It was a blissful and best place to spend your holiday, the service, food, ambiance, activities, pool everything is to it's best. Specially the owner and the manager is very down to earth and humble to serve customers, we had a great time, thank you Coffee gudda for the beautiful memories.

It was an awesome stay at coffee gudda resort, staff at the reception & also the guys working there (krishna, mallesh & others) are more attentive to needs of the guest and suggested the best time to visit nearby places also Best suited to people of all age group.

A great place for break out in a coffee plantation. A nicely planned resort has everything that u need for a holiday. Staff is very courteous, hospitality received from them is awesome.

Amazing service by Krishna. He arranged everything we needed at the stay and also for Netravati trek. Location is great. Rooms can be improved but in Kudremukh you are closer to nature.

The best place to stay if one decides to visit Kalasa, near Horanadu. It's a resort amidst coffee estate. Fantastic hosts, who are always ready to help with any requirements of the guests.
Mr Shivu was so helpful with his recommendation with regards to close by tourist spots. So was Mr Ramesh, who went beyond and above to ensure our stay was good.
Food is fantastic here. You will love the food as it's got typical local vibe to it.

As a satisfied guest here, I will definitely recommend this place to anybody who wishes to have a peaceful, relaxed stay amidst coffee plantation.

Absolutely fantabulous stay to say the least. We were 4 pax and stayed for 2 nights with lovely malnad food with a pinch of homeliness and loads of courteous hospitality.
A special mention to RAMESH who cared for our every needs during our stay. Be it - nearby attractions or local cuisine.
All the members managing the property went above and beyond our expectations/needs to make our stay memorable.
I would definitely recommend COFFEE GUDDA for everybody looking to spend a relaxing time with the comfort of home away from home.

Coffee Gudda: This place is Located in the middle of Coffee plantation, it's just beautiful and perfect for a Great Vacation for Family and friends. They have Swimming Pool, Kids play area, Indoor & Outdoor Games as well.
There is Natural water stream which flows through their property.
The service is simply awesome, they serve delicious Food.

Coffee Gudda - the best resort @ samse kalasa which is surrounded by coffee estates and forest. Me my family & friends enjoyed alot. The waterfall trek, mountain view was an amazing experience. It was adventurous and refreshing. The ambience & hospitality @ resort is very good

We enjoyed our stay at Coffee Gudda. Rooms were neat and the staff were very polite and attentive. Food was simple local cuisine, but tasty. The estate is also quite nice and peaceful. Only downside was the music with the campfire. I think the other guests enjoyed it so the staff obliged, but it wasn't something we looked forward to. Still, no complaints, we were able to relax.

This has been my worst stay experience ever. Had booked for 2 nights but left after the 1st night given the pathetic situation.would highly recommend people to check n book other places in this area like upasana retreat or thangaali homestay.
Why I would not recommend coffeegudda:
- no covid protocols being followed. If you ask the staff to put on mask, they just giggle n say they are busy.
- unhygienic - the rooms and bathrooms have fungal growth. The rooms are stuffy, smelly without any ventilation. The windows are layered with cobwebs. We have lived in kudremukh for 2 decades and know perfectly well that it is possible to maintain clean rooms in this weather- don't blame the weather for sheer negligence in basic hygienic upkeep.
- not a place for families. By 8.30pm, drunk people were walking around n making noises in the common dining area. They were so drunk that they had trouble identifying their own table. Our group with women, kids and senior citizens felt very uncomfortable.
- no sense of timing. Dinner starts at 8pm however it was not served until 9.30pm.breakfast starts at 8am according to their welcome email but later they say they will keep only 1 item ready at 8am.

Coffee Gudda is a great weekend gate way and must stay place with amazing super friendly staff and awesome tasty food.
Rooms are very cleaned and very well maintained.
Wallet card parking is available.
Staff are very respectfully to guest and responsive.
Great place to spend time with family and friends
Nearby many places and temples to visit.

Beautiful place and amazing staff. A perfect place to relax or enjoy. Cottages are amid coffee estate makes it even more special. If u want to escape from the busy city life, coffee gudda is the perfect place to stay ️

Had an unpleasant stay at this place,
Food was pathetic, no varieties, person who serves food hesitates to serve more, taste and quality is poor.
Staff doesn't not promote any kind of activities like trekking and waterfall visit
Hot beverages were awful, the stay name says coffee gudda though.
Overall - not worth for 3k per head per day
1 plate French fries cost - 150₹, don't know on what basis

Cost is totally not worth the services.
Pros -
- Hygiene is maintained
- Good view from the room
- Room is well maintained
- Hospitality is good
- Staff response was good

Cons -
- They said trekking is included and even after reminding them the previous night, no preparations were made for the trek and no trek happened
- Food, taste was mediocre and options were vy bad
- Cost of optional snacks are very high and taste is quite bad
- Complimentary snacks were untouchable
- When serving food, the person who serves hesitates to even provide more
- They had a pool table displayed in the eatery but it was just for display. Even carrom board, the board was unplayable.
- Coffee/Tea which are usually speciality of such places were just pretty much just water
- No activities which were promised at all, just stay and checkout, nothing more

Well maintained place with range of houses and cottage to stay in. Pool is where you can relax your weekend along with good food. Hospitality at best. Very kind and down to earth staff

This is more than a resort, it felt like a second home. The service was excellent, the rooms excellent, the food was absolutely mind boggingly good. The choice of menu is outstanding by the staff.
The resort rooms are all at the very best state and conditions except for one, which is very clean and tide but has very small needed services. But this resort is a must stay if you ever travel anywhere close by, as even locally they are considered the very best.
The game activities, nature, trekking, camping and pool are all a plus for the already present joyous stay.

This place is so amazing! I went here along with my family and we were a group of eight. Their hospitality is really so good and their food is exceptionally tasty. The staff here is super friendly and they make sure you have an amazing stay! This place has such beautiful greenery and you will be surrounded by white noise 24 hrs with crickets around youThey arrange transport for local sightseeing and thats super adventurous! Definitely a place where you would surely go second time! Kudos to team Coffee Gudda and Mr. Ravi.

Good place inside the coffee estate. Full of green. Yeah need to focus on room clieaniness, it's always wet and stinks a little.

Food was really good, they serve regional food. Good for veggies but no much options for non veggies.

The stay was good and the food was great. But I was disappointed that the owner asked us 200 rupees per head for using the ropewalk and other facilities. It was cheap of him to do that.

Stay was good. But they do not provide room services nicely. For towels, soap, hand wash u have to run for day.

We had a big family trip to Coffee Gudda and the experience is memorable. Everyone appreciated the location right in midst of Coffee Estate. Opposite to it is the vast Tea estate and a small stream flows in front of the estate. Food is very tasty and is authentic Malnad, employed folks are kind and helpful. Coffee and Tea served is heavenly! We ordered the same coffee powder that they use and they happily purchased it for us. Taste is yummy even though I am not a great fan of Coffee/Tea. Owner of the Coffee Gudda had come to meet us and he is friendly and he has plans of building infinity pool and a dedicated play area for the kids which was under construction when we visited. Even in the midst of coffee, not much of mosquito. They had organized campfire and is worthy. We visited neigbouring places like Kalasa temple, Horanadu & Sringeri as well and river rafting. My recommendation is don't venture out but enjoy the calmness of the place, stroll around the estate. It's a different experience. This is cash only place. Jio, Vodafone & BSNL works amazing. Airtel doesn't work here.

Nice place in between of nature. Lots of option to play like from mini golf to cricket to baset ball. You will have campfire and nice stay. Very clean and co-operative. But few things should be improoved is food option as not many non southern people are not acquired of the taste of south indian food and would be nice if they add north food as well. Secondly I think they don't know proper English to communicate. Any group going with no native speaker find it difficult. Overall I will recommend this.

Coffee Gudda is a pleasant and peaceful homestay away from the main city of chikmagalur. This is one of the best homestay I have ever visited. The homestay owner and the supporting staff all are so much generous and kind. Food was simple and tasty. They took us to a water falls (yelaneeru falls) and sunset point (Gaali gudda). All in all we had great experience.

Tucked in the middle of a coffee plantation, this is a wonderful place for a team outing or even relaxing with friends and family. It is located near Kalasa, in chikmagalur district. They charge you approx 2.8k per head which includes 2 lunch, dinner, snacks and breakfast with stay. They arrange for bonfire as well if weather permits. And they will take you for two activities. We went to a waterfall and it was magical. And then we went to galigudda peak, for which words are not enough to explain. We also did a paid rafting activity on bhadra river, which was amazing as well.

Great stay. Have got a great bunch of staffs who are ready to put in extra efforts to make the guests happy. Food is Fantastic. Would love to visit again.
