Very bad facilities.no nurses attending the patient.doesn't provide calling bell don't have enough facilities to provide for all the beds they have.nurses doesn't know the way to put a drip or take the injection out.my friend stayed for 3days and it was a bad experience
Went to hospital for high fever appropriate blood tests were done immediately and I was diagnosed with typhoid. Dr Girish advised me admission and I recovered within 2days. Even money is very reasonable compared to other hospitals

Medical is excellent. All doctors as well as all sisters are excellent. Doctors are behaving as a friendly. Hospital staffs behaving like as family members. You donot thing as you are in hospital. Had an Incident once, they were more bothered about me than the payment that had to be made at the front desk. The nurses are amazing, literally got angry at me for what kind of an injury I had. They were very kind and asked me to rest if needed after patching me up.

This hospital is wholesome, it has everything. I had come here from Chennai. Was expecting a language gap but, all the faculties here including the support staffs were so friendly, guided and comforted us well. The treatment here is really to the top - notch. Comfort Hospital is one of the best I have seen and experienced with the hospital faternity. Right from the pharmacy placed in the basement floor to the reception and the doctors and all other staff members are so well mannered and dedicated to their work. In fact the doctors are so polite on dealing with the patient and ofcourse last not but the least in the pharmacy a staff named Bharathi is also the best and dedicated staff who knows all the languages to deal with all the patient. Extremely great experience, had consulted Dr. Rizve as i was not well since a week, hence visit comfort for checkup. Dr rizve had been very good and suggested few blood test. The follow up was done by Ragini mam, she had been very helpful in arraging report as discussed with doctor.
She also suggested me to consult Dr. Girish (Expert) in the evening. She booked an appointment with Dr. Girish at 7pm. Dr. Girish is an example for all doctors. His way of examination and advice has put me to ease. Thank you doctor for your support. Extremely reachable when needed over call.

I had a fever and the report came out as dengue. Blood test charge was 2850 for the first test. And for the dengue treatment they admitted me for 5 days and the total bill was around 60k, it's not a typo error, it's really around sixty thousand. (now after reading all the reviews I even doubt if that report was also fake. And as many people mentioned before they won't give you any of the reports.one more thing is that there was a chest x-ray included for dengue I did't understand why and when I checked with the nurse who informed and accompanied me I didn't get any satisfactory answer except for the doctor asked to do it). I have a 3 year old baby and this hospital is near our house that's the only good reason that we decided to get admit here. The service here is below average but costs like hell. Most of the nurses are not trained at all. My both hands got blood clots and nerves are not yet ready even after 2 weeks. I still feel pain and the clot in nerves got the jumping feel while touching. They injected in both the hands many times for the glucose+ meds but it was unbearably paining and had to change many times to different hand. From morning to evening minimum 4 doctors were visiting and I think that was to add up only to billing. The room and facilities are just average or below average but after seeing bill amount we felt like we shouldn't have gone there ever. A request to the public is that do not ignore the reviews. People who experienced it in real time giving you the details are to be considered so that you can save your hard earned money and your valuable life too.
Pathetic hospital, with no coordination. I guess the receptionist runs the place. The treating physician never gave an update on an ICU patient even though we were waiting. They don't even have the infrastructure to transport a patient on a stretcher inside. Kindly avoid this place if you value your time and money. They don't have any set protocols for discharge even when an ambulance is waiting to shift a patient.
Worst experience. Room was not clean. Staff were absent most of the time. Did not provide meals for the patient. There was no light inside the bathroom. House cleaning staff did not do proper service. Incompetent nurse staffs and attending doctors who did not provide basic service. I advice you to not go to this hospital. And especially don't get yourself admitted there.

Very worst experience, never even thing to visit again, nt well organized, careless, no proper facilities. My mother is a dialysis patient when we took her to the hospital today Oct 2nd 2020 morning at 8am, we see ICU patients who have a symptoms of covid in dialysis room when asked about this head of the hospital told not to come for 10 days bt dialysis should be done weekly twice. Very careless. Govt hospitals is way far better than this.
This is not hospital its game of money plans. Each day only Bed charges 25 thousands. Middle class people will die here if you admitted in this Hospital. We are tired to make them understand that we can not pay such a huge amount everyday. But non of them are listening. They're keep on extending the discharge date everyday and every day we have to pay 25k bed charges. Remaining medicine and food charges also extra we have to pay. I request to the Hospital management team that please don't charge that much huge amount for bed charges people like me will die here to paying the bed charges.

One of the worst hospital in Bangalore. I went to check my blood platelets for dengue. They gave report with platelet count40000 and asked me to admit immediately as situation was very critical according to them. But I was feeling good at that point of time. I trusted the doctor and admitted.
Once I admitted, got to know about the real situation about the hospital. It took two hours to get my first saline. Service was very bad. Food was not given. Doctor came and told by evening they will check the blood platelets count and the necessary steps.
Service was so bad that my husband asked for dischage after 3 hours.
They didn't do anything. Only gave 2 injections which was bought by my husband. They charged Rs10300 for 3 hours without any proper service. Room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom was also dirty.
Please don't go to this hospital even in your critical condition also. Doctor fee is 450. But they added 2 doctors consulting fee worth Rs3000.

Initially we had no other hospital near by and so admitted my father. The room cleanliness and toilet was bad. Nurses are not much cared and every time I used to call for all medical attendance. I opted for cashless through insurance. At first they told us that we will ensure for insurance.later on after final summary settlement, insurance is denied for whole amount of nearly 1.8 lac for 7 days. No body has responded properly for the claim. Please don't suggest anyone for this hospital and do not go until it is necessary.
All the medical staff and doctors were very good.they treated my husband and took care of him like family member and were very prompt in giving medicines and other things on time to time.they use to visit from time to time on their own.and specially i would like to mention name of Dr. Girish to treated my husband in a very professional way.he was very clear about his treatment and because of him my husband recovered very fast even though he was having multiple problems at the same time. Dr. Girish treated each and every element very carefully and in a procedural manner. All the doctors and medical staff and MD madam were available as and when required.and i would also like to thank Dr. Yallapa.overall i got a very family type atmosphere in this hospital which allowed me to deviate my mind from my medical condition.highly recommended.
On Jan 16 2020. I went to Comfort hospital as my wife was carrying for 9 months and it was an emergency. We called the hospital and informed that we are on the way and it's an emergency. I was happy to see everything was arranged by the time we reached the hospital. And Dr Kusuma (Obstetrician-gynecologist) has experience over 40 years took care of my wife and we had a healthy boy baby. After that my wife was moved to a private room with the baby. I have been to lot of hospitals in Bangalore before and seen a lot of nurses most of them being rude to the patient and the attenders. But Bincy and Vincy are the nurse who took care of my baby and wife so well and explained everything with a smile when ever we had a doubt as he was our first baby. I would say they are not expensive if you compared the other hospitals around. Thank you Comfort Hospital.

Very good support from staff specially from Maha mam and nursing staff. After discharge I required few documents for reimbursement claim, she helped me out. One document was not available she commited to send it through courier.
I had visited many specialist doctors for my joint pains issue. Every time it used to recur back after stopping medication. I consulted Dr. Girish a month back and I'm pleased to see the difference in me. I'm totally pain free now and carrying all my activities. He took at least 30 minutes to find out detailed history. I highly recommend this doctor.

I just came from this place. They charged me extra for no reason n the medical document was unnecessarily given by dr prakash without even asking for it. He again n again insisted on coming at night or after a week. I was charged consulting fee as 500 plus another 100 n plis another hundred just for writing medical certificate even without asking for it. This is mot my first experience like this but they are just cheating people for money. As soon as i mentioned i am working, he started writing whatever he wants.
Very good and courteous staff. Professional and caring Nursing Staff. I have visited couple of times and they given immediate very good attention. Even doctors are good and caring. Ample Parking and cleanliness is verygood. If in rest room though it was clean no disinfectant solution and tissues were not there. For Male and Female sign boards could be placed on Rest Room Doors. Please, take care of this. Otherwise facilities are good.

One of the worst hospital in bangalore. Doctor are terrible. I have doubt on there degree. Dr Girish is always on doubt for his own treatment.
I was admitted in the hospital due to some fever. They did all the type of tests, scans where i spent around 20k. Total cost in hospital 48k.
As they are not able to diagonis what fever is, gave me medicine for typhoid, melaria, viral infection, cold cough. Due to that somehow my fever gone away in 5 days. But again fever came back after 3 days of discharge. After that i struggled a lot to complete recover (it takes almost 2 month), i had fever and heavy headache.
I shown to another doctor, then he explained me that this happens due to medicine sideffect.
I would suggest avoid this hospital, before going there get feedback from nearby people.
