Room service is not at all good. Room are filled with cockroachs. Bad smell in room.

Location is ok.

WORST, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Reality is far different than the Google Pictures for this hotel.
Unclean bedsheets and Pillows, DIRTY toilets, DIRTY floor. I checked out within 10 minutes of Checkin in. Such disgusting place.
Moreover, they will ask you for more money at the reception even when you have already paid online.

Horrible expense have to leave check out early Harrasment and cheated. I have order tea and it was fully full by accidentally the tea got spilled at bed sheet as the cup was full They had charged me Rs 1200 when I asked if you are charging me for the bed sheet then give me the bed sheet so i can give to poor people they refused and the behavior was not good Room quality is also not good I stayed in the heitel from 10 to 12 th although it was booked till 13th through Agoda

The location of the Checkin Residence is good. It's situated just opposite to Police Quarters of KR Puram. The lodge is situated on the second floor above Udapi hotel. Rooms floor were cleaned but AVG. Hot water facilities are available Bath rooms were neat cleaned. Bed spreads and Bed sheets were not upto the mark. My daughter was unable to sleep since there is no proper ventilation in the room and dust mites were observed in Bed spread.

Such a worst experience.there was no towel, no soap, the staff was so mean and arrogant towards us. We booked online and when we went there they said online payment is not accepted. We also booked for breakfast and they didn't provide us breakfast for which we paid in advance. Such a bad experience from the staff, they are asking extra money from people who come after booking online. The reception boy said if you have any complaint go and talk to make my trip people. Don't ever opt for this place. They didn't even give us food for which we have paid.
