Room was not appropriate, washroom had broken doors. There was no basin, no dustbin, no amenities. There was no restaurant as mentioned in description.

I wish I could give negative scores for the place. I booked via portal however post going there he charged me extra staying they don't give the rooms on the price mentioned in the app or website.
Later it was not even a hotel. They have taken an apartment which is obviously under some legal issue and converted that into rooms. So basically it's a complete 1 bhk and every room they made as room and are giving in rent.

No towel, no soap, no tv, no wifi.all the information given on the website is fake and incorrect.

Never ever visit the place it's very unsafe and unprofessional.

Rooms are not clean and tidy. Bed sheets and pillow covers were so dirty (see attached photo). Lift was not working and my room was in 5th floor. Horrible experience. No flexible check in and they charge 300 extra for early check in (even for 1 hour). Location is far from near by bus station. Not recommended for couples and family.

The Oyo located in interior area of Electronic city, i got room in 5th floor and Lift is not working, Had to use stairs all the time. Bathroom was in poor condition not at all clean water leaking issues was there. Room was spacious but not much cleanliness present.

This is the worst possible and the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my life. It is better to stay on the roadside than to stay at this hotel.
The property manager is a big time BUSTARD sitting out there.

Had the worst experience in this Oyo. Bathrooms are very unhygienic, sheets are untidy. Even after complaining, the rooms provided after was also equally worst. Will not recommend to anyone. First time having such a terrible experience with Oyo.

Worst experience. Manager Arun Kumar was so adamant and rude. We have made payment for rooms in advance and when we reached the place they said rooms are unavailable. Worst behaviour from the staffs too. Unhygienic place. Difficult to reach the location.

The room was very unhygienic. We booked that hotel just by looking at the reviews on oyo but turned out all of them were fake. Haven't seen this unhygienic place ever. The vibe wasn't good. The location was also not good, had a really hard time to get an auto or a cab.

Rooms are OK if you got one with attach bathroom and newly renovated. Most of the rooms are dirty and not properly maintained. Check in experience was good, have car parking no food option nearby.

Worst service means Jo rate wo rooms ke liye wo log bol raha he room ke aukath se bahar he, and they take online bookings and once we reach there the price will be changed and staff behaviour also bad plzs dnt go there we hv experienced it

Cleanliness is pathetic in this hotel, when told they started showing their bad behaviour non cooperation in doing any work of my room, lastly they stopped water supply when I went for shower informing them, called them 4 times they didn't pay a heed to start the water instead manager told water is finished & banged phone, told to until the wter comes, I was half bathed stranded in the bathroom, I need my entire money back for such a pathetic experience from staff, I need a written explanation fo

One of the worst hotels ever. Dirty rooms, stained and unwashed bed sheets. This building is a joke and so are the people who manage it. Definitely not for families or people who like to maintain cleanliness. A ton of fake reviews. Beware.

This is a 2bhk house made into 2 rooms. So, no attached washroom in half the rooms. Toilet is dirty with no maintenance. Lift doesn't work. No restaurants nearby. Dirty matress covering.

I went there to stay with my family. The rooms and bathrooms were unhygienic. I asked the staffs to change the bedsheets twice, but still they were dirty. Cupboards were very dirty, we didn't even want to open it. Staff was helpful in providing water bottles. But even the AC was not in working condition. Water in the bathroom didn't come for sometime and had to call room service and wait to they fill using the motor. Lift was not working.

They will make you run if you made payment online. Then OYO gave me a shift to another location, they charged me another additional payment for only because I've online payment, luckily they don't made us run.

Good spacious and clean rooms. Location is bit inside but that a plus. Less food options nearby but stay would be calm.

This experience wasn’t good. Cigarette smoke smell with room freshener unable to breathe. Also the bedsheets had lot of stains

Bathrooms weren’t maintained. Just the price point is good we had to book room for family whom we can’t fit in our home just to sleep.

Very bad experience, I have never seen like this in any oyo rooms before, but here room is very worst and also the person who treating like Illiterate person, oyo should consider this.

Worst experience! Never visit again and anyone too? He is not accepting Oyo bookings and their offer and asking us to cancel the booking and blaming Oyo for their offer so Oyo pls consider their contract before continuing, Oyo should make sure visiters never suffer

Worst experience. Booked a room on 02nd May 2022. Broken window, leaking closet with lift not working.
Besides, all these, the owner (or caretaker) of the building was an arrogant guy and told us that we should have given additional Rs. 500 for the room at the time key was provided.
