The location is not at all reachable through any means of transport except on foot. Even the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and not at all clean. The room smelled bad and the staff were not so friendly. They just gave us the key and left us to roam searching for the room instead of helping us to our room. I've been to other Collection Os and this one was by far the worst experience.
Hotal location was very conjected place, Hotal staff very rude behavior and did not take any responsibility for any inconvenience. And Breakfast? Quality was very bad. And full breakfast not provided by the hotel staff. And many mischievous by the staff.
Nice and clean rooms, ergonomic interior, decent staffs, and a good location, close to metro as well as bus stand. Check this out if you're staying for few days.
Rooms are good, but nothing else. Breakfast lacks variety and doesn't taste good. Service is non existent. The in-house restaurant is not functioning, and all food is brought from outside. Also the location is very difficult to reach.
Hotel is good along with hospitality and management. Outside food is prohibited but dine in options are there to explore with. Location is a serious issue otherwise no complaints.

Honestly. It's very reasonable, neatness is on point but one of the staff was pretty rude and had an unprofessional behavior. Hot water wasn't available in Room 103. At 8.30pm we informed them and they attended it. They said it was working but it stopped. We called them several times and the same thing continued for 4 hours. (From 8.30pm - 12.30am) We requested for a change of room and one staff was rude and told us to call the manager and tell. On hearing this I was annoyed and told him that I've paid for the room and if he wasn't going to change the room I'd leave the lodge that minute and demand my Return Of payment. After this at 12.30am they changed our room. The room service staff acts a bit too smart and proves an unprofessional behavior. Unhappy with the stay.
