First I thought it's an NBFC. Surprise, they are into real estate business. My 1st experience with them. It's a turn key operation. From showing the property to arranging the meeting with the seller to documentation to loan organising to registration, it's a Single Window Shop. For a buyer no running around. True to the name all executives are so cool in their approach. When I ran into a hitch for registration on the day of Ayodhya Ram Prana Pradishta (I wanted my Son Sriram too to get a home on the same day of 22.1.2024), it was Mr. Govindaraj & Mr. Balaji who stood like rocks to get it done on the same day. But for them I would have missed the registration. I am shortly initiating another project with them. Cool as Cucumber.

This place is a big Joke! There was only one lady when we visited, she wrote down all the requirements and the next couple of days sent us completely irrelevant properties that did not match the requirements we mentioned whatsoever, not even a 10% match. And that's it, never heard from them again. What a waste of time!
