I will not recommend this hospital to anyone.
I had a worst experience today, I have admitted my wife in hebbal manipal, doctor suggested sdp process to transfer platlets. O+ blood is not available in manipal. So lab People referred blood bank which is located in Malleswaram and we went there took platelets they asked replacement blood so we have given my brother blood there and took platelets of O+. And magically my wife platelets are improved some what.so they did not transferred but billing is done greatly 11,300/-. After 4days during discharge I asked same to lab people we lost blood and billing is also done.one of manipal employee made a call to MOD and spoke regarding the same that " MOD replied -take platelets and go or we only throw outside those platelets " as it is expired now.
Is this is way to speak with patient family members?
I never ever visit manipal again and will not suggest anyone.

Worst hospital and worst staff.earlier when Columbia Asia, it was must better and well organised.now it looks like none of the staff care about the patient.we had to wait for one hour to meet the doctor even though we had an appointment.staff speaks so rude when you ask them any queries.they are so badly frustrated and irritated with people.it's because either they are paid less salary or they are treated badly by the management.what so ever.patient are the ultimate sufferers. On top of all this consultation fees very high, then vaccination charges too high and then finally nurse charges for injection.
Heavy car parking fees. I think it's better to go to Aster CMi hospital right opposite to Manipal. Doctors IN Aster are highly experienced and staff behaviour is very good.and Parking is free. TRULY MANIPAL IS A WORST HOPSITAL

They're keeping the hospital premises very clean and maintaining the hygiene, following the covid guidelines. The behaviour of the hospital staffs are really awesome, they are really helpful and always ready to provide the best services. My experience in last two days was highly satisfactory.

Recently my experience for the vaccination was fabulous. Mr Sri Kumar was very helpful and ensured the vaccination for the entire family was organised well. Very quick, not too crowded and we’ll organised.
Would recommend everyone who would like to get their vaccination or any treatments to go this hospital.

Very worst experience. After discharged more than week also security deposit amount not refunded. Insurance team at hospital are worst never ever seen. Request pateints not to deposit more than 10k untill discharge.

A very well laid Hospital. The facility has got all the contemporary resources to take care of patients. Place is well maintained and clean. Especially Ms. Bhanupriya at the front office was very courteous and supportive staff.

Went for covid vaccination first dose. It was a hassel free & well organised procedure. But in the billing counter while paying the bill, the person was not cooperative. While paying the bill, net connectivity in my phone got slightly unstable and I requested him to show the QR code again as I wanted to scan and pay (as i needed bank statement). But he denied to show the QR code and insisted to pay by cash or card only and told he had to attend too many people while there were hardly 2 more people in the queue. However i paid through other means.

Doctors and nurses are good.
Very good infrastructure, facilities, staff.
Wait time may be high sometimes but can't blame as it's an hospital and there can be other emergencies and the doctors also are human and need breaks.

This review is for Nurse station A management.
Poorly managed place.
You can't even say that they are after money. When we book and pay for appointment still we wait more than 1 hour for our turn. One day they allow many people to show report and next day they dont allow you to show report make you wait again until all OPD patients are done. Seems Nurse station A is worst.
People work on their whim.
Yesterday I sat here 1 and half hour post my appointment time.
Today waiting for showing report.
Yesterday I paid and today I am not paying.

Appreciate Mr. Madhusudan and Mr. Ajay for their service and got vaccination done today for my parents and mother in law, very excelelnt management and nurses were very polite, hats of to Columbia Asia for the services.

Super organizing of covid vaccination drive for senior citizens. Staff was treating everyone with amazing of courtesy and care. Not much waiting, simple process. And constant reassuring by doctors too.

Had come to Columbia Asia hospital, Hebbal, to get my Covid 19 vaccination shot. The staff were extremely efficient, had a smooth process from the reception all the way to the vaccine administration. Dr Kshama and team were very knowledgeable of the process and had helped out in this smooth process.

The hospital is anyways popular for their expertise in medical fields. I was happy to see the way they are managing covid vaccination drive. It is extremely well structured and pipelined. Ajaya, customer care executive, Madhu and Jayasheela from customer care guided us through the process making it a swift drive. Thanks again.

Visited today for Covid vaccine.
The system is well organised for walk in people like us. We waited 2 hours after obtaining a token number. The vaccine was administered gently. We are made to wait for half an hour as per protocol.
Overal experience is good.

Hospital on the whole is co-operative and very friendly but I had a bad experience when I had visited for my father. There was a person from the radiology department who was very rude in her words as if I am meant to be treated like that. That was one of the bad experience. Hope the hospital takes this review seriously and train your staff accordingly.thank you.

Arrangements made for senior citizens for Covid-19 vaccination monitoring was really good. Sufficient space for the aged people to sit & relax. Mr. Sri Kumar was very cooperative & guided us through the process. Sister who administered the vaccination was so lively & nice.

Had visited hospital for Covid-19 vaccine for my parents. Staff member are very obliging, Especially customer care executive Sri Kumar was very kind, Helped us throughout the process from registration to end.

Need more staff at billing counters, also need to streamline who will be attending patients at lunchtime. Parking charges are exorbitant. 40 rs for30 mins.need to reduce.

A very efficient system, customer care as usual takes special care of the senior citizens post the Covid 19 vaccine. Neat and clean. The inoculation was painless and over in a minute!

However I am surprised that a vaccination card is not give to prove that the vaccination has been given.

Worst experience ever. We have come here for my dad's treatment as he met with an accident and we brought him to the ER. The ER staff were co-operative and the doctor was also good but when we shifted to the general ward, the nurses and other staff were not at all responsive, no matter how many times we asked for doctor, no one responded to us properly, upon asking why is there so much delay in everything, the head nurse rudely responded by saying we are not the only patients. We had to come here because of an emergency but I would never visit this place again and wouldn't suggest others also

I visited yesterday for my dad's health check up who is 78 year old on wheel chair. Below is my review based on experience.
1. Reception: Ok as compared to other departments.
2. Nursing Station: Helpful and provided most of the required details. I need to mentioned here, Dr. Manohar assistant's were too good in explaining the required information.
3. Radiology: No one to attend, I need to wait and wait.people lined up and all were frustrated. After imaging over, images were missing along with report, I waited again to get these images.totally waiting department.
4. Pathology: waiting again here as well, no one at the counter to draw blood.need to request people like how we experience in govt hospitals.
5. Pharmacy: Confused people, incorrect medicine distribution and waiting for min 35 mins to get your medicine. Inexperience people at crucial department.
6. Wheel Chair assistance: No one.all you have to do on your own, even to take my dad to wash room.it was troublesome to me and my dad.
7. Canteen: Please avoid eating here if you visit for OPD.expensive and quality not even one rating.

I want to give zero rating, fortunately Nursing station guys were helpful and supportive. Thanks to them.

This is one of the hospitals with great standards and ethics! The doctors, Dr Magesh (cardiologist) and Dr. Sunil Havannavar (Internal medicine) saved my brother in law. They gave him s new life. We are indebted to these doctors. The best hospital with great doctors

Got my mother in law and parents vaccinated it was extremely smooth, well organised with proper protocols in place Dr Mahesh Mylarappa and his team were phenomenal. Vimal, pranita and Rebecca were excellent in coordinating the process.

My mother in law was under medication for more than 8 years. And she used to take 20 tablets everyday. So i decided to bring her to columbia asia. In a span of 3 days the team of doctors narrowed down upon the actual problem. It was a huge relief for us. Regarding treatment i believe there is not much to choose between different hospitals bcoz of advancement of technology. However what i saw was the entire teams is highly professional. I am a motivational speaker. And i observe this very closely. However above all what touched me is the hospitality of every staff and the eagerness to travel the extra mile to make us feel at home. This gives them a cutting edge above others Visit them to get the feel of being at home with your nearest and dearest one.

Even after earning millions a day. You guys still want to charge ₹50 for doctors mask/gloves from each patient? Cant you even afford to provide mask and gloves to your doctors? Shame on the organisation to take advantage of the pandemic. Money oriented rather than service oriented. After my personal experience and looking how they grab money from patients, i feel every other person who gave them a 5 star review was paid for that

The overall operational aspect of OPD process has changed since the last time I visited. Kudos to Shivani, Oishik, Kshama for handling the vaccination process along with Dr Mahesh and team.

One of the most incompetent hospitals I’ve been to.
It says it’s not tied to any other Columbia Asia hospital so you need to re register.
The hospital had no concept of social distancing and there was so much chaos due to a lack of any kind of proper management.
The processes were not clearly laid out, one counter said to go to the other and the other said to go back to the first one. They didn’t know their own processes.
Finally when I managed to get a report, it got my age wrong and now that report isn’t completely valid.
Absolutely horrible.

We were in our 30's, married for 5 years, and getting pregnant wasn't as easy as we had thought. We saw Dr. Nirmala Mohan at Columbia Asia, Hebbal and felt immediately comfortable with her. Her kindness and compassion is much appreciable, We had two failed IUI's and one failed IVF in past at another clinic and was having terrible and stressful time until I met her, The doctor was so empathetic and she gave attention to minute details as well, suggested various treatment options and planned IUI cycle for us, it went perfectly fine and we were able to conceive at first IUI cycle itself, I would have called/messages her for many times for countless questions, she was so patient with me and thoroughly explained everything she sees in ultrasound and medication and procedure despite of odds of getting pregnant she always encouraged me to focus on strengths and live a stress-free life. I just believed in her, followed whatever she advised to do so, I will also be thankful for Columbia Asia team for helping me through a quite dark and depressing time.

Today I had my first Corona Vaccine and it’s was not painful at all. Thanks to Ashwariya - staff nurse and Ms Shivani.

Receptionist is not listening to queries completely. One question she answered. Next qn she cut the call. I called them back, after listening to my voice she hang the phone. I just want to know whether the hospital is giving covaxin or covishield. What is the hospital code to select the hospital. Manipal, Apollo, motherhood and st. Johns hospitals listen carefully and answer all the qns.

The best services best staff everyone helped me well. I took vaccine today. I advised everyone to go to Columbia Asia hebbal. All the best team.

I had visited the hospital just now for my wife Kalpana's follow up for her general ailment to Dr. Pavithra, physician. Sorry to inform about our disappointment with her. She is young, educated but has no patience. I would not have commented if it is the first time. But it repeated again, that is why I could not hold my views. Though we both are senior citizens, there is no soft corner. She doesn't have enough patience to listen properly as she is in a hurry to reach her target of seeing more patients. May God give her more time and patience which is ought to be a primary quality of a doctordoctor, the same us very much required for her better career

Everything is good. It will be good and advantageous if the management ensures that the OPD based patients are allowed to meet the concerned Doctor strictly as per the appointment serial. Not first come first served.

I had been to this hospital for COVID-19 vaccine for my DAD the treatment & service was excellent the staff was very good & treated us very well. Post vaccination the doctor who was heading this department came & spoke to all the senior citizens & gave his piece of advice not to worry if there is any complications they can get in touch with him directly or with the hospital counterparts. Overall this was a very good experience. I would recommend people to get vaccinated at the earliest.

Consultant was pretty quick and Bhagya staff helped us around the hospital for all the check up.
