running a Normal Hotel. Not at all a Stay Friendly Hotel. Rooms: Bad Room with Broken Switch Board, AC Not Working Properly & TV Not Working. Better to stay in Hotel Haripriya for Better Stay Experience!
First step itself was very bad. Reception people are very arrogant. Mentioned as 3 star but below than the local lodges. Bathroom in very poor condition. Please don't take this.

Worst then worst experience, it’s not even matching local lodge, people pls do not suffer. AC bit working, toilet flush won’t work intact it’s broken. No proper shower. Over all u will end up with mood off n check out
Very poor quality of good and rooms. They don't charge tata sky when I called reception they said in 15min more than 1hr i had waited nothing hapnd.and their resturant very unhygienic
Accommodation was good. Food was tasty. Hotel staff are polite. Hotel manger Mr.mehboob shaikh was very humble person.and co-operative. We enjoyed our stay there.

Their is no educated/well mannered/ hygiene staff, I had never seen this kind of worst facilities in a Bagalkot town.
I had been in clerks in in Gadag for 5 months, that was awesome, but the Bagalkot branch has no works.the manager Never understand the cx and helps us, he says directly to us to change hotel and don't choose our hotel.
In breakfast we have to eat what they serve not what we want to eat.

The hotel MD or any other higher people won't come to hotel and dont help in improvements.
The staffs in reception are not good. Earlier mr Mahaboob used to be good and supportive. Now they charge you like hell and they will have room yet won’t give you even after online booking… better go to some other place
Room was two days before booked with check in time 6am, & confirmation was given room are available. And confirmation call was made before the journey they mentioned avilable. Morning when we reached the hotel they says no rooms. This was really pretty ugly and staff were not understanding the responsibility and the mistake done in service industry
Nice place to stay at Bagalkot, Karnataka. Visited to attains one family member's wedding ceremony. Nice rooms for cool & calm stay. But. Worst management! Toilets viz.main point to note for the stay was least taken care. Catering services, food quality was so.so! Please take a note of all these points before taking decision.
Poor Maintenance (Infrastructural) was my first impression considering their standards. Not sure about the food as I prefer pure Vegetarian Restaurant & it's a Veg & Non-Veg Mix. We had booked their function hall (located at 3rd floor). Which is quiet ok in size. Suitable for business meetings or conferences. Not suitable for household functions. Poor lighting in the dining area of the hall. Tubelights missing. Fans not working. Thankfully the lift was. Ambience, floor & cleanliness need immediate improvement.
I would not suggest this place to anyone, even if they provide free accommodation also! Cleanliness and hygiene is 0 Water leakage, no hot water, none to serve and food is very bad!
Torn Towel, TV was not working, AC remote was not working, Like a cheap low budget lodge 5rs wala soap and 1rp wala shampoo was given. Most surprising was no room service available even after writting on the phone number for room service.
Sorry for the negative comments but this is a fact.because of the following reasons 1. Very reluctant attitude of the staff. 2. The rooms displayed online is quite different.again we had to ask for the room change 3. AC / TV remotes not available.and TV channels not paid.no useful channels. 4. Bathroom hygiene.not upto the mark. And no hot water available at late evening or night.
Very unhygienic bathrooms. Not even cleaned after usage. Lights not working. Staff is unfriendly. TV and AC not working. Edges of furniture are sharp. Floor is dirty. Very expensive too.
The good part + Nice view of sunrise in East rooms + Room has decent layout with wardrobe + There is hot water
The bad - showers don't work - no toilet paper - service is kind of slow - many of the items in menu are not available - u can get coffee or tea only after 730am - Approach road is bad though they have decent parking inside - food can be very spicy
Wonderful stay at Clark's Inn Bagalkot. We had booked rooms trough Hotel it's self.team has taken Great safety precautions for the Covid19. Memorable stay.
There is no proper break in the hotel, there is no dental kit will be provided in the hotel, only two items puha, small parota & cup of tea is the complimentary breakfast. Not value for money.rooms are ok.

Clarks is a famous group of hotel. It is located right in the city, very much near to Railways and Bus Stand. Since this is in Bagalkot city, you can stay here to find all means of commute available for the various near by places that you are looking to travel for. From Bagalkot you can got to Badami, Aihole, Patadkal, Almatti, Ilkal.so this is the best place to stay and plan your journey.
Not at all worth of Rs. 2500 price. Very dirty sofas, no clean towel, T. V is good but no channel at all, food is good but service horrible, I have visited many clarks in property, having good trust on this group. But this bagalkot property is not at all match with any service level, overall very disappointed.
We had booked the hotel for ourselves n our guest The hotel is well maintained the rooms are large, spacious and comfortable.rooms comes with large attach washroom, which is clean n tidy, an AC, that works really well and a wardrobe, a fan, LED TV and a balcony. <br/>All staff are very nice, especially the general manager Victor and Front office Executive Raju.the location is quiet n please away from from the noise still pretty closeby just 5-10mins away from the main town, bus stand as well as railway station.it might be difficult to find public transport from here.if needed u can always ask then to arrange one.our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to have a comfortable and happy stay. <br/>They also have fine dine restaurant as well a bar & restaurant.the food quality n quality is good.
Be prepared to attack mosquito, food is not awesome but good. Room is hygiene, housekeeping team, restro team are very kind and polite. Best possible for the remote locality.
I am giving 1 star because i dont have option of giving zero. First is the hotel reception people behavior (Especially Mr Victor) is very cold, he speaks as if he is forced to talk. Next over the phone they have a different costing, and once you land up there they turn tables. My check in took 20 Mins without any people waiting, (imagine during rush hours) Room boy seems to be lazy, tired and uninterested, so i only had to carry my luggage. Room - Lighting seem to be decent, but bathroom was horrible with dead cockroach & mosquitoes in bathroom, wash basin full of tiny insects. Ac - doesnt seem to be powerful. Food - No room service, if you insist they say please come down to restaurant. Food taste - Doesnt match up to clarks inn standards, Breakfast has very few options. Exit (Check out) - Again price difference in invoice (Invoice high priced), they are not ready to change the bill. After wating couple of minutes manager was not ready to respond and i was waiting for 15 mins atleast, later on they gave the same invoice and took the payment which was discussed earlier.
Overall review: location is very close to bagalkot railway station, but very far in service and quality. People who are regular at clarks inn other locations, this is a place to be avoided.
Rooms are okay.people who book in online will prefer this hotel. You will never be a return customer.pathetic restaurant service, you would loose your patience eating here. Card swiping machine does not work.don't keep much expectations on the brand name of the hotel.
Location is at walking distance from Railway Station. Rooms are spacious with all basics items, staff are helpful and friendly. Food is good. Breakfast needed lots of improvement. Overall recommended
Okayish food.nothing great.service is also slow but the staff are well behaved and attentive.better to prefer the badami Clark's inn instead of bagalkot. I don't think they the bagalkot branch is living up to the standards of the Clark's inn group.
