I recently had an interview experience with this company, and I wanted to share my feedback. During the interview, I encountered inconsistent communication from the interviewer, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. Initially, I responded to a question with a visual or practical example as requested, but then the interviewer suddenly asked for a technical explanation. When I provided the technical explanation as requested, they unexpectedly changed their request back to a visual explanation.

I believe that clear and consistent communication is crucial during interviews. If the interviewer had specific preferences or expectations, it would have been helpful for them to communicate those clearly from the beginning. It’s essential to maintain professionalism and respect for candidates throughout the interview process. I hope this feedback helps improve the interview experience for future candidates.
