I had ordered for a bento cake. The cake was exactly what I had expected for. I would highly recommend cocoa bakes.

This is a cute place that I always go with my family, I absolutely love the food here. Egg dishes and mostly everything is really good. Egg Royale, lychee tres chess, we also get customised cakes for special occasions from here. The best part is everything tastes homemade and the recipes are so fresh. They don’t use outside sauces or additives. They make everything in house even breads. I highly recommend

We have ordered 5kg chocolate truffle and vanilla biscoff birthday cake for my daughter's birthday it was so good in taste and we r very much satsified with this order.

Pretty expensive but if u can afford u can visit. Best part is they customise cuisine as we want.

They can really help you in screwing up your big day... There creativity sucks... They do have least common sense in differentiating as how they do the icing on cakes for boys and girls... As said... Wanna screw up just visit them

I had this place along with my friend to order a cake, had nice tea. While talking to the owner came to know that prepare Italian food & pizza, the place was crowded in the morning itself, very clean and hygienic, seeing the crowd I am sure food must be good,

Out of the world cakes and pastries. A must try. Perfect sized servings. Parking is the downer.

Don’t opt for it if you don’t wana spoil your function. They change the flavour, make with egg cake and deliver it inspite of telling them that eggless is needed and delivered late.

As told to them directly they have already lost a big chain of permanent customers from my end. I have learned my lesson - ‘Don’t trust a brand blindly. As at some point of time they will for sure make a mess, put you in trouble and break your trust. ’

This shop is pathetic. Not at all trust worthy for any orders. Don't deliver what we have ordered. Never ever try this shop.

Cocoabakes is an excellent place for customized cakes. Awesome taste and very good quality cakes. Once you take a bite, it just melts in your mouth.ymmmm

The owner of the shop is such a rude fellow with least customer manners. Preordered 2 cakes with proper quotation with proper dates mentioned on it properly by the owner himself. Still got the cakes delayed by 2 hours in the morning and the 2nd cake by almost 6-7 hours delay. Besides their mistake, rather than being sorry, the owner's answer is take the cake if you want or else leave it here. If you also want to experience the same then go for this shop.

We ordered nachos, litchi tresleches and a plain tea.
Everything tastes good. We got a complementary orange cake which tasted delicious.

They prepare wonderful cakes. I just showed some online picture and told them to do in the way I was thinking. But they actually prepared the same way I was thinking.

Great cozy place to chill out with your friends & Family. They are not just bakery but also a cafe they offer pizzas, Burgers, Omelette, And other food which is just amazing coming to the dessert do their their signature ras malai tres leches which is really yummy … The staff is very genuine and the service is really good

My go to place for desserts, but is kind expensive. Their eclair and macaroons are amazing

Preordered 2 cakes for the birthday party. One for morning celebration and second for evening celebration. Got both the cakes with a delay of 2 hours. Got humiliated in front of guests. If you want to get humilated like us then pls go ahead with this bakery. Third class customer service. On questioning about the delay the response given was "if you want then wait and take Or else go". They were not even sorry for their mistake. This is the THIRD CLASS Bakery in banashankari with no respect for customers.

I have been ordering cake from this place since few months. They bake delicious and yummy cakes. The cake is perfect soft and the cream just melts in your mouth. Death by chocolate is a must try.timely delivery too!

If you are looking for perfect chocolate cake then you must visit here, tried chocolate cake it is perfect in texture, taste and aroma, was missing this when I bought chocolate cake from other shops.

Very good place. The food is top notch and is very good for hanging out. The brownies are the best here, must try.
