Very bad experience. No updates, no one ever picks up calls. They lie to you on your face. I would not trust them again.

Trademark filing was very unprofessional. Do not approach them for any time-sensitive work. I'm waiting for a verification code since 4 days. They dont even have the time to check their emails and respond to you once they take your money.stay away.

For heavens sake- Avoid them- You will loose your sleep-19/12/2023

This review is writren on 19th Dec 2023. If u have been thinking that these people are cost effective then remember the quality of work isalso cheap. We hired them for our Company registration. Without knowing no head no tail, they applied and our name got rejected. Unfortunately prior to doing the registration we had applied for the trademark (which has the companys word logo). They messed up so badly that they didnt even do a trademark search. Here we were with 3 REJECTED TRADEMARKS AND A REJECTED COMPANY NAME. We made up by adding another word to it and relucatantly going ahead.
With 3 trademark rejections they had the audacity to try and talk out to us to appeal while they knew very well that it would be tuned down. Taking things on our own we then saw a history of similar names, date of applications, objections raised and success ratio.and then decided against getting any work done from them

even after completing the registration, they never bothered to give us the MoA and AoA signed documents. I SINCERELY REQUEST COMPANIES ESPECIALLY STARTUPS NOT TO FALL IN TRAP OF SUCH USELESS COMPANIES. What is cheap is also valued cheap. 99% of the time - The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.

The guidance and service provided here is very good. We got the trademark in a little over a year but frequent email updates kept us connected with the status.

-5 if available, they only take only and provides services after 15 days. And putting companiesinn email ids and other details in Govt registration, every time customer depends on companiesinn for updates.

We got our TM done with Divya ji from CompaniesInn. It was all smooth and well communicated.

I found this from Google and like any new relationship just went ahead to see what happens. They are very professional and cost effective and I got amm my Trademarks registered. I will certainly be a customer for many years to come. Special mention to Divya for her follow up on a regular basis. I urge everyone to go with them if hl you have a trademarking requirment.

Never ever go for their service such a pathetic service and makes their customers fool. They are just concern about their money and that's it once they got your money then do not care about customer's work.
Now you keep asking them they won't reply they pick up your call.
You will hire another person who will call them text them and asking about the follow ups on behave of you.

They are worse then fraud people because fraud people also let you know that your money is gone.but this company keep you hanging.
They should name their company as Moneyinn to their pocket.

Excellent follow-ups during payment requests. After that poor service, no response and you are left at their mercy. Not professional at all. Please avoid.

They helped me understand what documents will be needed. It was low cost and they give a good personal lawyer to handle our queries. They are available round the clock during working hours.

Very responsive, very active and very sorted service.

Worst experience it’s 1.5 months since I applied for a registration have not got it yet and no response even if I call them. One useless lady called Sunita was handling she doesn’t even answer calls nor messages. They only call for payment and don’t do anything after that. Don’t ever use their services.
Have have come back to edit this review a lady Shankari who is apparently heading this team has threatened me to remove my review if I need to get my registration approved.she is totally ill mannered and unprofessional. They are not ready to accept or correct their mistakes only keen on hiding it. Worst company they are a bunch of cheats! Beaware of these people who have their office in 2nd block Koramangala!

It was great experience with Nisha of Companiesinn. She was so quick and perfect. She helped with wonderful support and guidance of TM registration and usage.

They are a very good team. From start till completion of work everything went smoothly. Very trustworthy.

Don’t ever trust them. They take money and don’t refund, still following up with them for more than a month

still the same irresponsible and sluggish service.need to take a legal route to get things done. Don't approach them in haste do your research and then approach proper consultant, don't fall in trap of their follow ups before payment.

Wondering how things work here. Greedily they follow up for payment collection.once the payment is made.no one responds.trademark hearing is what i approached and have been in loop of follow ups.no one responds. Mr Flemin and Miss Nisha no one is responding.shall post their numbers here if they fail to deliver and will take an action.please approach carefully.

Trademark getting registered as well. Divya mam is very helpful and doing her best in her job to help us.

Went with them for LLP filing. 5 weeks and still stuck at naming the company. Isn't their expertise to determine using their name checker tool on the likelyhood of name rejection?

Now they ask me to pay more money for filing name again.

Absolutely 0 proactive follow-ups since payment. I need to constantly follow up for everything.

Its a pity I chose them. Looking forward to getting a refund and closing communications with them.

Worst possible service I have encountered.

There no option less than 1 star. In my opinion they dont even deserve a single star. Very worst service, No response & lot of hidden charges (I personally paid around 15000 but didn't registered my trademark)
They won't respond you back once your payment was done. When you call them to ask status after two months, they will again ask for money untill you call they won't ask money. They provide tracking system but it ends untill your payment status. In a single word, They are scammers. Don't get their service. Try others for professional services considering your valuable money, time & pressure.

It was really a great experience with CompaiesInn Team specially with Ms. Divya for trademark registration, proper followup with registry and proper documentation and very competitive price in market, Till now, I have applied 4 different Trademarks and my experience was extreme so far.
