Hi, Cloudnine maternity hospital is very good hospital. It provides excellent treatment while maintaining great hygiene. The staffs, the doctor and nurses are very good, kind hearted, and Passionate towards their work. All are very friendly and clear all our doubts relating to the issues.
Poor queue management. We came here for vaccination of our kids. We had 12.10 pm appointment and waited till 1 pm. There were multiple queues, one for payment, one for pharmacy to get vaccine. Felt process could have been more streamlined.
Billing department is never available n worst department.my reimbursement is stuck because of that and during my consultations I find Billing guys don't know policy n rules or discounts in Whitefield branch
Rude staff, some doctors are made corporate money making machines. There are/were some good doctors, whom we use to consult in the past. But now the hospital has changed. For showing the scan result, we have to pay 850Rs and second consultation which was free for a week has been brought down at will to 3 days. We book appointments and the doctors disappear for lunch/dinner, the staff doesnt even care to call the patient and update the appointment details, but instead like a public hospital, you have to wait until the doctor comes back from her lunch. We met a wonderful doctor who was sitting beside the acrylic sheet and gave us a advice which may be suitable for teens, doesnt even care to give a check-up. But takes a fee of 1000! If you are still looking for the pink, purple stickers for your car ambience (which too have disappeared - 100 people sitting together in a closed hall is no joke in this COVID time) and brand, please consider this Cloudnine! As somebody said, there are better hospitals!
We had a nice experience in the CloudNine Whitefield hospital. We had consulted Dr. Meeta Chawhan and she was referred by one of my friend. From the day one, the way she guided us throughout the process of pregnancy to baby birth. She listens very patiently and gives her advices very politely. She is very experienced and we highly recommend her for others. We really very thankful to Dr. Meeta Chauhan, Thank you so much.
The doctors (Dr. Mohit, Dr. Ankur and Dr. Sainath) at Cloud nine are very cooperative and kind. They took care of the baby very well and have been helping us through last 2 months. They are pro-active in what they do.
The Raji team of Nurse at the NICU have been the best ones I have seen. They do their job so meticulously. They helped us through all the times. They also taught us many basics. They took care of the baby very well when my baby was in NICU.
I m happy to refer people to cloudnine because of their commitment in what they do.
Pathetic service at couldnine hospital Whitefield We had been to couldnine hospital for hearing test for my 3 months old baby. There was utter confusion whether hearing tests is done in ground floor or in second floor. Finally after two times going up and down, we got to know the hearing test is done in second floor where the delivery rooms are present near the baby aquarium area. The sister incharge told us to make the baby sleep and get back, so when we get the baby sleeping and go to sister she wont be available and Sister comes back after 30 to 45mins baby would have woken up, after three such rounds we finally got the Sister for our service at 12pm we had started at 9: 30am. After completing the hearing test at 12pm, I was made to wait till 1: 30pm to get the report! Finally I figured out the they struggling to get the print out! They didn’t even know how to take print out, finally I tool print screen and sent it to email. Report was important to me since Doctor Namrita had asked for it! For ear piercing, I bought ear stud (13c surgical steel) for 450rs but they charged 1500rs three times more than MRP. I will not recommend Cloundnine to anybody. The staff there is completely unorganized. If the same doctor is visiting anyother hospital kindly visit that hospital and avoid couldnice.
If you have lots of money which you wanna throw away in the name of good ambience, please visit this place. There are plenty of good hospital with nice doctors are available who are not running behind your money. Staffs are pathetic. There charge 10k in the name of covid care, covid is a jackpot for these hospitals.
I consulted dr. Meeta chauhan in 2019 for my pregnancy. She is an amazing doctor and kind hearted person. Under her guidence and consultaions my entire journey of pregnancy was smooth. She is kind and supportive in my all visits and talked about every aspects of pregnancy. Inspite of prescribing so many medicines she focused on natural and protien rich diet and also motivated to take plenty of water and 10 minutes walk daily. Overall it was an excellent exeprience. Fully satisfied with her way of treatment. Thanku doctor n entire team for everything. Due to your efforts i m blessed wid my bunddle of joy.my little one. Highly recommend her to everyone, my family and friends.
In Cloudnine-whitefield We had a overall good experience during pregnancy and delivery of our 1st baby. I feel lab and scan are little bit expensive, but they have discount and coupon which can be used.
We were consulting with Dr Meeta chawhan during pregnancy. She is very caring, friendly and honest. She gave lots of advice which helps us during pregnancy. She used to prefer home remedies. We are happy with her for our experience.
For our baby we now we are consulting Dr Ankur Rajvanshi. He is also very caring and friendly.
Horrible service. Reception attendants are super rude and unhelpful. They take bookings on practo with a different visiting charge mentioned and when you reach the facility, they charge you more saying that they don't use practo. This is highly unprofessional if you are taking bookings with a false charge and then asking for more. Also the entire registration process is super annoying, they force you to download an app and provide personal details (which I did not want to provide given how data from uncredited apps can be misused) but they would not register you without this. Really unprofessional and cumbersome experience, I walked out without consultation, would not recommend.
I had visited hospital on 28th aug 2021. Had scan and doctor suggested bed rest for 2 weeks. I went home and then in my office they asked for medical certificate for bedrest, then i called hospital. They told to come and collect.we went today 6th sep 2021 and asked in reception, they told i need to take doctor appointment and then get certificate by making us pay 850rs which is just insane. When already doctor mentioned in prescription why cant they check and give the certificate? They are completely money minded and looting people. Please visit hospital only if you have lots of money.

Such a beautiful experience in Cloudnine Whitefield. Had my first delivery in this hospital during pandemic situation, I was so worried. But from day 1, I was so happy that I was in good hands.
Had bit of complications during pregnancy but Dr. Meeta treated really well. She guided me how to treat myself during pregnancy, gave a dietary requirements which helped me throughout my pregnancy.
During delivery, she was very supportive. By God grace and with support of Dr. Meeta, I was blessed with a baby boy in 2020.
Cloud nine gave a nice and smooth experience throughout the journey of having a baby. I was consulting Dr. Meeta Chauhan and she is a pro in her job. She provided me with the utmost care and confidence during and after pregnancy. My baby was born during pandemic and no one was allowed to visit after delivery. It was just me and my husband. The hospital staff was very supportive. Giving 4 rating because during the last stage of my pregnancy, hospital kept on cancelling my scans and doctor’s booking which made me panic.
I have very bad experience with appointments being rescheduled and cancelled. This has happened like third time for us. We travel to the hospital and then had to travel back again the next day. I usually book appointments for next consultation and scan after each doctor visit but one scan appointment was cancelled with just an information call. I had made the payment and had to follow up for refund, The other situation was appointment was postponed to the next week as doctor was not available that day. When I reached there the next week, they informed me it was rescheduled as walkin and doctor was not available that day as well. And I was not even informed and travelled back next day. Felt like visiting government office where we have to talk and ask about status and make plans for rest of day based on that.
We have been consulting doctor Meeta Chawhan from the starting of our pregnancy and we must say the journey has been smooth and wonderful because of her timely guidance and directions. Very helpful and co-operative and explains all the problems in detail. Also, she is very patient whenever any question had been put to her related to our concern (s). Highly recommended.

I had a Good experience with this Hospital. I was consulting Meeta Chauhan from the day 1 of my pregnancy. Even though i had complications, she delivered my baby smoothly and me and my baby were healthy. Now she turned 1 and she is very active. I really thank Meeta Chauhan. Also, the whole management.
Dr. Meeta Chawhan is too good! She was with us every step of the way and feels more like a friend than a doctor.but coming to Management, Its too poor, Very bad cashless service, lots of follow of required from our side.and I also had very bad experience with Dr. Ankur Rajvanshi. He is very impolite, arrogant and indiscipline Doctor. My baby had jaundice at the time of birth but He discharged my baby after keeping two days in nicu and one day in ward but he did not apply phototheraphy treatment in these three days. He called us for follow up checkup after one day of discharge. When we visited on 16th August, My baby bilirubin was very high and His statement was as expected. If you are expecting this then you should not discharge. We are paying Rs 850 to meet him but He acts like he is paying the mentioned amount. I lost my faith from cloudnine just because of him. I would not recommend cloudnine to anyone in my circle.
Thank you cloudnine Whitefield, we got our twins baby birth here, good support by doctor, staff and nurses. Many times we went in night, before delivery and got well treatment. Thank you Dr Meeta chauhan. After baby birth kept in ICU, Dr Mohit treated well. Overall we are very happy.

Wonderful experience in the hospital. All the staffs starting from housekeeping, nurses, and especially Dr. Meeta Chauhan for her support throughout the journey of my pregnancy and delivery. I had some complications but I know I was in good hand, so my entire pregnancy period went very smoothly and I could deliver my beautiful angel on 10th April, 2020 in the midst of pandemic. I consulted Dr. Meeta Chauhan once I conceived and throughout my maternity journey. I am so thankful to have visited the doctor. She was very friendly and positive. She ensured me a safe delivery and encouraged only natural remedies for every side effect in maternity.
Took my Mom for vaccination. The process was smooth and hardly took 30 mins including observation. The staff are courteous and guide you properly. Only Covishield is available hence no confusion. Overall all cleanliness is also good. Only thing is parking is limited so if you are going for vaccination try to go in early.

Cloudnine Whitefield - where do I even begin! I had come here with my OBGYN Dr Teji who is an angel from God. Pregnancy was going well till I had to have an emergency c - section, and our baby was put in the NICU straight from the delivery room. I was calm during the entire situation only because of Dr Teji, who went out of her way to be there for me and my husband. She would check on our baby even though officially her job was done. I cannot complete this review without mentioning the most wonderful staff of the NICU. The entire team of doctors and nurses were a dream team. They all were so in tune with the needs of all the babies in the NICU. Friendly, approachable and extremely caring. The NICU can be a scary place for parents, but having a team such as what we experienced in Cloudnine was such a positive experience. The NICU staff work as a team and that effort really shows. Special shout out to Dr Mohit, Dr Sainath and Sister Raji - thank you for all the support and leading the way for the team. And to all the nurses of the NICU, you are the backbone of this department. Last but not the least, the admin staff of Cloudnine Whitefield - the hospital is run so efficiently, your staff are so polite and your housekeeping does an amazing job. Even though our situation was not ideal, you were so accommodating to all our needs. All in all, Cloudnine Whitefield is the place you should go to for all maternity needs, from conception till delivery and more.
