Good hospitality and treatment offered by Dr. Nitin Yashas for TTP. Seema kumari was really polite and provided excellent services whenever needed for the patient.

We consulted Dr. Beena Jaysingh Manipal hospital, Sarjapur for my wife's pregnancy & delivery. She was very experienced and supportive throughout the whole process and also flexible to our needs.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Naveen showed great compassion and professionalism. He assured me that I would be walking with a walker on day 0, and true to his word, I was able to do so. His friendly, humble, and down-to-earth nature put me at ease and gave me the confidence to trust him fully with my orthopedic issue.

My mother was admitted for 3 days in Manipal hospital, Sarjapura. The good thing about this hospital is that 1. Everything is under one roof and they have state of the art facilities. 2. The food served was very sumptuous. We were particularly happy with Anup's service- cheerful and helpful lad. 3. The room provided was clean, spacious and the nurses were quite attentive.
I've had a Meniscal Repair done by Dr. BALAMURALI KRISHNAN. I stayed as an inpatient for 3 days and was regularly visited at home by their Physiotherapist Razi to ensure a speedy and safe recovery.
The entire experience (Surgery, Hospital Stay, Physiotherapy) was truly outstanding and I highly recommend the hospital and it's Service.

Our experience at this hospital was good and I would want to mention particularly about critical care ICU doctors Dr. Narayana Swamy and Dr. Sridhar Reddy who were very supportive and took extreme care while they were still analyzing the root cause of the issue. I have recently relocated to Bangalore. I had an accidental fall and came to this hospital for treatment. I found that this is one of the best hospital I have ever visited.
My Mother was diagnosed with Zenker’s diverticulum. To decide on the course of treatment, we consulted Dr Lorance Peter. From the very first day he gave us the right advice. As per his suggestion we opted for the endoscopic procedure to remove the diverticulum. In the first week of November, 2021, the procedure was successfully done and my Mother has recovered. Doctor is an optimistic, confident, jovial & warm person. We are very grateful & thankful to the Doctor, his team of Doctors, all nurses & admin staff at the gastroenterology department.
Had my worst experience today. I went to the emergency due to high fever, and Dr. Sunil came almost after 30 mins. He came in and asked if I had fever, Cough and cold. And he stepped out of the room to get his stethoscope and he again came back after 10 mins and told us that medication will start. He dint even diagnose the patient, and the patient was given paracetamol and we came back.
There was another lady Doctor in the ward, and she came to us telling ur blood tests are normal, am discharging you. Come back if your still sick. This lady was very loud and rude too.
We also heard other patients complain against Dr. Sunil. We were also charged 2 times for the doctor's consultation, which we found immediately and asked them to refund the amount.
Will never go back to this Hospital and I definitely don't recommend any emergency cases to go there.
Mr. Naresh Ture (LAB Technician) is a true asset your organization has. An expert in his job and a very polite and well mannered person. My family has always had a huge challenge in giving blood samples. However Naresh is the only one who has managed to take samples with so much of ease! Anybody going through this feedback please ask for Naresh if you have had difficulty in giving blood samples in any other centers. I hope Manipal Hospitals will support and encourage employees like Naresh to grow.
Doing blood donation at Columbia Asia Hospital (now Manipal Hospital) on Sarjapur road has always been the safest and best experience. When doing it at other hospitals, my mother and I have faced issues like blood clotting, but we never faced any such issue at this hospital. The technician in charge Mr. Anand Reddy is the reason we are comfortable in doing blood donations here. He makes sure that we are well and do not experience any discomfort. He's extremely friendly and always does his best to help in any way possible. I highly recommend anyone planning on doing blood donation, to come to Manipal Hospital on Sarjapur road, and Mr. Anand Reddy will ensure everything goes well for you.
It was good before Manipal took over…Colombia Asia hospital staff were very friendly and doctors were patient with patients. Makes patient comfortable and liked the processes till couple of months back. They have started charging for parking like a mall and also parking takes huge time. Earlier valet parking was also complementary and was a pleasant experience but now valet charges premium. Cafeteria could be larger for the size of hospital and food could be tastier. I notice negative difference in some staff like attendant staff behaviour in past 2 visits, they were better earlier.
My father was admitted to Manipal hospital with an impacted gall bladder stone and had to undergo an emergency surgery which was a high risk surgery. Thankfully all the doctors specially his surgeon Dr. Vishwanath, his internal medicine physician Dr. Sunil and ICU incharge Dr. Narayan Swami were exceptional in there service. Also a special mention for Mr. Anup from the caffe department for providing an exceptional, prompt response and always serving with the most kind demeanor. Will definitely recommend this hospital. I agree with the fact the service has detoriated a lot and pretty uneven. During the day time they will have the best of the service in emergency ward but night time is the worst. When I went during the morning the service was great for an intravenous injection to be given at an interval of 12hrs. But night service was pathetic. Initially I was told to wait for sometime. I updated the situation again to them and they told you need to wait sometime. I waited for 30 mins and enquired again as I thought they might be held up and might forget. I was I told to wait again. I waited for 40 mins and by then there was a delay of more than 1hr than the time prescribed for the injection. I became curious and thought of checking again. This time they told there is no vacancy in emergency and you have to wait till there is any availability of bed. Now think what a normal person will do.my simple question was why was it not told at the first hour itself.no answer to that.when I started blasting at them for their insensitive response, they told the bed is available now. I was unable to figure out how the bed became a within a min of raising my voice.when no one was discharged during that time. Honestly during night they just want to make money and ignore any patient till he or she becomes seriously ill.
Honestly I came out of the hospital and went to another hospital near by though it was small one but service was very good. It does not make u run at the nth hour.
THINK TWICE BEFORE U GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. THERE ARE OTHER BETTER HOSPITAL THAN THIS IN THIS LOCALITY
My wife got hospitalized in Manipal Hospitals Sarjapur road on 24th Nov'21. She was sent to ICU for a couple of days for complications -
1. We were quite pleased with the professionalism, care, and directions provided by Dr Soumya in ICU. She was patient, and knowledgeable to give the right solution. Dr Jacoblin was also quite good to give me the answers in simple language - and also give enough confidence for the recovery.
2. Dr Pallavi, the nephrologist was quite assertive to provide the best treatment. She could see things holistically and provide the solutions accordingly. Dr Jayaraj was also very clear in giving the comfortable treatment.
3. The room service for all the food stuff was great - quite promot with the best quality. Mr Anoop was kind and gentle to fulfill all our needs on the timely manner.
4. The nurses were good - polite, caring, and empathetic.
Overall, we have been quite happy with evey.
Except that the coordination between different doctors involved was not visible - I had to push that to happen. Also, the reports were not informed in the timely manner.
I had caught COVID and was rushed to the hospital. My condition was so bad that other doctors declared me a hopeless case. The doctor (Dr. Narayan Swamy Moola) took my case and treated me with so much care and attention. He was very supportive and empathetic towards my family. I am on my path to recovery and I can stand up and walk all because of him. True they say doctors are God. This hospital is one of the best Hospital in Bangalore. This hospital Nurses & doctors everyone is too much, they take care patients like a family member. F&B is also too good, they give food patient on time to time. Ms. Priyanka and others superb, she give her valuable time with patients and give advice which type of food patient have to take and always kept smile on her face front of patient. The management refunded me a sum of Rs 1.76 lakh directed my BBMP within no time. Special thanks to Accountant Raghav. The hospital is one of the best in Bangalore. I highly recommend this to anyone!

I really liked this Hospital for physiotherapy and rehab. Dr Razi and his team from physio was amazing, and energetic. He was dedicated and worked really hard to ensure that I was 100% again. I had a ACL reconstruction surgery. Right from the day one he gave me exercises and his treatment worked wonders. I was able to see amazing results within a week. Due to his dedication and commitment towards helping, I was able to fully recover. Best part is his comunication with the patients, his way of councilling made me confident and believe in myself. Our 9 days stay at Manipal Sarjapur hospital, we are comfortable, happy that every medicine prescribed by doctors is available or arranged on a faster track.
I know, being in Pharmacy is no easy task, it required many demands to be completed quickly, including suggesting the right medicine for patients and doctors. During our tenure, she provided the support much needed. Sandhya and her team proved why Manipal / Columbia Asia is an Enterprise-class Hospital that gives care and understands patients’ needs. We are pleased with the support, hospitality, and coverage, and medical advances are outstanding.

Columbia Asia is a process monster with no control over how to run hospital.the doctor are fine but reaching the doctor itself is a painful trip. Right from parking your car (paid) to paying the high consultation fees to getting vitals to seeing doctor to taking drug prescription, there are Qs for everything.you wait and just wait for a measly 5 min consultation! The hospital needs to simplify it's process for customers and NOT for themselves. Tired sitting here 30 min and writing this review with the hope someone might read and act.
This place is always packed but there are certain coordinators who will go out of their way to help you out. Rashmi helped us immensely today. Despite having to walk in to the doctor's office, she ensured we get an appointment and was kind enough to check on us later. Thanks

No COVID norms in place from hospital staff, you can see people with no social distance. Its takes hours to get parking and another hour to get billing done even after online booking, so worst during these COVID times.
Counter B is not even open and the working staff says that they don't have people to open that counter for billing, seems like understaffed to spread COVID
Went into emergency at 8: 00 am today with a severe shoulder and neck pain due to an injury. Except one patient there were no other people. The nurses did not bother and were on their phones. When I tried to point it out and ask for help one of the male nurses started shouting.
I am writing my experience in emergency department. I live right across the hospital. So it was my first preference. In the first night when my husband was having 103-104 fever and I took him there the doctor didn't even check his temperature and suggested us to take dolo and come in the morning. First, someone do not go to emergency for getting advised for taking dolo.: ( Then only we went to 3kms away Sakra hospital they took him in in the emergency. Took his vitals and took proper care and doctors' consultation. Gave him fluids and IV paracetamol till the fever came down. 2 days after when we ran all the tests on recommendation of SAKRA hospital his platelet count came to be very low 50k. We now knee he need to be kept under observation so again due to Columbia Asia's proximity to my house I to Columbia Asia's emergency, although this time the nurse came and took his vitals there but no doctor visited us till 40 mins of the admission and staff behaved extremely rudely when asked when doctor is about to come. Meanwhile they kept pressing us for registration and pay the hefty emergency fees. I made my mind I will not pay anything till doctor visits. (In my previous visit to SAKRA hospital this was just opposite no one asked me to register or pay anything until doctor came in and consulted) After waiting so long we stormed out of emergency unit and seeing us storming out they immediately followed us. We got and auto and went again to SAKRA hospital and they immediately took him. Ran tests within 30-35min and found his platelet count was 21k by then and then immediately shifted to ward for transfusion. If I have trusted Columbia Asia's service and doctors I don't know what would have been the consequences.
It's regarding car parking, no proper communication when the slots are full. We waited for 30 minutes in the basement car ramp and then came to know no parking slots. Again when we reversed the car to go out to hand over the car for wallet, they said parking slots are available. Also the parking fee is very very high for first 2 hours, it should get reduced and maintain proper information about parking availability at entry.
Doctor Juhi, physiotherapist has been excellent, patient, caring and always with a smile. Doctor suggested for 10 days but Juhi was able to mitigate the pain in just 5 days. Kudos to her great work and would definitely recommend such physiotherapy sessions for those in need.
Hospital services have really gone way too down. Everywhere hospital thinks of minting money.classic example is parking fees, it's not a mall or shopping street where people come for leisure.

Had been here for vaccination, there was a long queue, even though i had booked an appointment online, the queue of walkins and online appointment were made as a single one which delayed the process of billing.had to wait for around 45 mins for billing and the vaccination was done in 10 mins and additional wait time of 20 mins for observation. But the vaccination was totally painless and the vaccination room was well sanitized.
Had been here for my son’s resuturing on his forehead and Dr Bharat did a great job. He was very well taken care by the doctor and nurse before and after the surgery. Overall a good experience.
Please dont try for emmergency. They dont have proper doctors. Prescription you will not get after consultation of ur patient, you ll get only after depositing longsum amount. Same thing happened my kid. Yesterday i admitted my kid due to continious dry cough and breathing problem issue. Doctor has diagonised wrongly by giving gyastric medicine. They have simply did some test which is not related and kept us waiting for 5 hr after doctor consultation. Later on havey amount demanded to get the doctor prescription.
So please dont visit columbia asia, sarjapur road in emmergancy.
Very happy with the doctors, anesthesia doctors, staff and nurses. Dr. Srinivasa Reddy helped us come here and the experience was good. Anesthesia doctors were very caring and it was very comfortable with them. Nurses took care very well. Thank you so much. But the bill was much more than expected.
