I wish there was a lesser star then 1, worst experience one can get, avoid this place any cost. Poor service and money minded people. I had the horrible experience here. I was there to get my ECG done and the doctors and support staff carefully guide you to remove your gold from you, keep it aside. I duly did as instructed. To my horrer once the ECG is done, my good chain was just gone. The lady doctor just kept distracting me after the ECG and the entire staff are bunch of thieves. First thing avoid this place, if at all you visit, never wear gold to the so called clinic!

Had an appointment for a 2D echo at 10 AM. Reached the center at 9: 45 AM. The reception staff seemed most disinterested in attending to patients. I had to almost forcibly hand over the referral to a guy who then asked us to wait and did not bother to give us an update for 30 minutes. Only after we enquired he says the doctor is on his/her way to the center. I waited until 10: 30 AM and the doctor was still not there. Left the center totally disappointed.

Utterly poor and mismanaged diagnostic centre.
So many people keep entering the Ultrasound room In and Out while the patient's ultrasound is going on. Highly unprofessional place to get the ultrasound done. Though the doctor performing ultrasound was good. Still, a huge let down from management point of view.

Pathetic center.
Not sure why Doctors recommend such centers, Drs or their team members should visit such centers before even recommending however cant help if it is deliberate.

Below are some observations based on my today's visit with my old aged mom (70+) who cant even walk herself.
1. There is no adequate staffs to attend peoeple/patients firstly.
2. Basic necessities like wheel chairs etc are damaged not maintained therefore shortage. We had wait for a wheel chair on the road which is ridiculous.
3. Absolutely no hygiene, eg.the lenin on wheel streacher are stinking with oil stains etc.
4. Pethatic unhygienic rest rooms.
5. After coming over hear we are been told that since of the equipment like Xray machine is down since last 2 weeks inspite of sharing the Dr's prescription for ref with the staff on wts app well in advance.

Dont want to share any pics which are horrible and doesn't deserve to be.

I can't rate less than 1. So I am forced to give 1 for this worst test center in Bangalore. Its about Indiranagar branch.

Very worst. Waited for more than 5 hours and they don't even care about you.better to visit Chinmaya next building for scan

It is the worst diagnostic Centre, I have visited in Bangalore.
For everything they will ask you to wait. Even reports they don't send online. They say that they will send, but you will never. Don't even lift the Phone. I called many time, there is no response.
For everything they say 5 min, though there are not patients in the queue.

Had an appointment yesterday for a MRI. Received kind courteous care from the reception all the way until I left…could be because I looked scared and confused or because that’s how they are with everyone.

Location is great. Has a Starbucks three doors down and a Third Wave Coffee across the street. Has parking and easy to find.

Facility is huge with various scans/tests on each floor. Drinking water cans had disposable cups and the non usual community use single steel cup. The hand sanitizer dispenser stations all were filled, used and not just for looks. Restrooms were clean, no water on the floor by the toilet, had extra toilet paper and hand soap wasn’t diluted with water

I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for the existing MRI patient to finish. The staff helped me lock up my purse, phone and keys since I traveled there without an attendant, then gave me the key. In the MRI room, it was very cold. Noticeably shaking from fear and/or the high AC needed to maintain the MRI machines, I was offered a blanket and happily obliged. I was also given cotton for my ears to muffle the noise. Noise was to be expected and if you live in or near old buildings, the MRI sounds exactly like drilling into thick concrete walls. Who knew living where I do had successfully prepared me to not lose my mind over MRI noise.

Absolutely a poor service. They charge for the CD when asked for it after the report, and they say that that's the procedure they follow as per management policy.

Visited for MRI. The GEC scanner is very old. The bed was so bad, torn all the way and dirty. Since the machine is very old very noisy. No earmuffs. Seems no management inspection and interest.

-All staffs are just randomly running around the facility but no one will pause a bit to answer your query.
-They will make you wait for few hours and then call you to come again after few hours
-Technician don’t know any common language to give safety instructions to patient.
-Staffs will behave like they are running some charity and you are on mercy of them. Their behaviour is so rude.

It is an awful center. I needed details of a CT scan performed and they said that their server had crashed, so they couldn't access patient details. As a medical institute, they need to have sufficient backup so that patients need not wait even in case of technical mishaps. They don't have the technical setup to run a medical institute! PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!

The Radiologist was late by over an hour! All of us kept waiting. I asked the receptionist for an update and she called him 3 times. He kept saying he's close by and came after 45 minutes! No sense of time and absolutely unapologetic about his delay. Horrible attitude. I'm Never going back here. There are a million other places with far better service!

I am not happy with clinrad because the staffs are careless they don't give importance to patients. And also my dad had gone for an ECG check the report have taken wrongly by them as my doctor suggested to re take the ECG but their staff ignored and gave excuses. Then my dad went to Arathi diagnostic which is very good and co operative staff.
I will never recommend clinrad to anyone pls think twice to go there.

Herez my experience with this horrible place

I was asked to come with a full bladder for scan.
I reached there at 12 and receptionist behaved as if she owns the hospital n told me dere r 10 patients before me.
I asked her if i shud empty the bladder or not she says upto u ur wish m just telling u dere r 10 patients before u.
I emptied the bladder n waited for an hour to fill it again.
After i was done nurse told me doctor is on break n wont come before 1.5 hr.
I had to empty the bladder again.
Then i had to refill it.
I waited for 2.5 hours n after being asked for refund they kept saying doctor is in an emergency.therez just one nurse n receptionist in hospital and the keep giving silly reasons for everything.
This is the most unorganised place I have ever been.
They are rude as hell.
They make u pay the bill first and then do whatever they feel like doing
I asked them for refund and they say its against our policy (when the hell did u tell me about ur policy when I was paying that amount)
Basically u pay the bill first n then struggle to see the doctor.
If there was an option to rate in negative would hv gladly reached infinity.
Please do not waste the time of ur patients
Most of them are already in pain and u r just adding on to thier pains by making them wait for unreasonable amount of time.
Please take your job seriously or quit.just quit.

Very bad service no proper communication and no time sense at all nobody responses properly if emergency cases comes probably should be very careful with these irresponsible people having a very bad time here

I would've given 0 if it's possible.
They doesn't give respect to patients.
Even if you are pregnant they will make u to stand long time.
The receptionist are very very rude.
They treat like giving free service.please never ever come to this place.

Payment will be collected in the beginning. Patient will be kept waiting for hours with no proper response. Not recommended for emergency cases

Worst experience ever. The staff especially at the reception are rude. They made us wait for more than 2 hours and giving silly reasons. No token is given to patients who are waiting so you won’t know how much time you need to wait. They mentioned that on duty doctor had to leave for emergency reasons. But this was only after we asked if we can get refund. That means either staff didn’t even bother to check why doctor is not there or if they knew, at least they could have informed the patients. Never ever recommending this horrible place.

It's horrible. Went for MRI there but they kept postponing my appointment and wasted my time. Then I visited other diagnostic center.

Most unhygienic place ever, management is hopeless and dirty employees and their uniform and watching mobiles phone, reels and instagram of God Wat not. The entire management team was busy Watching IPL. BBMP and corporation offices are doing better nowadays. Felt all the management team was rude to all. You can see love and care before billing after billing you are gone lol. Not a suggested place for youngster and qualified couples

Worst ever diagnostic centre.people heere are very reckless and lethargic.

They would challenge and test your patience level.never and ever get into this place again.

Worst place, they don’t know how to manage appointments, just to escape for a time being they give you an appointment for the next day and even if we came 15min prior to the given time we had to wait for 1+hour. Absolutely no value for your time. Pathetic place, please stay away from this place.

This clinical not good, I am waiting for 4h not for any responsibility, I ask reception ones nurse his tall thaem how much time bills I have bills 4h, I watching resend coming one pasand going to MRI

Can not give rating lower than 1. Worst service, too long waiting lines without any proper queue or token system. Just the repeated telecast of, your turn will come, without any numbering system in place. DO NOT GO!

This place is a horrible place. Like a Coworking place for doctors. You have to wait for hours for the doctor to see you for few minutes and then after tests again wait for hours. None of the doctors are from this location. They work at other hospitals and come here for a side gig. Hence we have to wait till they finish with their patients in their hospital to come to this clinic. People come to private clinics like this to get quicker services. Not waste a days worth of salary for 2 people

This lab is only to make money, no proper skilled staff, all inexperienced people working, owner is busy counting money, he is not aware what for he is present and running the show,
This clinic is not sanitised properly on first floor and ground floor also.

Chacko employee is in very fast mode and doesn’t give a syringe in proper manner and handles very rough.
Guy’s I beg you don’t go here.
This is not worth at these point of testing times.

Owner is just minting money like anything.

Medical Negligence. Wrong report was given which led to serious concerns.
Cloud 7 hospital Dr. Geeta referred me this place for my pregnancy scan. Scanned, tested and said everything is perfectly alright. In 7 th month I went to my mother’s place and did scanning in different hospital who declared that I have issue in umbilical cord. I went to two other doctors to confirm if it true because the first scan report given by this centre said all good, which is apparently a wrong report. Literally playing with peoples lives.

Would have given 0 if possible.
Center has no professionalism. They don't know where their doctors are, the doctor (Dr. Shridhar) is equally clueless in the way of handling patients. They say 5 mins but made to wait 1 hr just for the doctor to come and then they asked to wait for more time if doctor consultation needed even though we said right at the start that we need to consult the doctor.
The doctor came, did the test, asked to get it billed and vanished. We were asked to wait yet again after that. The whole purpose of visiting was wasted along with our time.
The only thing they need is money and billing. Not recommended at all. Others waiting there too shouted at the receptionist for the same issue and it seemed that the staff are used to this kind of high handedness.
They do not give clear timelines which wastes too much of your time.

Worst experience, doctors and Nursing are not friendly rude behavior with patient, please have some patience with patient.

Visited clinic for my mother’s test, she was attended very nicely, staff was very empathetic towards her. They did everything on priority n they also explained properly. Nice place to visit for blood and scanning

I have been for scanning for my mom but i felt it's a worst place which i hav never seen the behaviour of staff Shanta was worst she don't knw manners how to speak with her own colleague as well with patients after seeing that i hav jst came out with my mom nd wen to consult doctor informed him not to refere any of the patient ther it's not clinrad diagnostic centre it's an hell diagnostic centre

I came here for scanning on referral from personal physician. Here at ClinRad Diagnostics and Research center, every think is messy. I cannot blame the staff, all of them untrained and not suitable for center like.

We are made to wait for reasons even the staff don't know about. No coordination, not help available.

When we went in, the person who is supposed to provide the service is not in her place, no one know where she went. There is more I want to write, but I don't want to waste my time for services that I am not going to use in future. There is no minus star, hence giving 1.

I think this place is best avoided.

I called and made a booking and accordingly fixed my doctors appointment. They said 20 minutes waiting time maximum. It's been nearly two hours and the wait continues.

I had very wost experience in this hospital. Doctors are not friendly. No proper facility no proper response for the patients. I had been for HSG in this hospital. When i called they said me to com tommrow but when i went, they informed me that you had not taken appointment and radiologist will be coming in evening and she is busy for today and tomorrow.so they asked me com on Monday. And that radiologist is not friendly with patients. But the nurse are good. I would rate zero for this hospital and would not recommend at all

Worst experience staffs are not proper. They don't no how to behave with the patients. My humble request don't go to this place for any kind of service.

Worst place to get diagnostics done.
Its running coz doctors are asking to go there and patients follow their doctors. Too much wait time for a simple scan. When called and askednit was said that there is no waiting or appointment, justbwalk in. But when go there it takes hours.
They lie over the phone and dont give peoper information.
Staff is not friendly and do not give proper answer. When asked, how much much wait, they just kept saying that patients are there

Come here because dr referred but it’s Worst centre, looks so unprofessional, I was made to wait because they gave importance to some Arabs, they respond so rudely pls avoid this centre

I had a good experience at this diagnostic, the service was good and the staff wr friendly and active, Infrastructure was good and hygiene

We had gone here for a friend's MRI who had gone claustrophic due to her illness. The staff was very calm and supportive and stretched extra hour to get her do it comfortably. The staff, technicians, helper, escorting lady all were very helpful and supportive. Would recommend them to people.

Such a poor pathetic service and staff. Money oriented. Staff don't have basic sense of how to talk with patients. Even if we ask for duplicate copy of report, they do charge additionally. Please don't go to this place
