Cloudnine Hospital - Old Airport Road

We had our baby delivered in cloud9 hospital of old airport branch in Bangalore. I would like to recognize their mammoth efforts to do a smooth delivery and post delivery help, guidance.

Here are few of them I would like to recognize.

First of all THANKS A TON to doctor karamjit kaur for her nice work, my wife had risks and complexities which you have handler very well, thanks to you maam for help here though out our journey. I would definetly recommend people to consult you as you are BEST doctor we have got, we can't thank you enough maam. Best thing about you along with your knowledge is your calmness and patience with us, thank you for all your help.

Now I would like to recognize following nurses members who really helped served us well.

1- Da-I-HunShisha -> she is very sincere knowledgeable and brilliant in her work, she has helped is even upon calling her N number of times. Thank you for your help.
2- Reetha -> she is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We had nice discussions about kids sharing also.
3- Bandarisha-> special thanks from my wife for all your help and support during pregnancy.
4- Kordor -> very nice and generous person. She helped us during post delivery. Thank you for all your help here.
5- I batrisha -> she is very generous and nice person. She is having great knowledge of her work. Her attitude towards her work is great, she has helped us post delivery, thank you.

1 star for overall experience. Terrible management. Cashless was a pain and no accountability. Need continuous followups with the administration.

Cloudnine HAL should learn from Cloudnine Whitefield and Manipal for the seamless experience.

It's been very good experience in cloudnine as i consulted Dr Meena so nice experience and very informative. And special thanks to Mr Dennis for his good coordination and helping from beginning to end.i recommend all my friends to cloudnine.

These people are completely money minded. You can accept when the care is given at high cost but they are just behind money without anycare. Particularly gynecology department people are so rude and careless. I had heavy bleeding during my 6th week and they made me wait on the couch for 1hr30 mins to do scan. One of the doctors from old airport road has done my last 2 D&C. She had just scrapped off the endometrium lining completely though we hv requested her to be careful. I have also undergone 2 more D&c earlier to these in local hospital. Though the hospital was not luxurious or attracting, the doctors were so careful in doing their job and they are well experienced.they explained me that little bleeding would be there for around 10 days as we shud not scrap off the lining and i had too. But after last 2 D&cs I just had spotting for one day. Maybe Cloudnine is not the same as earlier. I will never recommend the gynac dept.

Cloudnine is just awesome hospital and very satisfying. Ms Rohini is just very friendly staff. Her way of talking is just awesome. Everyone can visit there without any doubt.

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE* BE VERY CAREFULL*

My journey will Cloudnine Old Airport road has been for 13 yrs, but this experience has lost all my trust on them.

My 7 months old baby was down with 103 degree fever from 08th September and we consulted doctor on 08th itself and was prescribed to take all the possible blood test to diagnose the fever. As per doctor advice blood test was given on 09th September at Cloudnine… out of 5 test, 2 test result was responded within 1 hour as we waited there itself and 3 more test (covid, influenza and Adenovirus) needs 3 days to get the results as instructed by the lab team.

On 10th sep, at 8: 34 pm lab as reported the report as there was a positive case and as per the protocol, report was sent to email I’d which reached the spam folder and not inbox.

Here comes the medical negligence: ADENOVIRUS WAS POSITIVE
1. As per the Cloudnine protocol any report with the positive variation should be informed on priority to respective doctor which was missed.
2. Nor Parents or the Doctor was updated.
3. Child has been going through wrong medication due to the negligence of Cloudnine old airport road.
4. We parents waited until Tuesday 12th sept which was told 3 days (as per the timeline) and reached out to Lab team and that’s where we get to know all the above medical negligence that has happened.

THIS IS A BIG MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE AND HOSPITAL CLAIMS THAT PARENTS SHOULD PROACTIVELY DO THE FOLLOW UP AND WASHING THEIR HANDS FROM THIS SCAM. WE PARENTS WAITED PROACTIVELY FOR THE TIMELINE AND DID THE FOLLOW UP ONLY AFTER WHICH WE FOUND THE ABOVE NEGLIGENCE********

WE ARE NOT LEAVING IT HERE AS THIS CAN HAPPEN WITH ANYONE WHO IS CONSULTING CLOUDNINE.

Consulted with Dr Radhika throughout my pregnancy journey and I couldn’t have picked a better doctor. She always filled me with positive energy and spent time to address all the concerns no matter how small they are. Most importantly, she never prescribed unnecessary medicines and always suggested natural alternatives. Already recommended Radhika mam to friends.

Support staff and nurses at Cloud nine are also nothing short of amazing! They have taken really good care of me and the baby and handled us with utmost care.

Mamtha from the staff member is so good at her work. She provided us with a best and great service and took a good care of my aunt all the time she visited cloudnine.

It was our great discussion to get my wife’s delivery @clound nine HAL road hospital. Everything was very smooth right from beginning. Special shout out to Hema, Prasansa, Sibi, Shalini @special thanks to cleaning staff kept the place very clean and hygiene. -Anil&Rashmi

2nd Floor Sisters are least bothered on patients hopeless service.

Shruti Mam who did the scans also explained the details that we should be aware of as 'future parents'
As our 'bundle of joy' is with us now, I would like to thank all the nursing, lactation and support team (Reetha) who were instrumental in extending there services without fail.

We have consulted Dr Radhika from pre conception to post delivery for my wife. The support at every stage of the delivery was impeccable. She is very supportive and listens to all the issues and concerns very patiently. And with the experience of cloud 9 for the cesarian and comfort was very good.

I really appreciate to Mr Arun Kumar and other Co - nursing staff for their commitment.

Overall A very good experience. Just the waiting is bit longer at times apart from that hospitality is very good. Rizwan was very helpful. I don’t have words to explain my experience as I never felt I visited a hospital its like home with happy people around you. The one thing each and every nurse and support staff was saying to my wife happy mom happy baby.

To tell about Dr. Praveena Shenoi mam, I can call her "mom" instead of "mam" because she is a such a lovely person to keep positivity around her. Yes I agree that she wont give much of her time with us if patient reports are good, as everyone can clearly sees her patient count to attend on each day. If she would have given more time I probably may not get her appointment at all. But I can give guaranty that if there is some problem with patient reports, she gives more time to explain to us and make sure we understand. She always keep saying enjoy each and every moment of pregnancy that is one way to make the journey so memorable and happy. I never forget the moment of the first time my baby on her hands.

I am highly recommend Dr. PRAVEENA SHENOI mam to my friends and family members for smooth and happy journey of pregnancy

Well maintained. Good service. Take prior appointment before your visit by calling their call Center or through the app. Hospital is usually crowded but waiting time is usually short. We consulted doctor Meena Venkatraman who was very kind and polite. Gave the right advice and medication- our kid got well the next day. Consulting fee is high (INR 900+ - that’s the only drawback)

My wife and I consulted Dr. Shobha Venkat for our first baby delivery. Doctor's consultation were very helpful and our baby delivery process was very smooth. She was also very much available over phone and mails. We are thankful to Dr shobha and all.
Nurses were also very helpful during our admission.

My wife delivered here, Dr Triveni helped in normal delivery, supported us in every way, answered every quires, awesome doctor, Nursing team, Nicu staffs were very helpful, ward staffs gave proper lactation assistance, Ldr sisters were good. Opd and IP GRE, s was good co ordination, Kuldeep sir, Anjali mam, Ramya mam, Snigdha mam, Ancy mam, Malini mam, cafeteria and team, housekeeping team, thank you so much all, helped me alot.

Good environment. All r good staff also A. S Manjunath billing section he is friendly nature person and cooperated with us.

Extremely expensive consultancy.didn't find it worth it. Above all, these people charge you for parking always.even if you are paying consultancy charges.good money making money job is going on

Doctor named Samipa Mukherjee is extremely unprofessional and can't hear you. As she is dealing with childen, she should be patient enough but she loves to scream. She will not even listen to u fully and talk rudely.also medicine given by her are not at all effective and if you question her back she will start taking to you rudely. Very very unprofessional

I am surprised with all the positive reviews here! Firstly post covid lockdown they have strangely spiked consultation charges on an unreasonable level (around ₹1000 now). They will make you purchase 'additional' stuff from the pharmacy which is a 'must'. Again, the pharmacy has products sold at unreasonable prices. Any refunds or replacements and you will receive no clarity on the invoice! No covid protocol is maintained which made me really anxious, as there was a pretty good crowd, during my visit. It was nerve-wracking to navigate through the crowd with a toddler. The billing section delays by not succeeding and displaying the upcoming token numbers, and hence you might end up being late for your appointment, despite reaching early. Unorganised, unresponsive and haywire procedures. Extremely disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience at Cloudnine oar center. You step in and you will get all the required help. The security staffs, reception counter, nurses, doctors everyone will help with a smile on their face. Had few hickups at the insurance counter however team gave an improved experience later. I would say one of the best hospitals for child birth and maternity. Thanks to the entire team for a seamless experience the second time as well. I was recently admitted in this hospital for a surgery. I'm so happy with everything here. I would give 5*rating for the staffs and the doctors here. Also the Room that was allotted for me was pretty decent. I would like to highlight the behaviour of the staffs here. They were so polite and professional and never hesitated to any questions that we asked. Especially Miss Jagadheshwari (Supervisor help desk & billing), Miss Annie (Nurse from the OT), and Dr. Nikitha and Dr. Modhulika Bhattacharya. I was a little worried when I got here for the surgery, but they made it so easy for me and I didn't feel like I was at a hospital, it was more like home itself. Thank you all.

My experience with Cloudnine hospital, Old Airport Road, Bangalore has been very pleasant and satisfying. I delivered my second baby girl here and I should say, there was a huge difference in the attitude, care and support provided at Cloudnine as compared to one of the renowned hospitals where I delivered my first baby.
My gynae, Dr Praveena Shenoy has been very positive and supportive throughout my pregnancy journey. She has so much positive vibes around her that I have always felt so relaxed and relieved whenever I met her.
The support staff (at the reception, administrative staff, nurses, house keeping staff) have all been very caring and supportive during my 2-day stay there. Special mention to the lactation consultant, Sister Violet, who was so very positive and supportive in my initial struggle with lactation, Sister Maha who took care of all my needs in my hospital stay and Priyanka from Administration who has been assisting us from the very first day of our visit to Cloudnine with all kinds of administrative work. A BIG THANK YOU to all for making my pregnancy journey so rewarding and pleasant!

Fantabulous Doctors, Nurses and very good services for a reasonable price. I would suggest this hospital for all going to be mom & dad, Parents and kids. Would like to share few amazing doctors and nurses names who are just not great professionals in paediatrics, neonatal and nursing but also they have very kind hearts and are very friendly. Never seen such combination anywhere. My son was born here hale and healthy after 10 years of Marriage without any problem or complications. We just trusted our Doctors and did regular follow up as per advise.

We are consulting Dr. Malathi Raja for our son, she is really good and explains everything in details, listens to our concerns attentively. We will recommend her and very happy under her guidance.

High consultation charge of ₹950.minimum parking charge of ₹50. Spare ₹1000 for each visit. Overcrowded on weekends and high traffic on weekdaays at this old airport facility. Revisit limited to 2 days but doctor available only after 3-4 days. 2nd visit u will have to shed another 1k minimum. Less cleanilness due to overcrowd.

Usually I do not write a negative review unless it’s a really bad situation. I am an existing patient of one OBGYN at the old Airport Road branch. Since the govt last week announced about the COVID vaccine for the pregnant women I just wanted to check with my doc if I am ok to get it. I had an appt last week itself with the doctor and thought that it should not be a big deal if I contact the doctor for one simple question.

I’m trying to connect with her since yesterday and all my efforts and going in vain. I called the hospital several time and they asked me to call again or they will call back. Today it seemed to me that they want me to book a paid appointment to ask this simple question to the doctor.

This makes me wonder how commercial these hospitals are and I’m now questioning my decision whether to go ahead with Cloud nine or not. If the doctor can not be accessed ever, what they will react to an emergency situation.

Cloudnine hospital helped Idexcel to conduct vaccination drive at the hospital for our Bangalore employees. It was a seamless drive, no waiting time, well planned. A special mention to Ms. Anjali Sinha for helping us to drive this.

The consultation area is too cramped and crowded. Physical distancing is not enforced. Too risky during covid times. Hospital management staff are too slow, adding to the crowd at counters.
Doctors are fine.

Great effort by all at the vaccination drive at cloud nine. Everything was very systematic, was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
