After booking the PG you can never connect with customer care, and for any issue you need to raise service ticket which is chargable300rs to 500rs, even if its a simple task of tightening a nut. You can tell manager for issues but his answer is going yo be fixed "Raise a service ticket", many times they close service request without even solving the issue and they will ask during the paying rent time 500 is deducted, raise another ticket for same issue by spending 500 more. This PG has given the worst experience of my life, I hate living here and its ruining my experience in this city.
Parking space is too dirty and very small parking area, we can't park our bike in that area and also food waste and other waste items are keeping in this same parking area. Very Limited Food (200+ people live in this PG but the food will come only for 20-30 people with average quality), Once a week room cleaning (that too if you're available in your room, else it will be skipped. So please think and decide.

Please do not move to this property, absolutely the worst. Property Manager does not care, Colive Support team does not care about your concerns or issues. The room I opted for was single sharing, absolutely the worst, broken chair, doors not closing, major electrical issues that caused my laptop charger to get toasted. Nobody is willing to help.

Will increase your rent without your prior notice and dont have good washing machine at they never return your advance money also and cheat you by saying food is included with rent

They will not tell you the hidden charges, they will tell you to register the room. After that they will tell you the hidden charges.
They will tell you the rooms are vacant, you can book. After sometime they will inform you that your room is unavailable, now you can select any other room from remaining one.

I recently stayed at Colive Glory, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. One of the major issues was the lack of drinking water facilities. While there was a water filter, it was in non-working condition throughout my stay, forcing me to purchase water daily.
Additionally, the water supply in the bathroom was inconsistent, and I often struggled to get enough water for basic needs. Another concern was the food service. The food was supposed to be served at 8 pm, but if you arrived just ten minutes later, there was nothing left. This made meal times extremely inconvenient.

Overall, my one-month stay at Colive Glory was far from pleasant, and these issues made it impossible for me to continue living there. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the living conditions for future residents.

It's a genuine request to you guys. Please don't waste money. Their management is sheer scam. They will initially ask for 2000rs for booking amount and will not share any other hidden charges. Once you have booked, they charge an hefty amount of security deposit of 16k (they asked this amount to me) or my booking will be "auto cancelled". Forget about refund. This is one of my worst experiences.

The room is good but it is still costly

They take 18k as deposit.
Rent for a room is 18k (single room with bath but had 2 bed). If there are 2 people then 9k each but it will be conjugated.

For a single room (one bed and bath) the rent is 13.5k but the room is too small barely enough space

These people provide free repair and fixing of anything in the room for the first 5 days, after which it cost 250 rs. The problems that I had is that they were clever, in my room my chair had one screw missing so i cannot sit, the water from the tap is very slow, the geaser is not working, room not cleaned, bathroom shower head and the cloth hanger was very rusty. These problems can be found out just by looking but still they left it (deliberately). I complained through the app but there are limited options to select. So due to which some facilities still haven't been fixed also it takes some days for the problem to get fixed by that time 5 days will be over and if you still find faults in the repair you have to pay. Now I have to pay to fix these (geyser still not working, the cloth hanger is still rusted)

Food (it is covered in the rent)
They provide breakfast and dinner for 6 days. The breakfast is very bad (IMO), it is soo bad that i avoid eating breakfast here and go to my internship place to eat.
Dinner is ok but not that good.
Well they might be giving bad food so that people won't eat food here and they can save cost.

The manager is friendly, and the rooms are also neat

Facilities (do see everything before booking the room)
washing machine, fridge, water filter, and lift, gas stove.
The water filter is soo rusted that I buy water from outside to drink.
Even though you have a gas stove (only one on the top floor) and a fridge i don't think you will use it
Before vacating you have to tell 1 month before

This place is good and all if you are willing to eat food outside, buy water from outside and the cost is not a problem

A very depressing place.
1. Getting inside will burn your nostrils. Foul smell.
2. Food is horrible and you will have to stand in a queue at sharp 8 pm or else you won't find any left
3. Once every week the housekeeping will visit your room with already dirty wipers and make your room even dirtier. Just for the sake of it they will run the wiper on the floor for a max of 30 seconds. Never more than that.
4. Flushes don't work as well. You'll have to pay extra for raising any such concern.
5. The cost is too high for such a tiny room.
6. They don't even change bedsheets.
7. They will share pictures with induction in the rooms. Don't fall for it. That's just to trap you. There are no induction in the rooms.
8. On Sundays they don't even have any food service.
***There are way better places to stay in Bellandur with the same amount you will be paying here.

The food provided by them is not good especially breakfast.
For Sunday you won't get food here.
Its better to take other PG then COLIVE.

It's a scam. No rooms available, still they will take advance of 2k and continously message and call u to pay full security deposit and rent without even seeing the room

There is no glory here only pain and sufferring to get my deposit back colive it's been 3 months I havent got my full and final settlement/deposit back your team neither reply nor ready to give my refund. I have done my exit very properly still not getting the FNF.

Booked a room 1 year ago, room was unliveable, they didn't even change the bedsheet, after multiple calls and argument they did. Didnt want to refund money too for scamming us.

It's totally fraud I stay there till December now it's April but till now I didn't get my security deposit amount

If you're thinking about moving into a Colive property, I urge you to reconsider. I've had first-hand experience with their poor living conditions and let me tell you - it's not worth it. The rooms are only cleaned once a week, if you're lucky. The food is often left out (there's no kitchen) where birds can get to it, and the washing machines never seem to work. No clean drinking water so you'll have to rely on buying water bottles from outside. And half of your deposit will be deducted for no reason, the other half you'll never get back no matter how much you chase them. My tickets still get closed without any reply. Washroom flush, showers also won't work, and your service requests will be closed without getting solved. Trust me, you don't want to live here.

The worst experience ever to stay here
The property caretaker doesnot even care that what is going on in the property and also your sales person will oromise a lot of thi gs and at the time of delivery they just dissapear from calls and everything and ghost you.
Also forget about your deposit.

For 100+ tenants, they provide only 2 washing machines. Out of which 1 is not in service. Highly recommend you not to stay in COLIVE, else you will REGRET it for sure. Poor food quality, incorrect rent every month, electricity bill always increases even if your room is locked for most of the time in a month. POOR SERVICES.

Service is very poor, not at all as they say. You will never get your deposit back, it's like pay it and forget about it. Everyone responds but no solution is provided. Useless application services!

This Place is FRAUD. They just keep on adding extra Bills and doesn't have a Clear system. And they have no Maintenance.

Worst place to stay, they will charge 1K extra for bills and all. We were out of town for 2-3 weeks still got 900rs bill for 1 room. Food quality is worst, you will always face water and electricity issues. Not really ideal for working professionals. Only 2 washing machines for 100+ tenants.

Guys I hope there was a negative rating, I would have given them a minus 5. Customers have to sign on papers and they fool u into paying extra rent and the paperwork makes it impossible to deny paying extra rent. They are unreliable when it comes to security. Being a single girl staying there, I was very concerned for my safety as there was none. Anybody could walk in on ur floor/room. And forget the deposit that you will be paying at the beginning, you will never see it back. Every month the property manager changes without any info whatsoever, so if you have a concern, you will not know whom to approach. The property is really old and plumbing is ancient, every month there is some leakage from somewhere and you have to pay for it. They dont give u an option to reject food at the PG and they charge too much for food and its the mont unhealthy way they just keep it in open for people to come and take with crows just waiting to eat after you leave. Also if you are thinking to stay in any Colives please take all your rent conversations on mail, else in 2 month your rent will increase, you will have to pay more deposit etc etc. I had so many grievances that I finally am leaving but I hope this review help others.

Very pathetic service. What's promised by the salesperson is never given. No cleaning is done in the room, they will make an excuse everytime you ask for it. No one to speak to, just keep on raising tickets on colive app which will be ignored in an utter shameless manner.

And last but not the least, you won't get your deposit back. Just forget about it. It's all fraud.

Colive will make your life a living hell.

Living here is good but we lack certain amenities that are shown in the ad. No gymn, things get taken from the fridge, shoe racks and dustbin is too dirty to even use.

This feedback is specific to glory so far. Manager now is trying to make so many amends but still things are pretty average.

Raise as many as service tickets you want but the team do not resolve your issues. Unable to raise a notice period coz of the unnecessary dues they show in their application. COLIVE NOT WORTH IT. At least ZOLO was better than this.

I have been trying to contact someone to help me with my refund i left property on August its 11 September i didn't got my security refund even u raised a ticket SR227335 but there's no action on it. Trying to reach on there customer care no. But agents are just dropping up my call after listening to my issue and no action taken. 322 was my room no.

Because safe location. Near by hospital, restaurant, bus stop supermarkets, shopping mall (central mall) are all nearby as just walkable distance. Near to RGA tech park, Eco space, Eco world.

I got a mail from them yesterday saying they are withholding my deposit money till March 2021 for some bs Welcomeback offer.

On top of this they checked me out of my room without any notification much sooner and have stolen the remaining rent amount for the month, because I was not staying there. I was surprised to see an other person staying there when I went to checkout. Said he had been staying there for several days already.

I have been living here from February 2020 and my stay is perfect here. Cleaning is being done twice a week thoroughly without fail. Property manager Sampath is very humble and helpful when you need it. Thanks to Colive for providing such a comfortable stay which fits in your pocket.

I'm really Happy to share with you all that this is one stay I'm not gonna forget. It's just an fabulous stay here.

They only focus on how to get more money from your pocket. No coordination among different teams as a result residents have to face several problems. Poor wifi and housekeeping is the norm. Frequent cases of food theft from refrigerator and clothes and bucket from the washing area has been observed.

Good place for live. If you are looking to stay for short period of time and want some good place to live without any tension this place is for you. But food might be the problem. Although they provides you food but there are some issues related to they food supplier. But still food is good.

People over there don't respond properly and are total blockheads. They want to rent a property but don't do proper service. Customer care is the worst part of it all.

Ambience is good.room are nyc.but the staff and their policy are quiet like pocket snatching.door locks are not working fine when u first time entered the room.and complain this u have to raise a service request which cost u 250 RS.for one piece of work even ur are living earlier or not in the room

Join here only if you are going to stay for minimum 6 months. Electricity charges will be around 800 per month. Be ready for it. Otherwise its a good PG. Got deposit back in 15 days from checkout.

Room is quite comfortable and service is nice as compared to other pgs in Bangalore. Some stand out features are community room with large projection screen to enjoy matches and movies, concept of coliving and good room spaces.

Service is very slow. Events organized are meant to be fun but there's a certain level of sensibility and decency that can be expected. A triple sharing room has 3 set of keys. Housekeeping needs one set to clean. However they won't get a duplicate made for some reason. It's illogical for 3 individuals to leave one set every time for the room to get cleaned when they arrive and leave at separate times. Certain issues with billing takes far too long to be resolved. Lot's of fights between couples residing there and some random guy swearing all night at the customer service of colive regarding some payment issue are things one does not look forward to facing when one's back tired from office.
