One of the worst hospital. They never care about patients, even doctors, nurse and staff also. Doctor's never come to visit patient for check up so I don't suggest this hospital for meternaty.

We deposited a security amount 50,000 for the child's operation. They said they will return within a month. It has been 4 months and the child is doing well, but there is no response regarding the return of deposit. Whenever we go to them, they keep saying we will call you the next day. Din't expect this from such a reputed hospital. We haven't received our deposit money yet.update: received the amount after a lot of struggle, multiple follow ups, calls, emails. It was escalated to highest level to get the money refunded. There was some issue between them and the insurance company which caused the delay.

Booked an online consultation through their app. Doctor did not show up after 45 minutes of waiting on the link. The customer support team did not understand the issue or try to resolve it. Only asked me to wait more. They promised a refund within 3 days of this happening. I still haven't received anything.

This was my first time using Cloudnine and the overall experience was pathetic. They have no idea how to run operations for their service.

Their offline and online team does not speak to each other such that they have double bookings. Some other patient was with the doctor during my allotted time online.

My delivery at Cloudnine was really nice … Dr Poornima murthy was well supported and room was very clean and nursing staff was extremely good.
Lactination guide and other things was very nice

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. We started our 1st consultation in cloudnine hospital Jayanagar branch with a Doctor named Prakash Kini for fibroid removal and my wife underwent myomectomy surgery on 30th March 2021.
Surgery was successful, with good care by hospital nursing staff, House keeping, reception and canteen.
Though i feel the hospital charges are high compared to the facilities given.

Now the worst part is Dr. PRAKASH KINI and his team. I am giving 1 star rating because there is no option to give negative rating here.
I would never ever recommend anyone to meet this doctor rather i will say that he PRAKASH KINI is not a doctor at all, and the duty doctors over there are not at all caring and don’t know anything, for any question they will say, they will get back after talking with sir (PRAKASH KINI) and finally we will get and an update that sir is busy.
Now after surgery my wife got pregnant in the month of October2021, and the big mistake we did is that we continued consultation with this person PRAKASH KINI. As it was high risk pregnancy, there was no proper care and suggestions regarding pregnancy.

We didn’t like the attitude and arrogant behaviour Mr. Prakash kini.whatever we asked, he will say it is expected, pain will be there, never ever he explained the situation properly, as if he is doing charity. His consultation will be hardly for 2 to 3 minutes not more and charging 1050INR everytime for his consultation, not alt all worth.
Sadly i am mentioning that after 7 weeks of pregnancy my wife started spotting (light bleeding) and we called cloudnine duty doctor for help, but it was a waste of time, We consulted PRAKASH KINI with ultrasound scanning done by Dr. Surekha at clouldnine itself.
After seeing the scanning reports he gave one medicine and asked us to come back after 9 days for scanning but unfortunately after taking medicines for 7days miscarriage happened. After miscarriage evening around 7: 30 pm on 29thNovember we reported this to cloudnine duty doctor and she said ultrasound scanning cannot be done now, we have to come tomorrow. We asked her that please talk to Praksh kini and help us but she said she can’t call her sir it seems, he will get disturbed. (Great service).
We both went to a nearby hospital in btm layout, and scanning was done confirming miscarriage,
After showing all the old reports to another doctor everyone was shocked that Cloud9 doctors especially the ver experienced Mr. PRAKSH KINI, should have done something when my wife was complaining of spotting bleeding from last 10 days but nothing.

Anyways whatever happened will not revert, it is a big blow for both of us mentally and emotionally.
I would never suggest anyone to visit Mr. PRAKASH KINI in cloudnine hospital for pregnancy and related complications otherwise you will only get these words like (expected, full stop, pain will be there,) and you will not get any clear explanation of your problems. What i feel is he speaks and works like a robot, not like a doctor
I don’t have any complains with hospital management but definitely i am not going to see this person (Mr. Prakash kini) in future and i will never suggest my known people and friends to do the same,

Adamant staff and security personnel’s they don’t give proper respect to the people they speak about the management rules. Dear cloud9 there are much more rules u are required to be followed as per MCI will let u know the loophole u ppl are doing this pandemic. U will be get noticed / Summoned the same at the earliest.

Worst possible experience. They are severely understaffed so you won't get proper care. The nursing staff is neither sensitive nor attentive. The administration is also very poor. Even if you plan things and book in advance, still the room may be denied stating some reasons for unavailability when you reach the premises. They will not even bother informing you in advance. They would put very high maintenance charges which will not be covered in insurance. And you will never see staff wearing the PPE kit which is the major driver for these so call maintenance/miscellaneous charges. This particular cloudnine facility doesn't do justice to the brand name. Strongly recommend to leverage other hospitals whenever possible

Good experience with the hospital. It's my 2nd visit here at 32weeks. Little expensive though but worth the service.

Very very worst experience. The nursing staff is doesn't know anything, 90% of the Nurses are freshers they doesn't know what to do. They would put very high maintenance charges which will not be covered in insurance.they will charge heavily for Oxygen which we hardly used for an hour, but they charged for a day, Nobody wears PPE kit but they charge us. Bathroom was very dirty with flies all over the bathroom. This hospital charges heavily for everything no matter what.

Security behaviour is so bad, they are not leaving senior citizens to inside with attender, even though outside is raining. The way he speak look like hospital is his father's.

Its a very good hospital but the Insurance team at cloudnine is the worst team and they misguided and cheated in my final bill settlement. Please be caution

Gladly prioritised seeing an appointment of ear piercing over a kid with fever waiting for over an hour. There is no transparency in queuing in OPDs. Doesn't respect appointments.

I have a scan with Dr Namita she was cool did all the scans nicely and the staff also supporting. I would recommend this for the scanning.

Got admission with lot of expectations but dispointed a lot. Very pathetic Non-medical service specially insurance desk and billing section just to escape from the aditional work fail to give proper information and billing not being explained proparly.

The service at cloud nine is amazing as usual. From the front desk till the scan and other services are the best. I am very happy with this. Will recommend cloud nine to everyone in need.

I delivered last week at Cloudnine jayanagar branch which is supposed to be a specialty hospital for maternity. I am unsure about other branches but my time at the jayanagar branch was just a very sad experience. I got the topmost package that they had to offer but the treatment was no way near to what they market.
For starters they put PPE kit charges on our bill when not even one person was wearing a ppe kit. We had to force them to remove the charges. And pertaining to my delivery I was uninformed about the pain relieving options and at what stage I could take it. There was no professionalism maintained inside the delivery room, the staff is busy chatting away while the patient is lying there in contraction pain the least they could do is maintain some silence. I was literally begging them to provide an extra fan for almost half an hour lying on the Delivery room bed, but they were least bothered to attend to the patients concern first. They dint bother to inform us that we need a rtpcr negative report for the attender to accompany inside the delivery room and denied access to my husband to accompany. I had to literally beg the consulting doctor in the peak of my contractions to let my husband in to which she agreed. Overall pls consider twice before entering this hospital. I really wanted my first childs birth to be an amazing experience but it was rather a depressing one.

Scanning done by doctor namitha sachin was so satisfactory and reliable for me. Thank you cloud nine.

The patient care in this hospital is top notch! Dr. Namita Sachin and her team do a brilliant job. They display abundance of patience when showing the scans to the expecting parents.

I prefer DR Namitha for the best scanning. Good experience from doctors and staff. I would like to recommend others. The best hospital for maternity.

One of the worst hospital in Bangalore for maternity, very expensive. They have package price for operation, photography after maternity etc.

Once after the consultation, just to show the report to doctor, they made me pay again.

I insisted the receptionist to consult the doctor about the payment if I need to pay just for showing the reports. They said it's nothing to do with the doctor, it's the management rules!

Lab assistance is very poor! There is no one to take care when the patient goes for a test early in the morning! Lab is supposed to be 24*7 but attendees don't attend even past 8am.

First of all definitely DO NOT GO with the name.
Starting from car parking very poor Car parking management, being in a hospital sanitizer dispenser not working.
Reception, enquiries and billing all in one counter managed by two people with long queues at entrance door.
Taking appointments do not matter here as even after taking appointment they take first come first serve approach, so no point in going ontime.
Government hospitals manage better than here.
Very experienced and very arrogant doctors and do not patience to listen to patients queries - Dr. Padmini Isac
And consultation starts with 1000/- for 2 min of doctor's time.
Doctors scribble in prescription such a way that no other chemist understands what they have written and only in hospital medical purchase you have to do.

Why I rated 1 star:
Since there is no direct contact number of Jayanagar Cloudnine hospital. The number available is central number IVRS. During urgent contacts needed you end up devil with this IVRS response and waiting. I needed to connect to a doctor to get clarification on some observations of my child but this IVRS has tested my patience. Technology should be supportive of mankind not the other way. I think all parents or people out there would have felt the same. This IVRS thing is killing the communication ease.

Well, i consciously took over 15 days to form my opinion objectively and i didn't want this to be influenced by my emotions. It gave me heartsick that i always have considered this life saving profession to be noble have now become money grubbing corporates driven by profit at any cost. Its my first experience with a situation i needed an emergency care for my wife. Since we all stuck in pandemic and trusting the digital review (how deceiving) i stepped into this place. The suggestions and options were not problem solving neither what is rightfully good for the patient. They are pretty prompt in figuring what is more rather lucrative.i didn't see any heart nor genuine care! Though it was a sad conclusion for me and my wife! This whole experience made us hate! These places. We all want the best for our family and thats the crux of this business but do we get the best? What is best is up to us to figure! My experience, i don't know where to buy care and right with my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't have any concern for its pediatric patients. Took my 2 year old here to meet Dr. Girish Sv, who seems to be more of a crook than a doctor. He suggested we do a series of blood tests, which is ok. One of the parameters came as positive for an infection. The doctor without even investigating further or giving us any alternative treatments, suggested we go for an IV infusion for 5 days. A needle stuck in 2 year old is no joke. Where he would go through antibiotics being pumped into his body for an hour on each day followed by another blood test etc. Thank God we had the sense to get a second opinion. She quickly let our fears rest and suggested we do a blood culture test (which girish didn't even mention) and Start oral antibiotics. The culture report came today as negative and the oral antibiotics are working. One thing has been proven today, these hospitals have no humanity left in them. It's just a plain and simple business.

Hi, doctors are really good. But I have to mention MGT needs to train staff with basic etiquette. Then put them on job.

Got my vaccination today. Cloudnine camped in our society and they are very hygienic and professional. Mr. Satish coordinated for all of this. Good job team.

Staffs are supportive end to end. The cafeteria is also well managed and they serve good food.

I would recommend all parents to visit jayanagar cloudnine.

Charged more for vaccination in company premises. Please remember, health sector is a service sector not a financial sector.

We consulted Dr. Jyosthna Madan in Cloudnine, Jayanagar for two times (June 26th, July 17th) and spent 10k+ amount as of now just for two visits.
On 17th July we have been shown heart beat of our baby. But, In ultrasound report It was mentioned that Sac size is relatively small.
We were not happy with the first visit itslef as Doctor was irritated on their technical issues and we did not get enough time and environment to express and clear all our queries with Doctor as it was our first visit.
We consulted for second time as the same scan should have been repeated and still we were in hope with Doctor to get better advise, treatment as we consulted with friend reference.
Here is the problem we faced when we consuled second time - when seeing ultrasound report, Doctor did not go through entire report and started doing right mark for every line in the report.
When my Wife itself shown about Sac size issue, she was talking about it and started writing medicines for the issue.
She told They will give Injection orally but did not mention in prescription until we ask again.
The process you followed for the small sac size issue is, you gave one injection, advised few medicines and asked us to come for next review after 1 month for NT scan and few blood reports.
Now we consulted other hospital as we were not happy with the Doctor and they confirmed that our baby heart beat stopped due to there is no growth of baby size and told us previous Doctor should have been told us about this matter and prepared us and importantly should have been done few blood reports like to check hormonal imbalance, chromozonal issues etc. But nothing has been advised from Dr. Jyosthna Madan
even we explained about my wife health issues in first visit itself.
Below are the issues we faced at Cloudnine hospital.
1) There is no enough time given in first visit.
2) Mainly you won't allow second person with Patient to speak with Doctor. Dont you think it is very important as pregnant women needs support and they are in tension at the hospital as it is very sinsitive matter for every family.
3) when Sac size is reletively small mentioned in the report, Why doctor didnot tell us about the importance of it and not given proper treatment.
4) Why there is no blood reports suggested within 3 montths, started the treatment if any problems found in the reports.

Due to your negligence, our baby is died within 3 months and my wife is went through D&C Procedue and suffering a lot now.

Finally we are not all happy with Dr Jyosthna Madan as we did not get a right environment to speak with her and not treated in the right way.

Once admitted, the maximum interaction is with the nursing staff. They were a huge support during my stay.

My wife is treated for post pregnancy thyroid. We are consulting Dr. Sathish Babu. He needs to learn to respect people's time. We have to wait for 40 mins more than the time we had taken the appointment. Pathetic.

I am consulting Dr. Leela Bhagwan for my first pregnancy and so far my experience with her has been great. She is very experienced and that gives a great comfort to me. My experience with cloud 9 jayanagar has also been good till now.

I delivered my daughter at Cloudnine, Jayanagar, Bangalore in 2015. I continued with Cloudnine Children’s Hospital, Jayanagar for my daughter’s immunizations and consultations. Even when we moved to Chennai we went to Cloudnine multi-speciality hospital, Chennai. We left to USA when my daughter was 1 year old. Till her 1 year check-ups the quality of Cloudnine was great. We came for a vacation a month back when she was 3.75 yrs old. We went to the Jayanagar Cloudnine children’s hospital for the typhoid immunization which was supposed to be given when she is 2 years old. The doctor didn’t even check my daughter just gave her the shot and the nurse put a bandaid which was stuck on the wall. My mom started yelling at the nurse for being unhygienic. The NURSE didn’t say a SORRY and the Dr. PADMANJALI didn’t discipline the nurse instead the doctor asked me to take the bandaid off if my daughter is not bleeding. Also the doctor tried to convince me that it is hygienic. Couldnine hospital had become very unhygienic with respect to kids. Please be cautious about taking your kid there. I will never go there.

Dr. Anuradha Sadashivmurthy: Knowledgable good doctor. But she needs to be little patience while dealing with her patients. As we had incident on Monday where my wife had severe stomach pain which came during evening time she she immd rushed to hospital where duty doctor and nurse attended but delayed treatment to her and not happy with this as my wife ha to wait in the hospital for almost 3 hours to get noticed and address her problem and moreover duty doctor during night was not much knowledgeable though. And when we shared this exp.with doctor today on her regular followup Dr Anuradha became little impatient and answered as we need to come to hospital during day time and when they not attending OPD. But in reality we go to hospital when pain comes and seek doctor advise rather than when pain not there or experienced and we shared this with Sanjana Shetty as well

Dr. Leela Bhagawan is horrible. She said my baby is weak and need to be done cesarian on14th december. I got 2nd opinion in rainbow hospital bamnerghatta. And today i had my baby boy with normal delivery. Cloud nine and leela bhagawan is manipulating the patients for more money and are cheating us like hell. Horrible hospital and worst doctor.

The normal delivery procedure is too bad, worst experience for normal delivery. My friend got admitted at 11: 30pm as she got bleeding and duty doctor called Dr Padmini and told to stay at night as delivery can happen at 3 am to 5am anytime. As per process doctor should give anaema to make patient pass motion and ease labour pain, but after asking multiple times also doctor hasnt given anaema and due to gastric pain the labour pain was too much. Duty doctor checked the patient after 2 hours of admission and called doctor saying cervix open 6.5 cm and they took patient to labour room at 1am and inserted needle on left hand to give glucose in case required. Now they asked to push baby with the hands having needle inserted and when patient asked for help in pushing they refused to help saying thats not our job n u need to do urself however u can, at 2: 30 again they checked and called doctor saying its near 7 cm, dr Padmini came at 3: 30 and checked and saw it was just 5cm by that time and she got frustrated and asked patient to push hard and keep trying to deliver as soon as possible and gave pain injection as well. After lot of difficulty patient was able to push with needles and no doctor came for help as other hospital doctor always help patient. By this time they called pediatrician and other doctor for baby and patient was lying without covering lower body, at 5: 30 cervix got opened and they asked husband to come inside and that time immediately they covered the body and everyone came near to patient to show husband that patient is well covered and all doctors taking care. As per process doctor should create space and give aneasthesia to vaginal part for ease in delivery but here doctor hasnt even touched to give any aneasthesia and not created any space as a result when baby got delivered thay space got cut badly and after delivery doctor gave stiches in hurry without any aneasthesia saying within this time 3 c section would have completed. If doctor senior like these do these irresponsible behavior then its very disaapointing, my friend trusted doctor alot and till end they were looking for proper response.
Please think twice before having much expectations with Dr padmini and their duty doctors.

I am happy visiting cloud 9 always. I am consulting Padmini Isaac for my second baby. I always feel good and positive to visit cloud 9.even Revathi one of the staff helped us with the packages and I always feel happy to refer any one to c9

Appointments are given only for namesake and are not honoured. Had to wait for more than 1.5 hours. Especially on weekends it is crowded.
