Very worst taste restaurant that I have ever been visited.

Fully oil and worst taste food served

2. Dirty Room
3. No Service at all
4. Lift doesn't work on all the floors
5. The staff is very rude.
6. Dont visit if you are with your family "you know what I mean. "

It was an unplanned stay with my family due to weather changes.basically when I opt for something I'll do proper research and predictions of hotels regarding Safety, Hygienics's, maintenance.as I chosen this La Brook i didn't surprised with any difficulties with this property. The stay was smooth and safe.

Highly recommendable for family's.

1. Staff are poor. One guy didn’t check in me at all
2. Next day the hotel receptionist lady shouts at us saying we haven’t booked and didn’t respond to any queries
3. The manager comes and threatens at me and my family that he will throw us out of the hotel
4. Asked me to pay the amount he asks or he will throw my luggage out when I am not in the room.

Never ever book here. It is totally unsafe and run by gundas.

Excellent location. Rent reasonable. If you have assignment near Marathali then a good choice. Good spacious double bed @1500

I've booked a room in here. The hotel is very good, service is good, good ambience and most importantly rooms are very clean and the Admin people are so respectful.

This place has good rooms for stay but they lack certain facilities. First of all the place looks good I mean the decore and the rooms look very attractive. But if one has to book this place for stay few things need to be considered. First of all this place has really bad network. Almost no signal at all only the WiFi on the premises works. Secondly they have no food facility. At least tea or coffee can be provided by them. Lastly they have no cable facility on the tv. Only free channels work. Plz make the place more comfortable for stay by providing food and TV facility.

Had a good stay, good and clean room, really enjoyed the stay and I would like to stay for my next trip too.

It's reasonable and room service is also good. Only thing to be taken care of is the volume of music at night.

Rooms are quite small compared to price. Rooms are congested and there is no ventilation. Feels like suffocating. Service is okay.

Worst experience with the hotel staff, they are so much irresponsible about their job. They don't care about the guests at all. You should keep call and remind them for what you have asked for. Room and washrooms are not cleaned properly. Bed spread and pillow were dirty. Worst breakfast. I don't have interest to give even 1 star for this hotel.

Mine was a classic 2X room.
Worst bathrooms, very unclean pillows & mattress, no tissues for the toilets, unpleasant smell.
Room service is okay however they don’t provide you bathing towels or kettle that any other hotel can offer you at the same price. I requested the staffs for towels and a kettle still they turned a deaf ear to it. So much of external disturbances. The reception is at the 3rd floor and no signs to help you with the direction, you just need to wonder how to get to the reception or ask people around.

On the whole: definitely regret the stay, not worth the price.

Hotel is good, clean, nice but there was no power in bathroom and TV also not worked even they provide one towel for two guest. Except these everything was fine.

Worst experience ever. There was no cleanliness in the room, pillow, bedsheets all were dirty even washroom also.

They Take 300 to 500 extra for early check-in. And they take that money for themselves and not to the hotel. Rooms are okay. Service is not that great.

Horrible manager in the hotel. Not cooperative at all and didn't know how to behave with ladies and seniors. Even though the other staff are good still I will never suggest as this place and the manager's behavior will ruin your vacation.

Very very poor and pathetic service tv and ac was not working no mobile network inside the rooms suggesting you to go to some other place.

I found this hotel, while searching for a place to stay around marathahalli, its situated right above Imperio restaurant Brookfield, the vacinity has variety of eateries, restaurants, tea shops etc.now when it comes to the hotel services staff were courteous, helpful & prompt, rooms were clean & spacious. I will definitely come back again.

Good place to stay for a night. Terrific prices and lot of restaurants around. Rooms are clean, ac is chilling and you get super hot water. WiFi is slow and mobile data does not work.you cannot expect much in breakfast for this price

Great oyo hotel for staying. Should book over oyo to get great discount. I loved the room. You will get just breakfast here and it was great. Pleased by the service.

Not a great room though. The phone signals are very week here for all th carriers. However it ticks all the basics needed for a budget hotel. Major plus is, it is in reach of main road and other restaurants

Very good service. Best if your friends are traveling from long. And they don't bias on girls and boys staying together.

Its a nice place to stay. Very peaceful and hassle free stay. Good ambitious and staff. Its on the second floor so from the main gate you might not recognize it. There should be something in the ground floor which should indicate that the hotel is on the second floor. No food option was available. Yeah but good transport connectivity.

Very clean and tidy place including the room with all utilities in the room. The staff was also very receptive. Make my Trip really messed up my hotel stay by showing wrong location on their app. However the experience in this hotel was really good. Worth the price.

Good location. Really good staff and management. The rooms are really clean, well maintained and cozy. Although the hotel has no food facility, it has a restaurant and pub just below it. It provides complimentary breakfast which has a room of improvement, did not like it at all. All in all a good, budget friendly hotel.

Worst experience. Booked thru mmt oyo. But they told booking not confirmed. Played a lot for 3 hours then provided rooms.

It was pleasure staying here. Hotel is reasonably priced in place like blr. Staff is very friendly n supportive. Room was also very spacious. Room service was also good. Premises is also neatly maintained.
