The place is awesome, location and service by the family was also very good. Very delighted to mention that the family of sweekar who took care of us were very kind and accommodating. The food they served was very delicious. The only suggestion I would give them is that they should provide few items by default available at house rather than we seeking them (kettle & basic cutlery). Also another suggestion is to provide more fans around the house during summer.

Good place to stay. Not bad building. No attached washrooms. So if you've to use the toilet or shower you have to go behind the house where owners stay. And they're very nosy. So there's no privacy. And they charge a lot for food where menu isn't even transparent. If privacy isn't your concern, this might be a good place for you.

Amazing amazing place to stay at! So clean & the caretakers are damn good. If you are going to chikmanglur, you can surely book a stay here.

Most horrible and hostile hosts I have ever seen. The owners are tooo money minded very shrewd.
Bad attitude towards customers.
There’s nothing comforting in the property, hard rock like mattresses, food is just about ok, absolutely no phone connectivity, they don’t provide WiFi.
The worst experience was the way they don’t allow to play music even in the portico. The TV doesn’t work.
All sorts of insects hundreds of them sneak in through the roof and don’t allow people to sleep.
Even though our check out time was 12 they shoved us off by encroaching the house at 7: 30 in the morning.

Amazing hosts, they suggested a well planned trip for 4 days, food was mouth watering.
Would love to visit and spend time with hosts again

Its an awesome place with home like environment as the host are truly friendly, home made food served was very tasty (they call it "MALNAD" food verity).

Very nice place. Calm and quiet. We can feel like home. The father and mother there will look after as if we are their children. They are too caring. Even though we are from Kerala and don't know the language we all had a great sync with them. The food they served was delicious. We won't feel like we are staying in a place total strange to us. They are always with us for help. There is a plantation besides the stay in which we can go for a nice morning walk through mist. I would suggest this for anyone. I Just loved it.

Food is splendid. But cot is not sufficient for family. It's good only for bachelors or couples. With small kids it's not comfortable.

Place situated inside the coffee estate. Good to stay for families and friends. Food was great.
