I want to give complaint regarding theft happens at your doddaballapura hospital, i came for my baby treatment on 22 Oct 2023 around 5: 30pm, somebody took my baby leather Jacket, its new jacket & its imported material.i m requesting your staffs to return my asset, but they are telling that its theft from the OPD staffs, they cannot return it.i request you to kindly return my baby Jacket without further delay, already its one week over.else i will be taking strict legal action against your hospital administrative staffs.

My Brother Gurpreet got admitted at Manipal because of Dengue. I want to thank the whole staff who were kind enough to help us out and special appreciation for Dr. Arjun who treated my brother. My brother has finally recovered and it’s all because of Dr. Arjun. Thanks.

A PME requirement from the office and appoinment booked for 8 am. Pathetic customer service and we left. Wonder why organization's tie up with such hospitals without doing due diligence. The co-ordinator Mohan was no use. The receptionist didn't know what a Mamogramy is! Think service was better under the Columbia Asia umbrella!

As we were recommended to eat hospital canteen food its was nice and good quality mainly homily food

The hospital don't even have a proper drinking water facility (hot water) for patients
As 90% of people who come to hospital will consume hot water there should be a proper hot drinking water facilities for both in-patients and for patients who come for normal checkup

We are regular visitor this hospital but
Worst experience I had with staff, they don't know what is appointment everytime they are making problem, they are not using system, they writing on paper Name and no one available on nursing counter, if available they don't know what are doing all, no cooperation between customer and hospital staff, and they are talking rudely, whole columbia stands on money and they always makes things complicate all coz for money. Government hospital is far better than these types of hospitals. Not professional staff But one plus point is there Doctor's are good.

Hey people this is Catherine, Luckily by god's grace was able to meet the best doctor, Dr. Neelima who actually diagnosed the cause of my pain and gave treatment accordingly and the first doctor who gave me so much of confidence and made me understand being in depression is not the end but to move on is good for me and my surrounding! My friend was admitted for covid treatment the way of treatment is very nice. I'm thankful to all the Doctors, staffs n Management.

One of worst hospital in whole earth of doddaballapur, people use to call hospital number for emergency but they will make IVR busy tone and they disconnect call. I tried to call almost 50 times in a day. One person picked call at 50th time. Treatment also very bad after taking over by manipal. It become lazy management.

Don't visit this hospital for emergency. It's a waste of time and money.

Good Hospital. In this rural area before this hospital establishment we were visiting to Bangalore for treatment. My friend has undergone with ENT surgery and he got 100% result. I thankful to all the Doctors and staffs.

I find Gods in this hospital. All the doctors n staffs r good. My Aunty has got delivered in this hospital in critical situation she got normal delivery. Staffs behavior was good.

Worst experience I had with gynea doctor, they don't have emergency scan after 6pm, always they suggest to go for outside scan even in critical time.dr. Aravinda she don't even touch without having scan report and at late night when my water was leaked she was asking for all this atlast when security person said Sunday night scan centres in doddaballapur closed, that time she sent us to hebbal hospital, I was pregnant with twins though they want us to wait. This columbia wantedly make critical only for money sake.whole columbia stands on money and they always makes things complicate all coz for money. Government hospital is far better than these types of hospitals.

Doctors response is good. Hospital management should look at the reception they are very harsh and very reckless response. They are behaving like a unprofessional. Management should train them first. All patients are giving same complaints.

Hospital is good. But doctors will not be available at specified time even though taken appointment. You need to wait more than 2 hrs. And administration people will not response properly with respect to the doctors availability.
While taking money for appointment, you will feel that doctors are sitting on chair. But you will feel very worst experience in this.

Hi.hospital is to good.doctors response and talking to patient to good. But in medical store medicines are not available right time. We are purchasing out side because of no stock their. Provide medicines on time. Even glucose also not avalible.and billing department is worst one patient bill can do 15 to 20 minutes. Other wise all services are too good.

Yesterday that means 3rd august 2020 i was suffering from fever temperature was 100 and 101 fluctuating but no other symptoms of covid i want to repeat no other symptoms of covid like throat pain, breathing issues, cough, nose running, sneezing, stomach pain, etc.
I went to columbia asia hospital doddabalapur branch in bangalore karnataka.

I shocked with the suggestion of doctor firstly he checked my temperature and blood pressure and my oxygen level.

After these diagnosis doc advised and forcefully he told me to do covid test, citi scan, xray.

I told him that sir now in this covid situation i cannot bare so much costly tests pls give me regular paracetamols and antibiotics if not recover within 3 to 4 days i will go to government hospital.

But he refused and was forcing to do those test and advising me to get admit in hospital any how he want me to pay those charges about 20 to 30 thousand.

Then i ran away from that hospital and went to normal nursing home there the doctor given me some antibiotics and paracetamols and advised if not recover within 3 to 4 days then need to do test.

And now i am ok no fever and temperature is normal only a little bit of weakness which i think within 1 or 2 days i will be perfectly normal.

So, from this shocking experience i want to convey my message to all other public that please do not go to these expensive hospitals such as columbia asia please think before you go if you have enough money with you and want to treat as vip then it is ok otherwise who are going with money issues and want to get back normal with proper medication and genuine i will suggest to visit local doctor or any nursing home or government hospitals do not trust any body blindly.

When i ran away from there i got call so many times and i refused to do my treatment there then he gave my contact no. To all covid departmemt and all other department who are handeling these situation.

Just think how dangerous they are and how fraudulent activities is going on in india like this happened to me.

I escaped anyhow from this situation so please be aware public.

I will not refer anybody to go to this hospital and me if i am dying also i will never go to this hospital again.

Hospitality very good.cleanness very good. Doctors also very nice and helpful. But expensive than other hospitals.

Pathetic and extremely unprofessional behaviour. Doctors make you wait for their timepass jobs, chit-chat and can be seen on phone calls all the time.
There's no point in taking appointment. You have to wait atleast for 2 hours even if you go at the scheduled time.
I was made to wait for 3 hours during my last visit. The staff was very unprofessional and they let another patient first to meet the doctor who had an appointment after me. Looked like he was close to the staff. (Just my assumption. Because he had a very friendly talk with most of the staff there)
Finally when I got a chance to meet the doctor she got on a personal call. Wasted my time again and told me that there's a small lunch treat happening I will have to go. That took another 1 hour of mine.
So anyone who wants to visit Columbia Asia please make sure you are ready to wait for 3 to 4 hours just to meet the doctor.
If there was a rating below 1 I would still insist you to add 0 and the minus value to rate your service.

Hospital have their own brand, but few specialist doctors not available on daily basis. I had an issue with doctors and nursing team, it has been resolved by Dr Naazneen and nurse head Annamma.
Treatment cost is more.but I will appreciate Columbia Asia team because they started there hospital in doddabalapur. And I appreciate who called me to ask about This review so only I m editing this now. Kindly approch medical officer to appoint more MD specialist to available at least 12 hrs in a day. Dear doctor s please give some time to patients to explain there health issues. I know due to more patients not able to give more time.

The hospital staff is not focused with the the patients as costomer with "ailment" and behave very rudely.

First of the phone is either ringing or engaged.

To take an appointment you have to spend somuch time in phone.

No customer relationship management.

If you know the doctor (s) you can take the appointment.otherwise the desk personnel are not able to guide you properly.

Doctor's r gud, receptionist r gud, but, nurses and nursing station r all r idiots, only 2,3, person's r OK OK and there work is nice, lab super, kitchen r bad, cleaning in hospital gud super, formacy gud, securities r nice.

Awesome place.
But only suitable if u have major problem.

I'm visiting 4-5 times to this hospital.
The response of staff are very good.
But very Late response from lab.
Because I'm giving one test on 1st Janvery for getting imp report. But still they not given.
I dnt know what happening there but urgently I need Tht report for get ready for operation.

It was my first time visit there yesterday. I was there for an emergency and you won't believe I had to do the registration for about 30 mins. Mind you I was there for an emergency. The Doctor was so lousy. I can't believe they asked me to get blood test done with a chest x-ray for prescribing medication for fever and cough. Post that, what they do is they get a deposit of 2k before hand so they get all the tests done. If we do not utilise any of their services on tests then that's a refund. To get the refund again we had wait for about 45 mins.

Such waste of time and redundancy of work. Ineffecient reception help, laid back doctor service. A complete waste of 2 hrs to get prescribed for a antibiotic. I'm sure now if I would have walked in to a medic store and asked for a med on fever and cough I could have got the same.

Today I went to the hospital for a check up with Dr. Gurusova (Gastro). I took the appointment and waited near consultation room no. 7. When it was my turn the doctor went for an emergency which can be understood. So I waited till he returned. In a few minutes another lady (don't know if she is a doctor) entered the room with a patient. After 40 + mins the doctor returned and when he opened his consultation room the other lady I mentioned was consulting and hence the doctor moved to the front office area for a phone call. After his call he asked the front office guy (gangadhar or something is his name) if there was any patients waiting and he without even checking anywhere told no. When I was waiting there like a piller. Hence I went and spoke to the doctor and told that I was waiting for almost 1 hr. He told OK he will come back and left. He couldn't attend me bcoz his consultation room was taken by somebody else.
As my baby daughter was crying after the loong wait I had to cancel the appointment and leave.
One of the pathetic service I have ever come across in an hospital. The consultation room with the doctors name is used for something else very casually when patients are waiting.
The front office person being very irresponsible and careless in his duties.
I have made an appointment for my wife and myself tomorrow. I don't know if I have to go back there or find a better hospital.
Also when I call for appointment the person doesn't even bother to hear what I have to say completely and disconnects the call just like that.
