I was in there only for fresh up. I really like the rooms. Facilities are great but the past customers are really used it roughly because of that the room becomes dirty

No room service. Worst room I have ever seen. AC is not working. Bad behavior of servants.

The best hotel in Chikmagalur.and service is goid clean maintenance is good.staff are friendly. I like it

Very Good Rooms and Excellent Staff. Mr Adarsh was very helpful for us and taken care all our necessary things and even guided us for the Chikmagalur tour.

Excellent service and hotel rooms were exactly same as shown in photos. Worth for penny. Must visit once whenever you are in chikmangluru.

We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurant is also good. It is superb and a Excellent service too.

Worst experience of hotel accommodation.very poor management and housekeeping experience. We went out at 11 in morning. When returned at 10 pm, we were locked out of the room (with 2 kids) with access card not working and entire floor in dark without electricity. Had to make multiple trips from 4th floor to ground floor to request someone to come back and check. Eventually had to scream (which I never do) at the staff in their restaurant (since there was no staff that could be located at reception or elsewhere in hotel) for them to take notice of our plight. They had no clue why access card is not working. There was noone to take care of housekeeping, noone at reception. It seemed like the guests at the hotel were at God's mercy. Avoid if you can but if can't, while booking advised not to opt for breakfast option. They have their own restaurant at ground floor. In room service is more expensive than going to the restaurant and eating there.

No parking facility.
No complementory breakfast.
Room service very poor.
Tea not available on time.
Hotel staff having no manners to talk with customers.
My suggestion this is very ordinary hotel to stay.
Please think before booking.

Worst experience, the prices are very high of the restaurant and they cheat people by taking the money inadvance and they leave people on their own without being bothered about anything.we kept calling the reception by they didn't pickup the call. NO PROPER HOUSEKEEPING. PLS DONT PLAN YOUR STAY IN ROYAL PALACE IF DONT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAYS IN CHIKMANGLUR.
