Worst experience. Please don't prefer this Colive PG. Property manager not responsive. Totally waste of your money and time

Place sucks filled with roaches. Manager acts like a drug addict. No responsibility towards customers. Smell, unhygienic environment and small street in front are some other issues. Would recommend not going. Most positive reviews u see r done by customer so booking process gets complete.

They provide bogus electricity bills and the rent receipts have unnecessary stuff which you didnt add. They take several months to correct the rent receipts. For 1 BHK the electricity bill comes as 4 thousand rupees.they took a total deposit of 21500, out of which they had to return 16000. In thr name of maintanance and out standing dues they said 10000 has been deducted, and remaining 6000 will be given as cheque. Its been 2 months still waiting for that cheque. The entire colive institution is a fraud, kindly dont even consider it

Worst place to stay as they are fraud. Property manager Manoj is a fraud too. Vacated the property in September but didn't received the deposit yet.

Without any notice my rent was increased by an amount of 4k after 3 months. Not only that, they asked me to pay extra 4k with effect from the starting of my stay.
Clear case of cheating.
Poor customer service as well. After moving in, no one will be answering your calls or requests.

Very good place and great people but maintenance is not that great.

Update: giving it 2* as I'm yet to receive my deposit back after 7 months of vacating. Seems the DYD offer they give in app is just a scam.

Colive is looting people's hard earned money. I stayed at Colive for 1 month and they are not refunding my security deposit since 4 months. Nobody is picking up calls now.

This is a decent place only for PPL who can fight with management here bcs if anything damaged or not working they will not fix it easily.

Very poor place to live in. I will list out the cons I have experienced in just 1 month so far
1. They will tell that it is fully furnished flat, but fridge doesn't work, neither does TV.
2. For power backup they have generator which does not work most of the times. And to add on that, they do not pay bill timely to BESCOM and they regularly cut electricity of this place
3. They will make fake promises for services that they are not going to provide
4. No network in this place. We have tried Jio, Airtel and Vodafone. You can't make calls from inside of house.
5. The sales person are not going to pick your calls once payment is done
6. If you want peace of mind, never come to any colive.
