Overall experience with cloud nine hospital it's was Good and housekeeping services also good thank you.

Nikitha mam and GRE sangeetha both are very sweet and co operative. Clears all doubts and keep us away from worries.

Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Manjula Raghuveer. She made me so comfortable right from the beginning & made sure all the tests were done on time & I had no apprehensions. Recommend her a 100%

Very good and courteous staff-both nursing and housing keeping! Doctors are also very friendly and give apt diagnosis. Highlight of this hospital is housekeeping staff.they have ensured the place is spotless and hygienic. Our room was taken care by Saraswati and Lakshmi who did a fantastic job, so special shout out to them.

Had taken ear piercing service from them. The staff was polite and overall experience was good.

Doctor Jnanashree helped us throughout the pregnancy journey. The admission and insurance was smooth. Nurses and Housekeeping did there job. Special mention to Nurse Munmun and Housekeeping staff Bhagya.

From past 4 months my wife and I have been visiting cloudnine malleshwaram. We go for regular check ups and get vaccination for our daughter at cloudnine.

For our daughter, our pediatrician is "Dr. Bindu P".

Frankly speaking, I am running short of stars to give. I would rather give Dr. Bindu 6 stars instead of 5.

Initially, before going to cloudnine, my daughter was under weight and we did not have proper guidance from any pediatrician. Thank you Dr. Bindu Madam for helping us. Now, my daughter is doing very well.

Dr Bindu's treatment is fantastic. She has so much knowledge, patience, supportive, caring nature. She is highly approachable and she is down to earth and has no attitude issues. She clears all our doubts. Answers all our queries. We are really happy with Dr. Bindu's treatment and I would recommend all others to consult her.

P. S - Shambavi at reception is also very good at her work. Excellent customer service. If there are any billing issues, all sorted out very quickly. Keep up the good work. 5/5 stars for you.

We had our first baby girl here. Dr. Jyothi Lakshmi has been of great help for us throughout the pregnancy and is our go to gynecologist.

She is thoroughly professional with a personal touch. Helped us through difficult times and made sure we had a normal delivery. The Delivery experience was phenomenal.

Improvements can be made in the reception staff and the help desk staff. Nurses have been top notch throughout and the canteen staff deserve a special mention for their courteousness and home made food.

Money minded people no care for patients and and worst part is insurance claim cashless claim is processed slowly so that they can get cash paid from customers.

We had our first baby girl here with Dr. Jyothi Lakshmi as our gynecologist.

Her guidance for my wife has been phenomenal throughout the pregnancy process. She helped her maintain the sugar levels and other parameters required for the safe delivery.

We would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and other cloudnine members who helped us achieve a normal delivery.

The canteen staff deserve a special mention for their courteousness and home made food.

We consulted Dr Jnanashree for our first baby. Throughout the journey Dr Jnanashree was very helpful and would listen and answer every queries of mine paitently. She dint suggest any unnecessary scans or tests alike other docs. On the day or delivery she made me very comfortable and I delivered the baby without any tension.
I would surely recommend her for any new parents trying to conceive.

Even after taking appointment at 10: 30 and paying 850 for consulation, I made to wait 1.5 hours for pediatrician.the timing which they give in app are fake.they take so many appointment for one time.always crowded hospital.they just want to make more money.please avoid pediatrics.even reception, the cashier looks lazy people.for billing they took 20 minutes.paying so much money and getting 3rd class government

The consultation with Dr. Sriprada Vinekar at Cloudnine Hospital, Malleshwaram was a good one as she explains everything well and clears all our doubts. I find her to be very approachable.
The staff is extremely helpful too.

I have consulted with Dr Sripada throughout my pregnancy and delivered healthy baby. She is very experienced and excellent in her approach. Very friendly and explains in detail, clears all your doubts.we are very happy with her being our doctor.i would highly recommend her.

But the staff Kavitha who coordinate about package they give fake promises.

We booked so many month back aroun 1 lakh plus package for luxury room.one day before to admit we called her no response from her.so directly went to hospital for admit and I called her and requested for privet ward which one included in our package she asked 5 min but no response for my next calls.they gave shared room, I brought this package for privacy for my wife in this pain movement why I want to buy luxury package.why I want to pay that much of money for shared room it’s not general hospital

My wife requested one nighty for 1 hour to get bath before delivery but they not provide very poor service.

Don’t buy package here no use

Dr. Anuradha sadashivmurthy is d best, she is very friendly with her patients.so far she is d best gynaecologist I have seen, even my sibling gone through her pregnacy and consultation with d same doctor!

Very poor management. If you visit malleshwaram branch you will have to spare your whole day at hospital, no system at all to manage patients. Very very disappointed!

My experience at cloudnine was good. I had issues feeding my preterm son and cloudnine has good lactation experts. I am grateful to Sister Merlin Brigetta who taught me the right way of lactation which helped me feed my lil one without any issues.

We consulted Dr. Mukta after a friends suggestion. We felt very confident after meeting her for first time and I always look forward meeting doctor during my pregnancy. I must say she is very positive and vibrant doctor. Without support of her my normal delivery would have not been possible. She came down to labor room and brought courage and confidence in me. Dr Anuradha.she the best doctor in Malleswaram cloudnine. Because doctor we selected cloudnine. Our whole family got delivered from her only. Only normal delivery. She is one who always well comes with smile. Really we all like her very much. We advise everyone to consult her only.

This is with regards to Covid 19 vaccination. Things were arranged well. Only improvement would be that they make payment more easy. We already had an appointment but had to register again on the spot just so that we can make payment. Place was clean.

I underwent surgery of hysteroscopy and D&C with Dr sriprada. She was very good and very supportive. I felt I am in the safe hands after meeting her

Just for one blood test they made us to wait for 1.5 hours.very expensive.the employees are lazy and not quick.don't go by reviews.

Have been here for covid vaccination Very quick and well arranged, not crowded… The sister explained about the vaccine and got juice as well
