Everything is fantastic except staff behaviour (especially Kavitha, receptionist or manager). I paid for AC room charges but AC was not functioning even after 3 - 4 hours of checking in. Staff who were on night shift tried to fix but it was not functioning (even tried in different room but AC was again not functioning). They just kept saying “please wait for some more time sir it may work” (checked in at around at 10 pm and they kept saying this until 1 am). I’ve requested them if they can refund my money so that I would go out and look for other hotels but they denied. In the morning while I was checking out I met Staff Kavitha and explained all issues related to AC and also said her I wasn’t slept at all until this morning. She was very rude and said me she can’t do anything and she won’t refund any money for AC issue.
Rooms were not well maintained, beds were not good, tv is not working. Good thing is it's located in a prime area with most of the facilities available.
Don’t ever book this hotel through online…hotel will demand extra money when u book through online…. I have booked through online and when I went for check in…in reception they are asking for extra money…. After informing the same to make my trip customer care connected and then they cancelled the booking…
Worst place to stay. The property is not at all maintained. The rooms spell weird and bedsheets are not changed. Worst experience. Don't go with the photos.
Its a good built prime location property, poorly maintained, front desk is rude. Unfortunately they can't offer basic amenities like towel, soap etc. Where cribbing they are in losses. Probably if they dont imporve on services they wont be out soon.
Don’t ever book at this place. Inspite of full payment in advance, they demanded an additional charge at the time of checkin, quoting that the tariff is higher than what’s listed. Over and above this, the staff are plain rude. They even said “this is how it is, you can take it or leave, no refunds possible”. The manager also was saying the same thing, without even having the courtesy to meet the customer in person. I had to literally create a scene after which they were forced to let us checkin at the original price. Apart from this the bathrooms do not have a place to hang the towels at the very least. Room is just about okay. Bathrooms have mold/fungus near the corners. Hygiene is a big concern. Don’t ever book at this place

Put simply, pre booking refers to the process of paying for your hotel accommodation up front. This is often done as a way to secure your reservation, and ensure that a customer is serious about renting a room. And the price of that room even if it's dynamic DOESN'T change for him
But the management here doesn't recognise this concept I booked the hotel 4 days before time (in 1200 inr) But when I went to the hotel the manager there said that I will have to pay the then room fare (2600 inr) because I booked the hotel cheaper and he won't give me the room until I pay the foresaid REMAINING AMOUNT
He talked very rudely and even told us to do whatever we can because he won't give us the room Until we pay the then rent
The incident happened on 28th of September 2022
So I won't recommend booking rooms here But even if you do Kindly look for another room priorly **
Because if the then fare is more than the booking amount You won't be given the hotel room -Courtesy of the hotel management

Horrible experience. I booked it in advance via Agoda, but when I reached there the hotel refused to let me in without paying another ₹600/- per night.
At 8 p.m. I had no choice but to pay. I agreed to pay the extra at the time of check out, but they wanted the money at the time of check in. I paid and asked for the receipt. Then they said they would issue the receipt only at time of checkout. Then I showed my stubbornness to take the receipt. Then they unwillingly issued a handwritten receipt.
There was no water to drink in the room, not even empty glasses or jugs.
This is a scammer hotel. Never book this hotel. They will not accept the price at which you booked and paid the hotel by Oyo or Agoda. They ask double amount else no entry. They ask us to call Oyo and Agoda to do whatever but they won't allow you unless you pay double amount at their reception. They are careless and zero hospitality. Gundas sit at reception and thy will straight deny you.
We straight away cancelled on Agoda and got refund from Agoda after talking 1 hour with customer care.
Fraud hotel never book this looking at cheap price. Actual price they vl ask at counter to pay ₹2500.
Cheeting hotel management or their broker. Because we booked one night for 1300 rupees but when we reached hotel we payed 946 rupees additional charges for nothing. Do not book anyone through online. Room facilities also very poor even bath towel also not provide.
The location is the only good thing about this place. The service is the worst ever. They don't pick calls at reception. If the guest needs any room service it would never happen. The AC does not work. There is no facilities in the bathroom. The water was dirty. Overall really difficult stay as a guest.
They post less price in website like goibibo, OYO etc. And when book through a particular site and pay in the site itself. When you reach the hotel they'll say it's website mistake so you have to pay extra. They won't refund if you want to cancel it. This is basically a trap by showing less price making someone book and then making them pay more by not refunding them.
We had this hotel for our team for an overnight stay for a day through Agoda, upon reaching the hotel they refused the booking stating management has asked us to not entertain bookings from online platform, this at 9pm at night (this was a prepaid booking) they are still listed on most online platforms. After negotiating for over an hour he agreed to to give the rooms by paying an additional INR 600 apart fro what was already paid. After getting the rooms one of the rooms was in terrible condition, the room smelled, bathroom floors were wry, sheet had a stink and when asked to send someone to clean no one showed up. The place is a total scam for the kind of inconvenience caused by them I can't believe they are still operational. Terrible the worst experience ever!
They are not operating this place rightly. Now they take additional monies apart from what u pay up while booking thru apps! U will go nuts with them at the reception while checking in. Go ibibo and Oyo city managers should take care of their relationships the property tieups.
There were no staff in the night just to bring the ordered food from reception to room. The vague answer was we cannot send since we don't have staff. Not so friendly not so welcoming
I stayed this hotel many times.they have recently started the room service.homely food.reasonable price. They have changed the entire team and housekeeping is really good.neat and clean.
Very impolite staff. Very dirty rooms and the rooms were not cleaned from the previous check-in. Rooms infested with cockroaches. Slippery bathrooms. Basic amenities like Towels also were not provided and we had to ask for it multiple times and the main thing is the reception doesn't answer your calls. You have to go down in person to get your concerns resolved.
The hotel name is editiono. Not collection o. I wasted some time there by searching collection o. Staff behaviour is Good. There is no channels in TV and there is no water heater. Room condition is very good. It's very clean.
Except for single row inconvenient parking only for 4-5 cars and some malfunctioning bathroom fittings, rest everything is really good for a family or single stay. Rooms especially are very spacious and comfortable. It is a hassle free and quiet stay at this vantage location near Mantri Mall. Nothing fancy. Bit on expensive
Will not suggest any other person to visit only Hotel wants money attendent Mr. Madhu & Mr.suman doesnt inform they dont have standard king size for single person they given twin bed room after i came in room & cal these both guys they told they have only one room now they cant change then i jad while taking money from me you can also confirm me dont have standard room then i further look forward just due to them i cant sleep properly.
We booked queen size room. But as we arrived they told. Only twin bed is available. As its unavailable. If room unavailable they should not show on net. And its the only way to book also. We didn't want twin bed so we got king sized room. Which was fabulous spacious.
I had to attend a wedding and this was close by. It was at 11am and I wanted to get back to my room, freshen up and leave back to my hometown.so I requested the front desk to extend my check out period till 230pm but I was asked to pay ₹500 extra if I wanted to extend. I checked in late and I only asked a few hours extention but they denied my request and I was forced to pay extra. I had no other choice but to agree with it. I barely used the room and still paying ₹500 extra for a few hrs extra, I felt was unfair. I wasnt using their rooms extensively or anything. They claimed the rooms couldn't be booked which was BS as most of the rooms were empty. I know, as per rules, check out time is 11am. But this was a request. Because I was from another city and was there to attend a wedding. I expected them to be more customer caring rather than money making.
Broken bed, ac not working, mosquitoes in room, dental kit unavailable, dirty towels and bathroom. What’s the point of staying in a place that cannot provide basic amenities. Too make it worse is the unruly unresponsive dumb staff. Horrible stay. Suffered a backache sleeping on their broken bed. This is the quality of their triple room. I wonder how bad their double rooms are.
Value for money Hotel. This is in right heart of downtown malleswaram. Close to happening place. Near Mantri mall. All food joints including bar and restaurants are in close proximity. All Hotels of Edition O series are well maintained. Clean neat and decent at reasonably good price.very good choice of budget hotel for one day travellers.
Stayed last week for two days. Great location for stay and rooms were clean and comfortable. Front office executives were very welcoming and helpful. Only con is no restaurant in house. Since there are many good restaurants just step away, not a major concern. Will surely come again.

Not maintaining well. One of the person in food supply department is very rude. Feel like hit him. Totally disappointed. Please do maintain well. Because rooms are big and decent. But they are not maintaining well. Making it worst. So bad workers
Pretty good hotel. Rooms feel like a mini suite. Good place if you plan to live for a longer time The service is good. Breakfast spread could be better though
Located in a convenient place and close to good malls and hotels. Staff are helpful and we experienced good service. There was a problem with bathroom tap and staff changed our room in no time. Spacious rooms for the price and good room service. Breakfast has limited menu and usually barely warm as it has to brought from another site and no in-house restaurant. Management should consider shopping for new towels or may be change the laundry. Hot water can be a bit of hit and miss. We were once told that there won't be hot water after 10 am! But, it did come eventually.
No amenities, uncleaned washroom, dirty spots on the bed sheets, no food at any time. Waste of money. Not good for family. Worst. The washroom was hell smelling, looked like not cleaned in ages.
There was no hot water! It was ultra surprising as this was supposed to be a premium hotel. Further the staff suggested sending a heating stick up as a fix.
Dirty place, filthy & unclean linen - towels, sheets, mats, etc with all kinds of smudges, blots of blood, dirt and stuff. Change your laundry vendor or do it yourself!
Couples come in to do their business for 4-5 hours and check out. Not a place for family
Avoid this third class hotel, disgusting towels, blankets, bedsheets with blood stains, hairs & colored patches. These are supposed to be white but dont expect it.
Cleaning crew don''t get proper safety gloves & disinfectants. They use room freshner liquid to mop the floor.
