Overall services were very good. Doctor Abdul was excellent and nursing services was so empathetic specially nurses Vincy, ireen, Sulochana, Priya and manikath were very supportive.and the housekeeping and cafe services were good.

The in house pharmacy is pathetic. No regard for queue. They will make you wait for 45 mins or an hour just to take your prescription. Very careless staff.

Only to gain money by hook or crook so now they have started to charge in the name of Hygeine fee. Why? There are no other hospitals who are charging hygiene fee except this one. Aster cmi, m s Ramaiah, other specialist eye hospital etc nobody charges in the name of Hygeine fee. Pathetic people. No valid reason. Just looting people. Very bad
It is a comfortable experience during my consultations. All the nursing staff are courteous. Consultation with Dr. Rajeswari is very comfortable & felt very happy. Dr. Sreenivasamurthy cleared my ear problem and I felt very happy after getting the problem resolved. I found sister customer service Asmaa is very energetic & effectively handling the patients for doctors consultations in a wing.
They don't explain anything to the patient or attendee. A 6 course meal is part of room rent which they do not disclose and the patient is unaware of this facility.very bad management. About about the charges everything they explain but not about facilities included.

Excellent Diagnosis and Treatment by Dr Vidyasagar Ramappa, he took his time to explain everything in so much detail despite the fact that he was busy. The staff were very cooperative and diligent. Clean hospital and atmosphere.
Very bad experience. Waiting period in the O. P is very high, doctors are not available in booked appointment slots, co-ordinators are not co-operative. Hospital needs to work more on six Sigma OP waiting period. Reports and prescriptions given by the doctor are not available in the manipal life app.
I traveled from Australia. For my knee and back issues. All staff was amazing specially Usha Gaura has been really helpful in each and every area. Nice and clean place very friendly people. The physiotherapist Bharath Sharma have given good service to my dad. My dad was struggling to move his left hand and leg, now I am seeing 70% improvements. My dad now can able to move his hand and leg. He is very friendly while providing service. I recommend everyone to have Bharath as physiotherapist.
Would highly recommend Dr. Guruprasad for neuro related concerns. Very professional in his approach, explains the process in detail. We had first hand experience with the doctor. I would highly recommend for DBS, as the recovery time is faster. Before the surgery Dr. Mohammed Rehan sayeed sir and Dr Chirag sir gave a very good explaination about the ASD and PAPVC defects in my husbands heart, I and my husband felt very much safe with the doctors and were very much satisfied with the Advice.
The surgery was scheduled on 21/12/2021. Before the surgery, Dr Chirag sir and Dr Mohammad Rehan sayeed sir very professional planned up for CAT and angiogram, later the surgery. All the communication from the hospital to us was done by nalani sister, we had some many small small clarification before surgery, which was all clarified by Nalani sister. We might have called nalani sister atleast 20 times a day. She was so kind and answered all our doubt. After his surgery I was overwhelmed seeing him Dr. Reethu madam took me to side and consoled me somuch and boosted my confidence to stay positive.

I visited the hospital several times in past few months and the treatment provided by the concerned department has been amazing.
Dr. Sathish, haematology department, has been brilliant with his investigation and advisory. His unit comprising of concerned doctors and support staff (Ms. Kavita, Dr. Ashna etc.) have been very flexible and ensured every eye to detail.
It would be unfair if I don't thank Ms. Sharon who has been coordinating all related efforts including appointment and follow ups in a timely and efficient manner.
My husband underwent a minimally invasive bypass surgery last month (December 2021) at Manipal Hospital, Yeshwantpur, under Dr Mohammed Rehan Sayeed and his team. Dr Rehan was a wonderful surgeon who also explained clearly the different options and his team were very helpful and approachable. We're glad we chose him and would highly recommend him to others.

Reception staff are worst, they don't respond patients properly and keep us under informed about the process and charge undue money. Dealing with Old aged patients is harsh.
Just for the drips they had charged around 50 thousand. It means it is not for common peoples.heavy bill they will charge, staffs are not quick responsible for patients. Very disappointed, in manually I am giving ZERO RATINGS, Everything is waste of money

Worst hospital. Pathetic service. They only loot hard earned money for patients. Money minded staff. Billing department staff are coerce.they have been trained and are being paid to loot patients by wrong billing and extorting money from patients. Beds are strained with blood. They don't even clean it and spread other bedsheet and allot bed to other people. If this is the height of hygiene of such so called big hospital. God should only save the poor patients who visit there.
Administration cost is too high just getting admission for few minutes they charged me Rs. 1650/-, upon that for X-Ray to get the film we need to pay Rs. 180/- extra (else thy wil only show in their system) had been visited for Ankel Sprain, Orthopedic Deepak Rudrappa treated, he has lack of Knowledge the POP which had put on my Leg was so hopeless again had to visit Better doc & had to get it re-done.

We went for a clumbia Asia because it was only hospital in area providing Both vaccination option, covidshied and and covaxin.because sparsh hospital was very far.its good option. But nurse/ sister is not well trained she is giving reason, she will get confused between the two vaccination so she made que wait. And even the parking is such a problem.only they madeit feel like your enter a hotel. I don't support sickness. Stay safe and stay healthy
A family member was admitted under Dr. Santosh Revankar for treatment of Dengue, and had a seamless experience. Doctors are great, rooms and other infrastructure are well maintained, nursing staff is cordial, and cafeteria service is prompt.
Video appointment for my mother, with Dr. Vidyasagar. R. Referred by another Dr at Columbia Asia Hospital. Dr Vidyasagar provided us with 3 plans to follow. Subsequent plans to be followed if prior plan wasn't effective. We are very happy. My mother is recovering well.

Pathetic hospital. Suggest not to go there. Receptionists. They didn't even know how to bill for lab tests.most of the staff I.e lab technicians, receptionist are not at all polite. Doctors also not available all the time. Suggest to go to either Baptist Hospital, Ramaiah hospital. U will get all the facilities 24×7. U will get respect based on ur dressing here.

Dr. Supraja Chandrashekar and Dr. Gurudutt A V are the best pediatricians seen in present days. Analysing the problem, finding out the exact cause and providing a suitable treatment is a best practice of Dr. Supraja. And Dr. Gurudutt is best in providing the positive hopes and thoughts to a parents to feel their childrens are in caring hands. Both are one of the best intensive care specialists we have come across. After running to 4-5 pediatrics those who didn't even touched my kid (master Shourya S) to diagnose the problem and failed to provide the proper medications for a high fever for 5 days which lead my kid to get affected to bacterial meningitis. Later through some reference we've visited the Columbia Asia yeshwanthpur to consult Dr. Supraja. I could say the best Doctor we've ever seen. Just by seeing my kid she felt that maybe kid is suffering from meningitis and immediately started the treatment without waiting for any tests. Later when test found to be positive we felt the doctor what she did in providing proper medications during the time of action was worth a billion. And she is having a good team to support. The nurses who treated my kid for all 14 days irrespective of day and nights in providing a medicines without missing a single dose as doctor suggested worth remembrance.

Emergency doctors and nurses are very lethargic I had very bad experience there is no ward boys to take the patient to scan or other areas nurses only shifting patients alone they are also not trained well
Last month my husband got bypass surgery by doctor Rehan Ahmed and he recovered fast Doctors and other staff were really helpful and kind and took great care of him I was really worried a lot but the concern and kindness showed by them made me relax about surgery. Dr explained clearly what ever we had doubt about I'm grateful and thankful to Dr Rehan Ahmed especially to Nalini who helped me a lot in every situation
