Colive Sunrise PG

Management isn't qualified enough to take care of the basic needs. There's on repeat Food Quantity and Quality Issues although we scan, pay rent and pay huge and meaningless electricity charges.
Though the stay and it's hygiene workers are nice, but living becomes tough with these daily nuances.

Colive Team, this has gone out of hands and basic customer service is a responsibility as an organisation and that's very poor here as per my experience over till date.

Hope serious action is taken on the basic day to day issues atleast.

One of the worst PGs you'll ever come across in the whole of Bangalore. All the fancy pictures you see are a scam, their rooms are small, food is awful, and they lack the basic amenities. Every other day, you'll have water shortage problem, the rooms are infested with cockroaches, their food timings are bad, most of the food runs out within first 15 minutes, so if you go 30 minutes late, you'll hardly get anything. There's no management, they don't care as long as the rent is paid. The WiFi doesn't work most days, they charge exorbitant prices to fix any issue, be it plumbing or something else, even if the issue was there before you started occupying the room. It's better to live on the streets than Colive. I would give it 0 starts but that's not an option here.

They are big frauds and they will not return your security deposit. Food here is miserable and property managers are also very rude. Please look for other Pgs and avoid any Colive accomodation at all costs.

Horrible Experience, Money Eating Corporate. Worst services you can ever get with very expensive experience. Nobody cares about you once you join colive. When I joined I was told that all the deposit will be refunded which was around 17K but when I raise the notice they are giving me only 7k. And the amount is not yet credited in my account it has been over a month and I am still waiting. No one picks call in customer care department. No support. They asked me to raise the ticket which they are keep marking closed without even looking it, I have bills that I paid some separation charges that they are asking me again. I don't know what to say. Please guys go with other options then this colive.

All the reviews related to water problem are actually the genuine reviews remaining 5 star reviews are completely fake.

I have been here from past 15 days and have faced water problem several times. Today, it's being 2 days that there is no water.

They don't have Property manager at all but they do have rent collection people who knocks on your door early in the morning on the 1st of every month.

Service Requests are totally scam. They will just simply close these requests without any update. You keep escalating and nothing will happen.

Also, there's a food shortage. If there are 120 people in the building they bring food for 100 people. Daily food shortage is there and you can't report that also.

Even after reading these reviews you are coming here then boss welcome to hell.

Poor service and frequent power cuts

The pg is good and clean, but the location is odd, nothing nearby need to walk at least 15-20 min for anything, food is not that great. Rooms are small and no natural lights in many rooms

If you want Good PG and save money, Please don't come here.

Property is good but the support and maintenance you will not get from Colive employees. If you just want a room to stay without thinking about food, money and support then only stay or else look for other options.

This is a Tech Aided PG with all facilities required for a peaceful living. With a lot more care making me not miss my Home.

I am gonna raise this case to the ministry of Hotel and housing affairs if my issues are not resolved at the earliest.

An average PG. Worst behaving in house staff. The community manager named Sai never responds to calls. The maintenance staff are so rude and never want to attend an issue unless it comes from the community manager and the community manager never revert calls! A huge thumbs down to this Colive apartment!

Worst PG ever I have chosen. You will face electric, water or WiFi issue on every alternate day. If you complain they will not respond respond and close your complain. They don't refund deposit and every month day increase rent. Never suggest anyone to take any colive, you will get other good PGs at very low cost.

The rooms are good - not too spacious, but good enough. Has a good terrace as well. However, location-wise - is a little difficult to reach

Very bad service.
1. The wifi in our room was not working for almost a week.
2. We did not get the facilities we had been promised, like there was no induction in the room.
3. We did not get the room we had paid for. It was given to someone else though we had paid an advance + security deposit.
4. While taking security deposit they assured that we will get a refund on exit. I have been chasing them for the past 6 months but still I have not recieved the entire refund.

I had a very bad experience with colive. It's been around 4 month and they haven't completed my final settlement. When I try to contact with sales manager he redirect me to property manager then he redirect me to sales manager. I raised a service request but still din not receive any response.
I thought this is happening with me only but many people who left Colive warned me that they never return the final settlement amount.
If there would be any option to give 0 rating I would have given that.

I am sharing my experience after one year staying at colive sunrise first of all service are very poor no proper water even its a daily routine that drinkable water its not available, cleaning ohh my God they are not come to cleaning your room they are suppose to clean your room sunday and Wednesday, food are so so but if I compare six months back food quality is very poor than amenities like mini cinema hall is not functional since 6 months, last not for the list lot of my friends are leaving from colive but not return there deposit even sales person block there phone member, they increase the monthly rent because demand is high sure increase your rent but service must me upgrade, I am not want to recommend any one for opted that properties colive sunrise you will get that price 1bhk very easily

Basic things like bedsheets, pillow covers are not changed and most of them are torn. Water flow is very slow.
Tickets get resolved automatically without any improvement.

Worst experience, had to leave the place in a week. This is one of the most mismanaged property, Got a room with broken shower, Faucet and tap, requested the property manager everyday, he simply fake promises and never gets anything done. Had to call and pay plumbing services from outside just to make the washroom usable, very pathetic experience. Don't go by the looks the service at this place is worst!

Update: I have seen enough from last two years. Don't be smart in social media.a) Rude management, while collecting rent and threatens to remove the bed and evacuate without notice. Even I heard that management enters the room using alternate keys without woman tenant knowledge
b) No property manager appointed
c) Power cuts
d) Main access door is not working from last one year. Dogs sleeps in sofa
e) Irresponsible management on water issues
f) Without even cleaning the rooms, timely update and notification stating that the room is cleaned
g) Housing keeping denied to do their duty. Because, they have not received their salary in timely manner.h) Worst and hopeless food
i) Entertainment room without projector and audio system
j) Uncleaned terrace with whisky bottles everywhere
k) Washing machines are not in good condition
l) Floors are flooded with rain water. House keeping staff least bothered to clean it.m) Unclean drinking water.n) Worst kitchen

Hardly you see the management involvement while raising issues. I have seen property manager ignores calls. Even if he picks up the call, he responded that I am on weekly off. Struggled without water many times.

I can update this review with pics later. The worst part is management has increased the rent in recent times.

This guys are thieves, forget your deposit once you leave. Nobody takes your call and app is simply stupid
