My concern is not about the treatment or staff behavior it's about the poor infrastructure and arrangement. Specially in the child care building beside the main cloudnine unit. There is no as such parking facility there everytime I visit the security gurad will not allow me to park either their main building parking is full or they will say no parking available asking me park my car in some near by ground or on the service road which is no parking zone. This is very poor arrangement if I am visiting any hospital they should have proper parking. I raised this concern many times no one turned up from management.

We have been consulting Dr. Shefali Tyagi for the past 5 years and she is one of the best doctors. She is very patient, and quick in responding to all our queries.

The doctors are great but the staff is pathetic. They are more bothered about the package a patient takes & not the kind of service they provide. These guys only want to sell a better package when it comes to share the report of the patient it takes more than 2 weeks with several follow ups.

Its an amazing thing to become a parent, However the first few days, feeding the baby for ensuring weight gain & preventing Jaundice is a breath taking challenge.
We were suffering due to not able to feed the baby properly for two weeks. Every time when he cries, we don't know how to feed properly and we were desperate.
After that we were very fortunate that we got into touch with "Rajiya Galeel Bhasha" Lactation specialist. She was so kind and empathic, we were relaxed just by her approach and care. She taught my wife crucial techniques and helped her to feed properly.
We think about her help always and thank every time we feed our baby.

Dr Geetanjali who is the night duty doc is absolutely not professional. I went to meet the doc as I had cramps and abdominal pain and would not normally go this late. Firstly she was unwilling to meet the patient, she arrived on insisting, made no report or document, did not listen, and did not examine or investigate whatsoever. She did not seem interested as it was not a case of pregnancy. She is not qualified to be a doctor sitting in emergency! She had no care or concern! Shocking to be treated this way.

Good food for the patient and attenders at cloudnine cafeteria but Chandru and Marulingappa and team!

We have consulted Doctor Daksha Bakre here and she is really nice, the way she deals with us is really good.

I had a wonderful experience during my delivery and stay with cloudnine. My Dr Shefali Tyagi was so patient and encouraging to make me deliver normally. All the nurses were very active and cooperative. Lactation Consultant Sumaaya is also very helpful.
All I can say is that you can choose cloudnine blindly for your delivery.

Hi, I had been here to do some test. I had to get it done in the morning. So I came here trust me this is one of the finest place to get your test done. During this covid 19 crisis they have taken optimum care in keeping everything hygiene. I don't know the staff name she collected sample at the right time and very professionally. The place was kept very clean. Even the test costs are not too high, they are as per the standards. They even sent test report online at right time. Thanks to cloud nine team and especially for the lab staffs.

I really missed by baby because of their mistreatement and the doctors are not really aware of the medical history of the patients.if you want to kill you baby then please go to his hostipal but the facility in the hospital is really good you will not get that in another other hostipal.

1. These people do unnecessary multiple scans only to make bill which are not good in pregnancy. Good pregnancy requires only 2 scans one in first quarter and secomd in 7th month.
2. I did TSH test in clouenine two times bith times it showed very high. Because I got doubrt I did it again in external lab and TSH shown normal.

Doctor tried to scare me when denies for unnecessary scan.

Me and my wife had a very comfortable experience. Right from admission to post delivery, we did not face any problem. The staff was very helpful and took great care of us. Food was provided for mother in the room. For attendants, food was available in canteen. Cafeteria attendant, Umesh took request for North/south indian food, and provided warm fresh food timely. Great appreciation for the service.

I was recommended cloud nine Bellandur by a colleague in my third month of pregnancy and now having delivered a baby here I would recommend it 100% to my friends and family.
Doctors- From Gynaes to Paeds -All doctors are well experienced and very patient- give individual attention n available on WhatsApp for adversities. Special thanks to Dr. Rashmi Choudhary (Gynae) who delivered my baby. She was very patient in all my consultations through out the pregnancy answering all doubts I had and providing proper treatment and medication at all times. I have also started consulting Dr Vidheya (Paed) - he is also very accommodating and understands the concerns n queries of new parents.
Staff- The staff is well trained and ready to help always - The nurses during my operation and for post op help were very good. Even for the whole stay at cloud nine the nursing staff is 24/7 available for the mother and baby - first night we had to call for a nurse every half an hour but they helped without frowning. Even the other support staff - housekeeping, kitchen were all very receptive. Food served is also pretty yummy.
The other staff - lactation consultant, physio, nutritionists are very helpful. The lactation consultant also held a class which was very helpful to understand how to feed and very important for a new mother.
Overall I was very happy with the whole experience and would like to thank the cloud nine team.

Recently i have gone through with c section in bellandur cloudnine.my doc is rashmi choudary, and she is one of the best doctors we have come across.she guided us in every single phase of my second pregnancy and it went well and smooth.and my baby's doc is syed tajmul, and he is such a nice and warmth person we have ever seen.he listens each and every doubt very much patiently and clarifies from the bottom.and one more person we must include our journey was lactitionist sumaya, she is such a nice person in that hospital staff.nonetheless of her job, she receives everyone with smile.she helped me alot with my baby feeding issues.thank u so much sumaya mam and thanks to cloudnine.

Best hospital for maternity and paediatric care. Hospital is equipped with high end instruments and experienced doctors who have knowledge and listen to patients concerns. I visited Dr Rashmi Chaudhary and she is great. Nurses and staff too are caring and very helpful in all areas. My 9 month journey was comfortable and rewarding. Highly recommend.

One of the worst experience I had at this hospital. A complete nightmare. Insurance guy and his boss at this hospital are unprofessional, rude and crooks. Even though my insurance company gave them letter mentioning clearly that they will pay all the expenses still they asked me to pay extra 25k. They insurance guy said they will not give discharge unless we pay extra 25k. People should avoid this hospital and I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

It’s very clean and hygiene. House keeping is very good. They clean every time. We have been in 215 room house keeping was done by shi Amma was full satisfactory. Supervisor Devappa is monitoring the team with full to see everything is fine with all the patient attendees. House keeping team Rocks so the patient and all will be healthy.

All doctor and Nurse are very supportive. House keeping team (Specially Shivamma) as doing very good job. Dr-Sumaya helped us a lot.

I usually go here for pediatric consultation. Doctor Deepti is good but I am giving the rating here for the front desk experience. I am seeing fighting between the staff in front of the doctors room for the consultation order. Even though allocated time slots they allow others based on the staff change.

It’s a wonderful experience for my first child birth in Cloudnine Bellandur, Bangalore. I would say the person named as Deep Mukherjee is a kind and highly skilled person from Cloudnine who had provided me all kind of required information for administration facilities of Cloudnine. Simple in one word I’m satisfied with the services of Cloudnine Bellandur Bangalore. Also not to forget the doctor name Shefali Tyagi who had helped to keep my wife and daughter fit and healthy.

Doctors & Environment is good.
They charge 700 (Consultation), 150 (1 time registration charge) & 350 (half of consultation price, for follow-ups).
Who the hell charges for follow-ups.

We went for the first time & paid 850 to meet Puja Rathi, then she asked for few tests (costing around 5000). We went outside & got those done in 3000. Then to get those tests checked, they again asked for 350 for follow-up.

Now we have changed our hospital (still renowned and they don't charge for irrelevant things) ?
Go to hell CloudNine (not for middleclass people)

I know corporate hospital are money minded but this hospital is only Money minded and not even 1 follow-up is free at-least in 7-days of 1st first visit,
Government seriously need to take action on corporate hospitals & schools.

Try to check if you have any alternate hospital and visit there only not here unless really needed,

Nowadays services becoming as huge business areas, very sad to see this.
