Very bad customer service and rooms are not clean and hygiene. No lock for bathroom. A/C was not working properly

Very beautiful property by oyo with all aminities at a reasonable price. Only drawback is kitchen. Mr. Chetan the guest manager is a very kind & helpful person. Thums up

Not a single thing was working properly neither AC not fan. TV also was not there.no towels.very poor maintenance

Staffs behave like they are the king, and guests had to serve them. These guys had denied a room for one other guests who had booked through oyo stating the rooms were already filled. Hilariously they put all the blame on oyo. Terrifying and horrible was my experience

Good hotel. Staff cooperative but non interfering. Room Service moderate. Attached hotel is there but choices are limited. Especially south indian cuisines are not available.

Without water bottle (they don’t have at all)

No toilet supplies

No Towel (they don’t have it)

Stained sheets.with hair around and visible stains.it’s used

Nonbreakfast since the kitchen staff supposedly fought and ran away

Staff asks what can he do.

Anything to do with OYO is EXTREMELY BAD.

Don’t choose this place.

Rooms were ok, staff were stupid people, My suggestion to Management is instead of 'copy-paste' an apology for every Bad Review, try to teach them how to Behave.

Very low.standard place you don't get proper service better not to chose standards are not maintained you get stringent smells in rooms

Room was good but the service here is pathetic. Even if a person is dying and you call for water the water will not reach. Room service is not done despite saying multiple times. I wanted to give 1 but giving 2 stars for the room interiors and space.

Excellent stay for business trips. Only problem is that the door locks were troublesome, had to switch rooms 3 times and keys were replaced twice. Amazing reception, clean linen and good ventilated rooms. Complimentary breakfast not as sophisticated as the hotel, but there are nice affordable restaurants around the place.

One of the worst experiences faced by my family (mom+ dad+ sister)! They reached the hotel at evening only to be told that all rooms are sold out even when booking was done days in advance. The worst part was my little sister who was 12 years old was subjected to harrasment by the hotel authorities who refused to let her in because she did not have a govt id card. They threathened to call the police on her. All this drama when in reality their room was given off and no rooms were left! A pathetic joke in the name of a hotel and hospitality business!

Worst hospitality and worst food. Not sure how oyo is rated this much. This was my first time experience with oyo hotels and is the worst I have seen in Bangalore.

A fairly new building. And so, everything is shiny and clean.

One of the best rooms in that price range that Oyo has provided.

It's a newly renovated hotel along Bannerghatta road and is located 100 metres away from Vega City Mall. There are lot of eateries nearby as well and is well accessible. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and the rooms have a very attractive vibe. Amenities provided are limited but one can't complain as the prices are competitive. Outside food wasn't allowed and even the in house restaurant wasnt great. The bathroom, linen and towels were spotless. The front desk staff were friendly and the room service staff were ready to help the customers. The room had an amazing view from the larege windows. A great place for a comfortable stay.

Room is okay okay but Room service is very pathetic. If you order water bottle in morning then they provide you in evening and if you order in evening then they will provide in morning. Very bad food quality also.

I was with my family for stay at this hotel. We were on a medical vist at Fortis Bannerghatta. The hotel had such bad service that they couldn't even provide proper meals. The kitchen use to be closed. Cordination amongst the staff is so poor that there was chaos & confusion. No housekeeping service. The room was not even cleaned during our stay. For one single cup of tea it required constant calling & reminders. Food service was of bad quality.
This hotel just has good rooms to sleep nothing else. Do not expect any other service. Very bad experience

Perfect place and feels very premium. One star less because I did not like their restaurant service and breakfast menu.
