Awesome place. Quality of ice creams is good and good number of varieties. But brace for the Cost impact. Feel cost is high atleast it costs 200 per cone. Otherwise a nice place to hang around for sometime.
Still the same price for 2 people for small cup costs 450 rupees.
Went ad hoc to purchase a birthday cake. Very poor options were available. Staff showed strawberry cake and told it is cheese cake and vice versa. Showed 500g cake and told it is 1kg. Funny but irritating. May be online order is not bad. Yet to try.
Being a regular customer of cold stone, I was highly disappointed and disheartened with the behaviour of this outlet's service. As Mocha flavour wasn't available, I asked if I could try a new taste the sweet cream flavour before ordering. The server replied, it will be 25INR charge as my husband has already tried two flavours. That was really ridiculous, humiliatinf and disrespectful. Therefore, I didn' t want to order anything else.l paid the amount and the server said he was only kidding with me and it was for fun. I am mature woman and not a kid to be made joke off. I have never felt such humiliation in any outlet before. Its very sad that you lost a loyal customer and her business due to such poor mentality.
Limited variety of ice creams compared to what it used to have couple of years back. Many of the options wont be available and limited options you have are too sweet.
Guys be careful while going, my experience was not good. They are in mood of loot and humiliating middle class Indian.
Pricing: for 60 gm they say approx 80 and 90 gram 145. Don't know there mathematics. We asked for small one which they have displayed on counter, but when they did billing they did for 90 gram and when we asked they started bluffing.
Humiliation: zomato pro has option to pay online bill, I did same which was appearing online, due to some connectivity issues at store end they received messag after few min in between they started making story we have three store in Whitefield all zomato payment goes to varthur store, you have to pay again.
Note: I will suggest be careful while buying anything from there store they have strategy of one time buyer.
Great great service from Raj who was so friendly to my birthday boy and gave him an extra topping and a few other freebies that made him so happy. Small gestures like this make the experience so much better and this store consistently was top class over the years!
It's a very nice cozy place. Not giving 5-stars because of 2 reasons, first safety & hygiene, and second limited choice of flavours. Take away is recommended, whatever you choose be sure the quality and taste is top notch.
I have been there for the first time. This nice cozy place. They have good ice cream options. Staff is good. Parking space available. Ambience is good too.
What's Their Speciality? Highly focused on ice creams with several unique flavors and moreover get them created in your style on the cold stone slab live.
Ambiance Sufficient seatings in comparison to other dessert parlours around. Some high rice table stool along with a few normal table and chairs.
What Did I Try? ️Coffee Creation ️Rose Falooda
The ice creams were very consistent in terms of thickness and gave our taste buds a rich experience.
Coffee creation is recommended if you are not a hard core sweet ice cream lover as it contains the bitterness slightly.
Rose Falooda was a superstar choice of the visit, from it's aroma to the taste it was amazing. It was mixed with a few nuts picked by myself and server in a cone. However the cone was a chocolate coated one which did not blend well with the flavour of the ice cream.
Doug Ducey has said once, ' Ice cream brings people together'.
He was right. The Cold stone creamery store in Whitefield is a classic example for this. The meetup we had last week there was amazing; obviously with both taste and entertainment. The hospitality was really good. We were welcomed with an interesting penguin dance by the staffs and they were upfront in providing the great service.
I started with a Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie which was very impressive followed by Black Currant icecream which was also good. Alphonso Mango ice cream gives you tasting an authentic mango. It was also extremely good. But the pick of the items would be salted caramel ice cream. I totally loved it!:)
On the whole, Coldstone Creamery would be an ideal choice for all the ice cream lovers out there!
A nice amazing place for Ice creams in and around Whitelfield! This place not only serve Ice creams but also Cakes, Shakes! I tried few Signature and Seasonal Ice creams and I must say I really loved their Alphonso which was so real Mango-y and tasty - Must Try. Tried Cheese cake - its definitely tasty bit I would prefer a NO coz its too heavy but really tasty ans must try for Cheese Cake lovers! Now Coffee is new Chocolate when it comes to Ice creams, Chilled, Strong, Aromatic is why this Ice cream is new Choice of every one and especially for Not-So-Sweet Ice cream lovers. Tried their Coffee Ice cream which had crunchy Roasted almonds, Nutty Snickers and Sweet Caramel drizzle and when all this get added to the Strong Coffee base- A Must Try. Tried their Mint Chocolate Shake which is decent! A simple place, decently priced with some good choices is what I can say about this place!
I have visited this outlet multiple times and I have always loved their sundaes and shakes. They have some of the refreshing flavours an dmy all time favorite is mint with chocolate. They have variety of fresh crunchy waffle which u can ask as per ur liking. They also have a wide range of toppings like chocochios, snickers, fresh fruits, ireo, sprinkles etc which makes your sundaes much much better. I also like their strawberry smoothie which I quite liked.
Nice place for good ice-cream. New flavours are introduced frequently. They have some awesome inhouse flavours. Have parking space for 4 wheelers. Used to mix and chop/dice toppings now just mix and give.
Coldstone is a well known name when it comes to ice creams! We went for a light Meetup with friends in this branch, and we were welcomed bumy an amazing penguin dance by the staffs, who were very welcoming and showered us with love and ice creams.
They have a variety of ice creams and shakes for different taste buds. I tried their seasonal Alphonso ice cream and loved it. The Cookie and cream and french vanilla from their signature creations were awesome, they have a plain and chocolate coated waffles to choose from.
I went for the plain ones as I felt the chocolate coated one killed the taste of original ice cream.
Amongst the shakes I loved milk and cookies shake.
They also have take away options with multiple size of grab and go boxes.
However I only feel that the ice creams being good on taste needs a little beating to improve the texture.
Finally visited to this amazing ice cream heaven place. Cold Stone Creamery is famous for its amazing variants of flavors. Food I tried coffee lovers only which was made with roasted almonds, snickers and caremel. I loved every bite of it. I also tried mint and chocolate flavor, rose faluda flavor. The presentation of the ice-cream whether it's cup, waffles or waffle cup, it was perfect. They also serves thick shakes.
Ambience It's like a normal like ice-cream parlor place with proper comfortable sitting arrangements.
Service the staffs were so polite and humble. Service was quick.

This place was on my check list for so long as I have heard a lot about their creamy ice-creams. Finally, visited this place to experience some delicious icecream along with my office colleagues. Place is full of energy and enthusiasm if the staff members. They are very much excited to serve the customers and interact with them to tell which icecream to try and which combination will be good based on your sweet tooth.
They have wide range of signature icecream which is customised by the cold stone creamery itself and all are worth try. You can create your own personalized icecream by choosing the flavour and add-ons whatever you feel to make your icecream delicious.

Chocolate Devotion: this item is from their signature creation and is a combination of chocolate icecream, brownie, choco chips and fudge, all mixed together to give you a chocolate blast. Must try for all chocolate icecream lover.
Founder's Favourite: again this one from signature creation, it is a combination of Sweet Cream Ice Cream with Pecans, Brownie, Fudge and Caramel. Caramel added the extra flavour to the icecream which I liked the most. One of my favourite over here.
Cheesecake: this is from their create your own creations, I love cheesecake and they have done a great job with this icecream. Authentic cheesecake flavour will definitely steal your heart.
Mint mint chocolate chocolate chips: this one is from their signature creation, never thought of trying a mint flavoured icecream but it was full of yumminess. Its a combination of mint icecream with chocolate, brownie and fudge. It was great to eat.
Apart from ice-creams they have some great thick Shake and smoothies and frappes as well.
? Oh Fudge: Made with creamy chocolate ice cream and seriously rich fudge. It's a overdose of chocolate.
? Milk and Cookies: Made with combination of whole milk, Oreo cookies and sweet cream icecream. It was made perfectly with adequate amount of sugar.
Overall, great place to stop by and enjoy some amazing and creamy icecream.
What a range of flavors and choices! And all toppings and flavors compliment each other when mixed up! This is one place you can go crazy with customizations! How about a tangy berry blast or maybe salted caramel with chocochips? Or better still, coffee with snickers? ! No wait, rosa faluda is the most unique and delicious! But then so is mango! No matter what flavours you pick, a delightful experience is guaranteed!
