Housekeeping and cleaning staff were great. We did not have any complaints throught our stay

We came emargency for my wife back pain and some gastric problem
In emargency 24/7 team helped alot thanks to sumita, Sukanya ashish, and malathi thanks each and everyone everything takes care

Strongly recommend this place for delivery and Scans, its quite satisfying when you see your baby’s face, hands, feet & listen heartbeat inside your belly,

Here I happily posting my review after first delivery experience in cloud nine.thank God given me best & friendly doctor's & nurse's & take care people everyone has kind heart' to take care of my wife & baby. & Once again very heartful thank you Dr. Manjudeepthi madam being very patient & friendly with us it makes us very comfortable & happy.thank you cloud nine team we happily leaving this hospital with great experience.

Only reason to go this hospital because its near to my house & 2nd thing for good doctor.there are many issues with this hospital, that's really not good for patient for the fee paid for their services.this review after i made 5 visits to hospital!
1. Management is not good, they don't even know how to guide for emergency or high priority situation
2. Staff attitude towards patient & visitors worst, i don't even think they take doctor words or follow doctors recommendation & priority.typical reply would be rude.
3.they ask to wait outside the hospital building, even for patient too! Due to covid-19, don't care the patient condition.if u talk nicely, staff will reply rudely.the person come with patient has to sit outside in a shed, patient can suffer alone inside.there is nobody ready to listen your problem.they ensure u will be out of the building rudely.
4.staff themselves not follow covid rules, dont wear mask properly!
5.nobody wants to stay in hospital for long during this time, but hospital staff make u to wait for hours & hours. 1.5-2 hours for consultation, 2hours for scanning, 1hour for sample collection, 30min for an injection.
6. Booking appointment is just name sake.u still need to wait for 2hrs.if you go with emergency they would ask for appointment.meaningless!
7.you have to keep follow up for lab reports, infact doctor would ask report in whatsapp by patient condition, but the hospital dont want to release it.when u call, they would keep saying u will get call from lab, but i would get call from some other lab, after that they ensure Im in wrong side.
8.there is charge for car parking on hourly basis. & they ensure u will get delay for every small things.why can't car parking waive off if you take consultation for 850rs for 10min or so.

Cloudnine management never improve and never respond to any of issues. We stuck with this hospital due to Doctor.

I would like to take a moment to thank every staff of hospital. Specially Dr Mamtha Shetty for passing on positive vibes. And entire delivery process was such a fun with Dr Supritha.and thanks to all the nurse of ICU where my daughter was there for 5days they took of my new born bby with such a great care.thanks to sis Priyanka, Priya and Pavitra and every one there. Thanks a lot

It’s been really great experience to have ear piercing done for my daughter from cloudnine and it really went well. Maria is very professional in her job and she carefully explained all do & don’ts and made my daughter so comfortable, she didn’t even cry after ear piercing. I highly recommend cloudnine to everyone for ear piercing job.

I am very much happy about how the baby delivery went through and how all sisters and staff helped to take care of our baby and the mother during 2 night and 3 days of stay in the hospital.

I’ve been consulting Dr Mamatha Shetty for my pregnancy in cloud nine HRBR. She’s been an excellent person to guide, and didn’t scare us. She’s been very calm and reassuring us through out my journey of pregnancy. I wanted to have normal pregnancy, and was not sure if I could since my BMI was high. Mamatha ma’am assured and suggested few exercises which I followed religiously. During labor, she has been there always to check on me, came very often. The supporting Dr when mamatha Mam was Busy, is really patient and had been a great support to me during labor pains. There are few nurses whom I’d like to express my thanks to, but there are also few who should improve their behaviour.
My baby has been delivered normally and I couldn’t thank Mamatha ma’am and the other doctors with her and the supporting team. Thank you Mamatha ma’am for making normal delivery possible and checking on me even when it was holiday for you.
I’d suggest Mamatha Dr for anyone who’s looking for normal delivery even for those in doubt. She suggested us early labor by inducing pain, and my journey had been smooth and excellent. Grateful to the Dr.

Ear piercing. Ashwini came to our home to do this and she did an excellent job. It was as close to painless as possible. She was very professional and sweet. Loved her service. Thanks!

Poor experience with the hospital. Doctors are good. But it’s extremely crowded and the schedule management is poor. No indication or intimation of expects wait times or delays. On top of the poor scheduling and long wait times, there are 20+ sales reps hogging the waiting space without place to sit for pregnant women and their companions. For the price of the services charged, the overall experience is poor.

Very well behaved, experienced, hospitable and polite staff. The service was excellent in all aspects. The ambience and food was hygienic and service was prompt. Our recovery was given the utmost care and importance.

I want to express about cloud9 hospital.the hospital cleaning is very nice.the room service and cleaning is very good.

Maria has come for my baby ear piercing, she has done a good job, she explained everything in detail and was gentle with my baby. I would definitely recommend her to all.

Poor quality health care at a premium price. This facility shamelessly demandingly requests 5-star reviews at every opportunity, whether it's during scans or housekeeping. Take their 5-star ratings with a grain of salt. Nothing less than a fish market, often over crowded. Even with prior appointments, expect to wait 1-2 hours for scans, and consultations seem to have no time limit. Sometimes, you might wait for over 2 hours for just a 2-5 minute consultation with your doctor. Dr. Manjula Deepak, in particular, follows this rushed routine and tends to avoid/defer questions to your next visit.

Our personal experience was far from satisfactory. We consulted Dr. Manjula Deepak for our first pregnancy and she turned out to be as useless as their appointment management system. She always appeared to be in a hurry, which raised concerns from the beginning. Despite my reservations, we continued visiting her at my wife's insistence. During our 37th-week regular checkup, she performed a membrane sweep without our consent, causing my wife's water to break unexpectedly. We were unprepared, both emotionally and professionally. This incident turned our most anticipated moment into an accidental ordeal. Labor had to be induced due to the broken waters, and after enduring around 18 hours of continuous labor suffering, my wife had to undergo a C-section. Imagine the heartache of witnessing a loved one suffer for nearly a day due to someone else's negligence. Furthermore, the baby developed jaundice due to the stress of prolonged labor on the head, necessitating phototherapy.

In my view, all of this could have been avoided if the doctor had been more gentle and methodical in her approach. She was consistently hasty and reckless in her treatment. She didn't even use a sterile glove for the pelvic examination and the membrane sweep, she asked the nurse to get a sterile glove but by the time the nurse got it she finished the procedure with a non sterile glove lying open in her cabin, woww. During the labor as well her support was non-existent. She just appeared twice during those arduous 18 hours and her presence lasted for a ONE LONG minute each time.
The facility provides no support for you in the labor room, be prepared for it if you are planning to undergo a normal delivery here. You are on your own, there are no midwives. All you get are the nurses who keep inducing you through the medicines. Nobody would be there to guide/help you with the birthing positions or to give you those massages.

All in all, this facility and the doctor left me extremely disappointed. They caused unnecessary suffering to my baby and wife. Despite everything that occurred, my wife remains calm and maintains a forgiving attitude towards the doctor, but I, on the other hand, cannot help but express my frustration and anger.

We had delivour Baby Boy on 19th October 2023. The service provided from Doctor to House keeping team was very wonderful.

Booked earpiercing for my daughter. It was an important event for us and was highly disappointed with the service by cloud nine. They followed up with me every hour till I made a booking and haven't responded at all post that. I have done the booking well in advance and have been following up with them even before 2 days of appointment. BUT NO RESPONSE. Even on the day of booking had to call 10 times to know if they are even planning to turn up for piercing that day. Finally after a 3 hour long wait and follow up with front desk they responded saying product out of stock. Thanks cloud nine for such a sad and pathetic service. My sincere advice not to trust them for such important days.

House keeping services was excellent. They have kept room very hygeine and they were available all the time. Thank you! Special thanks to supervisor Vijaya.

I had consulted doctor for my pregnancy, she has been extremely calm and polite throughout and most importantly had helped me with a normal delivery which was pretty smooth and seamless

Happy to announce that I have blessed with baby boy. A very big thanks to Dr. Mamatha Shetty for treating me from day one I conceived to till delivery. She responded immediately without any hesitation and availed all the time whenever I required her.
