Pathetic service. Unable to deliver items on time. Items missing from order. Avoid at all costs

They charge a premium.actually much more than a premium. But the store at Indiranagar is ineffective in both.meeting and exceeding the standards.

First they damaged a white shirt of ours, later claimed it tore because it was old. Then a brand new black jeans was so badly 'steam-pressed' that there were iron marks all over the jeans.

Haven't given any more clothes to Cleanovo since then. Been a month and 3 visits at the store already, still no resolution from the Indiranagar store manager. They keep making some excuse or the other whenever I visit them.

The dirty marks was still and they have not done it properly this time and I am a old customer

Excellent service and customer interaction. Not meant for regular day to day laundry. These guys are very professional and are not ordinary "dhobi" hence the price is slightly on the higher side. Having said that, even old t-shirts are treated with special care. & Ironing good

They will not give the delivery on time. If you ask them, they will share 10 different false stories to cover up.

This is as recent at last month, 12th July 2021 and the delivery was made on 14th Aug, 2021. So, we gave two different drapes, both linen- 1 was embroidered and the other was printed. They did a great job on the embroidered one but the way they dealt with the printed one is the worst job any drycleaner would have ever done. Probably because it was printed, they took it lightly and for sure washed it as it came back shrunk by 2 inches. They took it back to rectify, and everytime I'd call the manager George, he would say that it is at the processing unit. It was taken to the processing unit so many times that the quality of the fabric further declined, the natural shine of the fabric was gone and the dark colours on the curtain bled. All this has been going on for a month now. Finally they obliged and sent my curtains back, unfortunately in an even worse condition. The manager George is great at his job. His " I understand ma'am, I'm sorry of the inconvenience" was right on point while feeling and sounding totally unapologetic. The owners must retain such employees. Either he is a ROBOT or I was the BARKING DOG, as for everything that I'd say, he would come up with a "Yes ma'am" and "I understand, sorry for that". I asked him to message the owner's number right after the call but till yet I haven't recieved it. Yes, they haven't charged for the spoiled curtain but what about the money I spent on having them made?

Very bad management. They didn't pay my salary work there for two months like slave. They loot customers in the name of dry cleaning. Always recheck your bill twice. Be carefull guys. Better options are there look for fabricspa, prestos and many more. I highly recommend fabricspa.

Mine was fire proof professional racing shoes which needs extra care and even a single damage to it would make it invalid
When I gave it to them it was all slush and mud on the shoes
I got it back as good as new.

The absolute best in Dry cleaning service for your priced garments and shoes, can trust them with all your expensive garments, their delicate service on ornamental garments is fabulous. I would highly recommend this place.

Big time cheaters, no professionalism, very bad service, cloths returned in very poor condition, don't know how to do dry cleaning.
When i gave cloths for cleaning - they said yes it will be dry cleaned properly and we do extra care of cloths for which they charged extra money as well (paid 700+ for just 3 cloth), also informed that we will fold the clothes properly while giving it.when today i got my cloths neither they didn't cleaned it properly nor they fold it, when asked said no we don't do.also they kept of invoice while collecting, this is against consumer policy, you can't take back the invoice so that i couldn't file a case.

Worst dry cleaning service in Bangalore, please give them your clothes at your own risk. I had given my new Puma sneakers for cleaning and they completely trashes it (see the images).
And if that was not enough, they painted it with white paint to hide there mistake

Extremely happy with the service. I needed the clothes urgently and they kept their word too. Liked the attention that they give to their customers.

We have given clothes for dry cleaning on Monday. The salesman assured that it will be delivered today. When I called in the morning they said it will be ready by 11am. When I called back at noon they said they will deliver by 3-4pm. They lie outrightly. When you charge double you should pay attention to the service. This is my second feedback about the poor customer service.

I gave multiple clothes and have not found any issues. They do tell you in advance how much a clothe can be cleaned without damage. A bit pricey. Time to deliver is also fine compared to other options.

Pathetic service. They ruined my sports shoes. Cleaned them with water because of which they are stinking as hell. If it were to be cleaned with water, I could have done it at home. The shoes are not even clean. They look as dirty as I had given them.

Simply spoiled the silk saree. No use writing to the customer support also no body bother to reply.

They charged me about triple (3x's) the amount i was quoted other places as a foreigner, but I'm a very stubborn person and i went with then anyway.

Aside from them calling me about 57 times trying to figure out where the new hotel i moved to was (even though i told them in very plain English and i used the same instructions ti get to this hotel more than twice myself) i did get the one hotel guy to speak to them and they did find it (eventually.)

I honestly probably would have given this place a 4 or a 5 because i can't deny the work they did was very nice.

She didn't need to charge me 150 rupees per t shirt, that's about the amount i should have paid to get my entire 3kg of laundry washed, because i typically don't get my t shirts dry cleaned, but I'm almost glad to have paid them as much as i did and ti have put up with that much frustration because the first two laundry places i went into that DID wash by kg got on my nerves so bad that i probably would have paid even 3 times more than this just to have not given them the business.

So thank you but next time i will probably opt to handwash them myself. At least until i get back to us.

First time in 3 months as a new customer had a very bad experience with the Indira Nagar branch, very horrible service staff has no basic costumer service training. They commit themselves to pickup and delivery but never stick to it, neither do they call to explain themselves as to what went wrong. I would rather prefer cheap and best dry cleaners then this branded store with a reputed history, with none the less unqualified staff who do not respond to customers service and satisfaction. Don't know who employs the staff at this place without knowing if they are qualified enough to get the job done in a perfect and orderly manner with precision timing. Never had to face so much with a dry cleaning store. As the saying goes, "All talks and no show". I guess it sticks right together with this branch, with a good quality and reputed brand name for the store. Will not use this service again, and prefer people not to get cheated by you'll ever again.

Service levels have steadily declined over the last year. This week went in to get some ironing done for a wedding I’m traveling for. Gave clothes on a Monday, expected them on a Wednesday - told them multiple times of the urgency. Went on Wednesday night at 8 pm and they had forgotten about my clothes.they were not ready after 48+ hours of delivering them.
Service was lax, the staff didn’t show any urgency. They did apologise half heartedly as if the delay has no impact on them.
I’m switching to PressTo now.

The laziest staff ever! They never complete the job on time. From taking orders to delivering, everything is often delayed. The attitude of the front-office staff is terrible.

Worst possible service. They commit a time for pick up and delivery but never stick to it. Absolutely not dependable! Second time this is happening. Will never use their services again

After raising the complaint customer care contacted and resolved the issue. I hope I won't face any issue in near future.

Probably the worst service I received. They lost a very expensive shirt I gave them, said they will get back to me and never did. Then mentioned the delivery will reach my apt by a specific time, it never came, and when I called them they had no idea what I'm talking about. Poor service, last time for me.

Worst place for anything.
They charged so much for darning and the result is just horrific. Any street side place could have done a better job.

I just got a call from the person at the store threatening me to remove my review. This is not how business is carried out btw.

One of the best dry cleaning as you feel new cloth, i'm happy with the service, friendly staff. Excellent service! Mentioned that I would need my clothes within a day when their normal service time was 2 days.the owner, who runs the outlet, ensured that I got it within a day.

A far cry from most other services who have a normal service time of 5 days and extra charges for "express delivery" in 3 days.
