Rooms are nice and affordable for a budget family and The Swimming Pool facility is more attractive one for the Guests

I have wonderful stay in maharaja resort. Good swimming poll, very friendly staff. Nice food good view over all it's very good for family spend time

Rooms can be little more clean. AC was not working.whenever we went to reception no one responded properly. Located inside a place where proper name board is not there.

Stayed a day and night in this resort. Food was good and swimming pool experience was great.

If you are planning for a chilled weekend or trip then this place is not for you. Every single room having some issues. Ground floor room having non working geyser, bathroom tab not working, dripping water and on first floor water is dripping in rooms in many places. Don't pay for AC room unless you check it's working or not. Good thing is there is no refund.

Went to this place while on a college trip. The room was good. But the way to reach this place was a little too congested (for a tour bus).

There is no staff present here. One young person is left alone as care taker.
You don't have any restaurants nearby. They doesn't even provide you with drinking water. No breakfast is included.
There are lots of good hotels in coorg. Dont waste your money here

These photos are prehistoric. They don't have basic amenities and any type of customer care. Pathetic and unhygienic bathrooms No chair in the rooms, Everything thing from the leather, sheets, paints looks worn out and about to fall. The hotel is not clean. Specially the pool is so dirty. It look like they have never clean the pool for years. They really need to work hotel cleanliness. It is not worth the price you pay. It’s better you book some other better hotel then this one.

Cool and value for money staff are to quality once. But if it's family stay I won't suggest to much because thier are to many people dranking over the pool while I'll be their better ask the people if it's crowded with Bachlores. Then don't go with family over their

The person in Incharge talks strange towards the customer. He don't really have any manners.

Good but food ok ok.they have 2 locations in just 500 mtrs distance one in photos is the best and the other one is just kind of homestay.

Online price is 1600, Direct price is 999 only. Breakfast is served at their other resort. Swimming pool is just for show off, no water in it. Hot water is available only from 7.00 to 7.30.

The swimming pool was so dirty didn't feel like going in for a dip.
The staff was generous and good
The rooms were worthless as 3000 rs no breakfast was included and the ac wasn't even working.
It's a worthless place to send a weekend.

The property was good in terms of size and location but but it's maintained so bad. The pool was dirty, rooms were stinky, towels and pillows had strains (I've teken the pictures for records). The usual OYO toiletry package was not provided in full. Lotion was missing.

One of my favorite hotel in coorg, it's just 2 or 3 km away from Golen temple, Bylakuppa Kushal Nagar. Fabulous and good service

First of all there was no water during morning 6 am and we had to wait almost one hour! In terms of cleanliness it's really poor! The only attraction was swimming pool but it was filled with sand and dirt

The rooms are like after thought. They aren't clean bedsheets are torn. Water leaks out into the room. Zero hygiene. Staff is more like we don't care. I doubt there is even good drinking water facility. Pictures doesn't do justice to how the condition of the room is now.

The Hotel management staff are good but the rooms are in poor condition some slight tweaks would be great plus the Resort is located in so isolated place and you don't have any easy access to shops near by

Moldy old rooms without working bathrooms. Most don't have running water, and the ones that do have broken faucets and flushes. They have non working ACs. There is barren land for around a km surrounding the place, it's in the middle of nowhere. No shops nearby, and shady premises. Feels unsafe for women, in fact, doesn't feel safe for anyone.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't be misled by pictures of this "resort" that are posted on various websites. We booked a lot of rooms here (part of a college tour) and almost none of the rooms had restrooms that were in usable condition. The rooms were also not maintained properly and there were bugs everywhere. The hotel is located in a really remote location and there is a bar right next to it which makes it rather unsafe for women travellers. Worst place you could possibly choose to stay in Coorg.
