Worst PG, u will face problem of water everyday. Not recommended at all if you want to go office by taking shower daily

Very worst experience they are cheating the people once they get money all will disappear and the sales person will share the room video will really it not look same
I am not understanding why this kind fraud money they are collecting with people

Both boy and girl can live together. Even you can book their rooms online as a paying guest.

Property is cheating. Laxman salesperson took by advance booking of 2000 rupees to block the single room occupancy and I told him I will check in by march 1. Now the property manager nor the Laxman is taking the responsibility and cancelled my booking in the app. Never loot customer money. Cheap beggers. During the time of booking they never mentioned about refund not applicable for advance booking now they say it's not possible. Cheap people

Worst pg frod people they will never return your advance money and always add addtional bills on your rent no support from any one.food is so bad.pls ask a person who is staying currently in pg before check in

CoLive barwon and CoLive itself was a pathetic and horrible experience over-all

Starting with the property, pathetic location, business development guy manipulated me with photos and location, staff is very rude and no timely cleaning, not even getting started with the food quality.

I was charged extra 2k for no reason, and raised the complain initially on the first month itself to property manager and he agreed too that it was a faulty bill raised against my room, so He suggested me to raise ticket on your Pathetic CoLive app, I tried to contact even the customer care atleast 35 times, can check ur call records too, by the month i had to leave, i raised multiple tickets under " wrongly billed invoice " too on your Pathetic app but the ticket was closed without the problem being solved, I wanted to leave the Pathetic property by 4th Oct so i tried to raise the ticket of leaving the room on 1st September 2022, but the app did not allow me cause CoLive had wrongly billed me 2k which surged to 6k due to delayed payment, which the property manager had checked too and agreed on the same, it said " clear your dues ", I mean seriously what dues? You guys had raised the wrong invoice and due to this I could n raise the notice period ticket on Sept 1st so i could leave by Oct 2022,

Don't think I did not understand why you guys did that, and all due to Colive negligence I could not claim my Security deposit of 19k.

Anyone reading this, please don't go to this pathetic property neither use CoLive, these guys are pure thief's and their actual business is making ways to steal your Security deposit and not providing proper PG facilities, theh will only support while booking room like leaches but after their " wrongly raised Invoice " they will not receive or revert a single call even if you try 1000 times or raise 1000 tickets or tell the property manager 1000 times.

Please go for private Pg's or something else, live in a cave if you have to but not CoLive, it's a money thief den,

Nice location, no disturbance well managed easy access to hosur main road and bus station.

Fraud company dont even think of comeing.i had paid rupees 11000 advance.but nw its showing 9000 and i vacated on 1st so they kept entire month rent. I didnt get a single rupees back.pakka 420 company.
Pls dont stay in colive.

Absolute garbage. I raised one service request in my 2 month stay and the technician never arrived. The food was terrible, and you can forget about getting your complete deposit back or getting to know what was deducted from your deposit and why. The website UI is as unintuitive as they come; either it was made by incompetent people or was deliberately made as such as it took me almost 10 minutes to find the "redeem" button to get my deposit refund credited into my bank account.

Their app barely works much like their Wi-Fi. The rooms aren't great either as they have just enough room to fit a queen size bed. There was a cockroach problem in the property and instead of taking care of it by themselves, apparently the tenants had to pay for pest control.

Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the staff appreciated from my bottom of my heart. Great job keep it property manger.

Awesome property, rooms are comfortable as it is fully furnished, perfect stay in hsr layout, the property manager Mubin is very helpful.

Worst experience the apperment is not clean. They don't serve food and they don't back your deposit if you want to vacate and there is no one physically present. The managers they are uneducated they don't know about rules and their IT team also dumb because their app also not working properly.

Brilliant management, and Chandan is nice behaving person. The premise is clean, looks like a hotel. And one of the finest place to stay

Room will be little bit dirty and for water always you have to come from your room to ground floor.

Check out the PG next door.this place doesnt serve hot water regularly, besides horroble food, only advantage is co sharing allowed, so you could stay with your girlfriend. (edit after a reply from Colive). Dear Colive team.i dont stay here.one of my friend stays.and he is too lazy to raise a SR as suggested by you.besides the problem i shared is a common problem, so try to rectify proactively as i believe thete are pther options hust beside your property and the next lane.there has been a mass exodus from you place for the reasons i mentioned above.so as the old saying goes.perform or persish!

Nice place if your finding peaceful place to leave, nobody interfere in your life no extra tam jham, before it was not clean now it's fully hygienic, especially for working couple best place, you can prepare food if u can't cook than you can have p.g's food, it's not up to the mark but it's manageable.

Colive is fraud. I am damn sure it is fully fraud peoples working in customer care also
. Don't trust this. They will not return ur deposit amount. I like this pg. But they will not respond after u vacate that pg. They will not provide ur advance amount. I have paid 8000 rs for advance. Still no one answering regarding that amount. If i ask in customer care also they will block my number. If u don't want ur advance amount u can go for it.

The place is good, ambiance is better and it's affordable. The food is neither great not bad, just decent enough. Only thing is if you have any discrepancies you can not connect with any customer support executive despite trying. Had a roommate issue and it's still there no update over the app or via call. Fix things properly and that make living here a lot more better!

Never go for colive they will just cheat you by adding expenses. The room rent is never fixed they will increase by adding different expenses and you can't contact any one. The support team is worst once you paid your deposit, They wont pick your call.

And one more thing those who have given good rating for colive they don't even stay there. Just a fake promotion. And the food is worst. And you won't get your deposit amount back.

One of the worst pg, careless management, careless people working there, pathetic customer service

Sales person will not explain clearly about the facilities.
Only 2 times a day food and in weekend (Sunday) no food will be provided
Hot water will not be provided everytime
They say wifi is free but we will get only 50GB for free post that we need to extend the plan. They will not provide valid platform to extend the plan.
Room cleaning will be done once in 4-6days.
Sales person will tell you that 2k will be security deposit but it is not like that. Security deposit will be 2k+ 1 month rent we need to pay while checking in. If you total amount only then they will allow you to do check in.
But along with that security deposit (2k+1 month rent) you also need to pay again 1 month rent to stay there in the rooms.
If you are not paying the money you will be thrown out of the rooms. The employees of the colive will come and throw you and your luggage on the road without mercy and no time will be given. They will shout like They are the property owners.

Once if you are thrown out the security deposit which you have paid 2k+ 1month rent will not be returned to you at any chance

And suppose if I am getting the refund also I will get only 500rs from that 8000rs and the sales person will be never be caring About you and she will shout at you.

Electricity bill also need to be paid by you only. Minimum of ₹500 you need to pay for the electricity.

Finally if you are ok with this many conditions and if you sign an agreement with them then they will allow you stay in the property

Seriously the worst property management I could possibly imagine from Colive.
For the smallest things, you have to place calls 100 times for them to take action. Just keep on raising tickets for no reason. Rooms are dirty, small and urghh some have so many cockroachs, you can't live peacefully.
I have left this colive a month ago and still they haven't refunded my Deposit and even the deposit they're returning, they've cut so much of the amout by just some made up reasons. Tried contacting them, raised another ticket (God, I'm tired of doing that -_-)
Over all Colive experience is so bad for me, I'll never return to any property. @Colive, maybe try to step up your game in a place like Bangalore, would be better for your own business.
No one, who works at Colive is interested to work I think.

Update: been more than 2 months now, they're not refunding the deposit money! Raised so many requests, nothing.it's so useless, I hate I lived in Colive. WORST EXPERIENCE!

Poor Management and Services.

Management will keep on postponing the issue and make tenants suffer.

Issues don't get resolved and keep piling up.

Nothing promised on the website is available in working condition.

No washing machine only one is working and that is also all time engaged. No laundry service. It's just for showcase. Very disappointed, no one is fixing the mashine if I am raising the request asking me to pay the washin machine fixing charges and not to all. I am ok to pay the money but then I will be the only person who will use that, is that fine for you guys?

Worst place to live. They scam people by taking security deposits and never return back the deposit. Once you check in their property you are on your own.they are just looting people. Vijay is one of their sales person who initially tries to be a nice guy but is a worst scammer.

Worst service, noone picks the call, you just keep raising service requests.noone entertains the complaint. No cleaning. Bad quality food. Hot water issues. And main problem bed bugs. And they don't take any action for that.

Very poor services and facilities. Unhygienic environment. Poor response service. Once you checkout, you cannot get any kind of help through them on security deposit. These people just cutoff every contact from you. And their is one guy by the name babu who comes to collect rent, he is very smart, at the time of rent collecting he comes to you contact to you through by every means and response so easily. But once you contact him for security deposit, he never pick up the call or in case any other person. So in conclusion never opt colive for any living purpose. Instead go for comfort nest, etc.

Good maintain of room and corridors, Manager nice and responsible person. Need to improve on food and waste management. Worst Technical support.

It’s a nice property to stay
All the amenities provided in this price range is absolutely great.

There is no means of contacting them for any query, they never answer your calls no matter what.
Electricity bill keeps on increasing every month.

I had stayed at this place tucked inside a dingy road surrounded by Ferrous Metal scraps and dumpyard. The initial sweet talks by the great sales person Ms goody Mythili. She was so considerate in doing her job so that her target was achieved.

Now, coming to the service offered I wouldn’t say they were trulyworld class, but for the Indian standards they had done their job. In a nutshell this is a place were you’re free to do WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. Administration and Operations wise they were extremely poor and breached the trust of all the tenants by charging exorbitant electricity bills.

Then came this Covid Pandemic which had hit across the nation. As a taxpayer for my country, i understand they had done whatever best they can do to feed the residents, provide WiFi and unlimited water supply unlike other PG who runs dirty buildings.

Now the manager of the property keeps changing the admin department and the leadership clearly had behave like Ancestral misers by employing workers who even would work for a meager salary who were frequently involved in polishing of perishable goods.

My humble request for Suresh Rangarajan and his dynamic team is to strictly invoke a strong policy in their business and their properties to provide a decent quality of living standards with a proper housekeeping team and no one expects a world class amenities like Antilia or The WhiteHouse

Good location however the service provided by colive is worst.
Once a week cleaning, tasteless food (only dinner is what they provide), lift doesn't work regularly, no security guard, no vehicle parking, no bills or meter reading for electricity (which was committed by the sales person, Anushka)
I have been reporting my wifi issue from past 3 months from the day I checked in, multiple service requests have been raised however no response till now but they keep bugging you for making the rent payment from the 1st of the month (20 calls and notifications on the app).
The property manager gets changed every month at this property because nobody wants to stay or work at this poorly maintained property.

It's really good I stay with my wife (Sneha artham) around one month everything good what they are providing but we faced problem with breakfast only

For living may be good with facilities but management is so worst. At 1st date on every month they just disable your wifi services and the security is also non-refundable.

Absolutely worthless service. You'll miss you dinner as they'll food got exhausted. Whenever there is a power cut at odd times you'll have to go to the manager or staff to ask for switching on the generator. They have their own policies which no one knows until you face any issue. The customer care is never there to listen to your issues. The wifi in your room will also break at important times

Worst PG in Bangalore. Not allowed friends in PG inside, worst management and low quality food supply.

Well-furnished and brand new property. This is located close to my working place and has been very well maintained by the management. In fact, you get all the basic amenities that are required to live a day to day life.

If you want peaceful stay then don't come here. Everyday new problem will be there and if they are saying that they will give referral amont it's totally a lie. Their service is pathetic. I don't know why their service team is even getting the salaries.
Don't fell whatever they say. They are just a Money-minded and don't bother about Customers.
Security is also a big issue here.

Good home to stay for people who are away from home and especially new to the city. Well maintained and excellent customer service. Booking, any issues, rent payment are done via app, which makes the resident be in peace.

I have used Colive Accommodation and I am happy enough. I didn't face any difficulties. Moreover, the flat is so clean and has enough space. I am amazed by their excellent service. Amenities like lifts, covered parking, house-keeping and power back-up are always available. Thank you Colive for providing such an amazing service.

Good property, with ample facilities for anyone to stay. Along with gym, home theatre and big basket vending machine for groceries.
