Overall good PG 24×7 mineral water available floor wise it's best for everyone, friendly environment and decent people stay here. Maintenance and house keeping is best compare to my previous experience!

Rooms are cleaned frequently, Bike parking available, Good facility to wash clothes and there is no water problem.
Overall it was a good stay.

One of my friend is staying there nothing to say much because i haven't experienced so when i visited it was clean and good the works where good and humble

Rest is costly i.e 9k, food we can say above average, rooms are clean and spacious. Totally worth for pay

Accommodation facilities are extremely good, foods are also good compared to other pgs and owner behaviour was very nice.

Worst pg you won't get hygiene food. Not cleaning regularly. Very bad mantanance. Chapati only 2 even poori size is bigger than this chapati.

This is the only pg in Bangalore where I got refund of my advance ofter I left the pg

One of the wearst PG in the hole area no proper food, food will be like hel if we or not gowing on time because of work or some other reason cook will tell that see the timing, and not cleaning room properly, and hot water is not coming in morning or in night if we ask they r telling that it's on but in room it's not comming, if we tell that will tell that I will resolve the issue but it's not resolved till today, after paying rent we need to spend more then 4 or 5k for food outside, pg consists of 65 to 70 people but no one is complaining and there are 2 washingmesain but from past 3 month 1 is not working we need to wait for wash the clothes.plz plz plz resolve the issue as soon as possible and do the best food, all the ppl are comming from out of district or out of state that if ur giving this kind of food then no one will stay more than a month so plz Akshay se and solve the issue.

To be mention I am staying in bangalore from past ३ years and he is only one person to return my deposit money back

Very wost PG in bangalore
1. Everyday You will get rice & dal in Lunch (No other items)
2. Weekly 3 days, You will get rice in breakfast
3. Then you will get curry item in dinner that is also not good
4.15 days You will not get internet
5. Owner listen everything but he will not take any action.
6. Behaver of the cook is not good.
7. Bed conditions also not good.
8. There is no sufficient parking area.

If you are a rice lover then ur most welcome to this PG.

I would give 0.5 rating but the option is not available that's why I put 1star

No Hot water,
Food is worst and even limited,
Same curry serving for lunch and dinner
No maintenance,
1 washing Machine is working out of 2
Wifi is not working for half the time

One of the worst pg in the city, very limited food, no proper tast, pathetic hygiene.

And also too heavy for pocket for the facility we get.

Rooms are clean and good. Food quality is very average. They also put capping on food qty like 2 chapatti etc. Stayed here for 4 days.

No proper food otherwise no problem but owner was very good person very very decent and adjustable to everyone an friendly character

Neat, Clean and a peaceful place to stay. Well furnished wardrobes, 24X7 water facilities, Purified drinking water access available in all the floors. Affordable prices.

One of the good and best Pg I ever seen honest owner who never change his words what he promised he will do that akshay brother missing the Pg very badly life to move on

It is the very nice pg for boys. Its give 3 time Healthy food with Tv, Washing Machine, WiFi Facility's etc.

Coming to a new city is always a difficult experience however Staying with Them make it a valuable/Homely experience

About facilities:
There are only two washing machines for a PG that can accommodate 60 people at full capacity. So expect to find a long queue for putting clothes to wash.
The Wi-fi speed is decently fast.

About Hot water:
There are issues with hot water availability. You will not get hot water after 10: 00 AM inspire of the PG having solar heater and heat pump.

About Food:
As the number of tenants increase, the quality of food became low. There will be no chapatis, sabzi (palya) & Eggs after 9: 00 PM for dinner. The food available is not so great (Expect to get rasam and rice for 3 days a week).
The washing are in the ground floor is unhygienic.
About rent deposit:
There is a initial deposit of 3000 INR to be paid as deposit along with the rent.
Beware of the owner’s attitude! Initially, he may come across as a nice and jovial person but is very cunning when it comes to giving back the deposit while vacating the premises.

The TV setup box will not be recharged when you enter t room and it will stay the same even after informing the owner to do so multiple times.

About location:
The PG is located in a good area near to Sahakarnagar main layout, which is a good thing.

Overall review:
I would not recommend this PG for people looking to stay, since the above problems stated form the majority of the issues.

Great manager. Good environment. Cleanliness is the priority here. Wi Fi, washing machine, bed etc.everything is as per good hygiene standard. Parking place and hot water available. There is an adjacent semi public park attached to the PG which is a great perk of staying here.

One of the best Mens PG in sahakar Nagar. I am from north India, but I never felt that because of their hygienic food.and also owner is very much friendly. Pg is near to brigade magnum, opus, rmz azure, latitude.you can say pg is walkable distance from them.

Best in price, providing quality cot and bed, maintenance is soo gud and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable

BEST FOOD QUALITY & NO PROBLEM WITH WATER AND THEY USE RO WATER FOR FOOD, THEY ARE GOOD IN MAINTAINING FOOD QUALITY
