I booked an appointment with doctor Sanjay Prasad Hegde for my leg pain after seeing lot of positive reviews. Consultation charges was 850 and registration charges extra. Doctor came and he didn't even look at my eyes. I had to explain my problem. Not sure whether he listened me or not. He immediately prescribed couple of tests which would COST me around 10k. As a doctor, he should first create a good rapport with his patients. He spent just 2 min and left immediately to another room for seeing one more patient. I was really disappointed and left the hospital immediately. I have decided not to consult with experienced doctors anymore after this incident.

Very limited staff. Only one person to collect payment.giving a report and connecting with the doctor. I took an appointment for 11: 20 and reached the hospital at 11AM and was not able to meet the doctor till 2PM. Horrible experience

We were rally happy with the tkr procedure done by Dr RDC and team. They were really coperative and helped in finding out way and discussed well with the treatment plan. The nursing staff also was very caring in ICU. Security Sunitha is doing her best to handle patient Patient experience team is very proactive with all the work.
One of the bedt in that are, even kaszarkode people can go thete get the treatments. Doctors nurses are good. Need more staff in house keeping i think. Management can look into the same.

Hospital stay was quite nice. All the staff was very cooperative. Ashwini & sabeena the nurse who took care of my father was very nice. During this pandemic, I was very afraid of getting admitted my dad to the hospital. But Nandini Ma'am (house keeping) kept the room very clean and tidy that comforted me a lot. This hospital is my one stop destination for all health problems.

They all were very efficient, courteous and professional in guiding her through all the required procedures and arranging other appointments. It was really a good experience with the security team, especially Mr Vinod, head of security, I was careless whisper enough to leave my powerbank in a corner without any cctv coverage, and when I informed I was told that none has reported about the same, and I lost the hope of getting it back, but then Mr. Vinod noted down my details and said he'll do his best to locate the goods. And I was really happy when I got the call from him within mere 15 minutes, and he said that he has found it, I would really like to thank him and the whole security team for their good work, and the prompt response.

From the time of admission, Ms. Vaishali (Manager Sales & Mktg) co-ordinated the entire process seamlessly with the admission department and also helped with all insurance related procedures. My mother Sakunthalamma went through surgery under Dr. RDC. Costumer care Savitha helped alot with the procedure of admission and follow up. Physio Anuja helped us too for making arrangements.
My mom got operated in Feb2 for colostomy. Nurse Litty is the only nurse who know about stoma bag fixing.she helped always during the bag change. If she 8a going on leave, she inform us and she has done alternate arrangement. The empathy towards patient is super.keep up the good work.

Update on Aug 16th: Ms. Moumita responded to our complaint promptly and offered us a re-test at no cost. She followed up with the entire process closely and made the process very easy for us. Updating the review to 5 star due to prompt customer service.
Original review on Aug 14th: Went for mother's full body checkup. Overall experience was decent, but was disappointed by a hiccup. My mother was about to go for PP blood test (which needs to be done exactly 2 hours after breakfast otherwise its efficacy decreases). However, the coordinator forced us to go for another test (pap smear). We explained to her 2-3 times that we will be late for PP test if we go for another test, but she kept on insisting. We were ultimately late for PP test by 30 min (the technician told us we should have come 30 - 45 mins earlier). This is not expected of an elite hospital. The staff should have basic training about the timing of these tests. I am disappointed that our test results will be wrong inspite of no fault of our own.
Good hospital and staff. Very very clean and modernised. It’s better than Apollo and fortis in this regard. But Expensive! Consultation is 900 every time you visit. Even for a follow up it is same. Which is too high. Doctors are good. If you are visiting for first time pay 250 for one time registration and then 900 for consultation.
I would personally recommend Dr Vani Krishna (Dietitian) to anyone who is willing to loose weight. She offered me immense support and gave me proper guidance on what type of food to eat or avoid. I was able to make those healthier choices which ultimately resulted in a "jaw dropping" weight loss of over 21 kgs in 2 months. This wouldn't have been possible without the support of my dietician. She is well experienced dietician and is very skilled at providing personalized diet plans for people with varying preferences.

I had a wonderful experience in Columbia Asia Whitefield which I want to share here. I went with my parent for covid vaccination on 20th March. As expected it was busy, but hospital system was working efficiently with right people behind the counter to assist. I met Mr. Roshan who was handing the registration counter on 4th floor for vaccination. He was polite and helped me registering/verifying my parents details on Gov website. He was efficient as he alone handling the counter and knew his job well. He not only guided me through the whole procedure but also polite enough to check back while leaving the hospital. It's staff hospitable behaviour and genuine concern which makes the whole difference.
