No water in PG, no hot water as well. Lot of miscommitments at the time of sale, none were fulfilled. Rude and unfriendly staff. Would recommend to avoid this place if you wish to have basic amenities in your stay.

Good quantity of food is provided so there is no worry for less food. All the issues are resolved immediately. Rooms are spacious compared to other pg

The property is good, and at prime location easy to commute (Shashank -community manager) is very helpful and having quick problem solving skills.

Living here for past 2 months. After the new manager appointed all the problems have been solved here. The food problem which everyone complained about is resolved now. Good quantity of food is provided so there is no worry for less food. All the issues are resolved immediately. Rooms are spacious compared to other pgs.

No proper water supply in this building. Managment is literally bad. No one will solve your issues. No proper care taker to clean the room. Room’s cleans once a week. All good reviews are fake. Once you start living in this building they will ask you to give good reviews. What else you can expect now. Even if you wanna leave this pg. You will not get your security back and they will put someone charges into your rent receipt and you will not get back and you have to pay

I have moved just 3 days back.there is problem everyday.water supply issue.was resolved in 3 days
washing machine is not working.and still unresolved since 2 day
Wifi is not working half of the time.and limited to 50GB.team will just say it will get resolved next day is evening and nothing is done unless you keep following up to them.if anything needs repairing after 5 days of you check in.they will charge you 250 evrytime.you need to scan one day earlier at specified meal time.if you need to have meal next day.

Waste of money.too much cost. No hygiene.no water supply in the early mornings every time.simply waste

Worst management ever.
They won't even respond your requests, and food is very very bad.

They don't even provide proper water supply.

We need to pay electricity bill by ourselves which is shared by all tha hostellers. My bill was 1000 last month.

The experience is nice and the team is very helpful in every possible way to be. They have tried to solve every possible problem in the PG. I stay in 503B of Alpha property

But they don't even give you drinking water.

I've heard Management is getting good. So I was planning to book a room. But I get to know that those are all fake reviews.
They're not picking up my phone for 2 days. I'm really disappointed with this service.

And I met with some people, they said that food is very worst, and we need to pay electricity bill by ourselves.

New manager has taken charge improved many things but due to past manager inactivity many things are pending. He has taken efforts to solve everything.

Things are getting right in colive alpha now, new rules initiated by shahank makes people comfortable to live, Hope this will continue. One suggestion food can be given better.

Services are good here and manager is solving if any problem faster and it's good to stay here.

New management is good.cleaning and water supply is working now.but hot water supply is not consistent.and food is not good.overall a decent place to stay

Have been staying in Colive Alpha since 3months. Manager Shashank is so helpful doing the most needful works from the start.

After new manager came, Things are actually getting under control and there is someone to listen so yeah as long as he is here you can choose colive

Have been staying at Colive Alpha 169 for the past 3 months, though things had been not great at the beginning but the new manager and the care takers are working hard and it is all good now!
