Good facility. They give you a water bottle and a pen, so you don't have to carry that.

The test taking experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, all the instructions, timings were communicated clearly. The washrooms were clean. Lockers had sufficient storage. They give water bottles to drink water incase you need during or before the test. Just the registration area was a bit small, rest was perfect.

The exam was entirely comfortable and easy going.
I have not faced any kind of discomfort.

My overall experience was really good, staffs are really helpful and assist you with every step and ielts exam environment is good and ppl can keep their belongings in locker, which is good.

If u are trying for USA…close your eyes and take "DUALINGO” test no problems for visa approval too. 2 times i given IELTS test but no hope, after that i given Dualingo test i got my score in first attempt only…. Think smart more then 250+ universities in usa are accepting dualingo…. DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY (dabulu ayvariki orke ravu kadha)

I had a good experience at the idp test centre. The test was taken very professionally. The staff as well as the examiner were very polite in taking me through the process.

Very nicely maintained centre with well trained security processional. All the other staff were pleasant too. Clean washrooms which is generally not the case in a lot of such exam centres.

Very well maintained place, you could see all the rooms filled with 2 or more CCTV, I have taken exam from here, there is one security who helps with locker room before giving exam. All the staff here is very polite and friendly. I really appreciate that. There is less parking space and you may find difficult to find entrance to this place.

Six months ago, i gave speaking test in USA, i got 8 band. This month i gave speaking test in this Bangalore center, they gave 6.5. I find it very UNFAIR. They intentionally give lower marks so you give exam again and again. Also one time a technical failure in their center, i had to reschedule my exam. It wasted my whole day. Please try another center. AVOID this one!

Great place to give IELTS exam. Centre is nice and quiet. The place also has a washroom and a pantry. Staff and security are very kind and helpful. Parking is available in the basement for a nominal fees.

The staff and the examiner were and very polite. Try reaching to exam center earlier as the test may start before the scheduled time. Overall the experience was good.

Guys, this is the best location for you computer delivered IELTS. Book it without thinking second time. The staff is highly professional. I never had this great experience with any other organisation. They just take care of everything so that you can focus on your exam.

The Whitefield centre is very professional. The staff was very friendly, which really helped calm down my nervousness. I would strongly recommend taking the test from this centre.

It has been good experience. The staff are very helpful especially Indra and Priya, they take care of all the things needed. Altogether it was a comfortable experience.

My heart was palpitating too much before arriving to the IDP centre. But once I entered the test centre it was very relaxing. Employees of IDP were very courteous enough to welcome me and guided me for registration seamlessly.
I can surely say IDP is far more better than BRITISH COUNCIL, as I could find huge disparities in terms of management and ambience.

I would mostly recommend for IDP CB test rather persuing in BC.

Test location is very good and situated at main road. Staff is very good and supportive. There is no dedicated parking facility so you have to park your vehicle outside the building and then inform security guard so he will keep a watch on it.

The experience attending the session was great. The directions didn't lead exactly as it took me to back entrance. So a display sign even at the back side should help.

State of the art equipment. Mineral water bottles provided to candidates. No crowd and very peaceful. I have never given paper based test so can't compare, but I would definitely recommend computer based test at this centre

I have given my IELTS here. Centre is simple, neat and clean. Tension free atmosphere and staff gives respect to the candidates. They have provided locker to keep our bags.
