Concorde Napa Valley

Many things are great here, however, club house and Gym facilities are not yet completed, Construction is taking forever, Gym equipments are not serviced/ maintained and we cannot use few of them. We are waiting for a long time for a proper Gym to be set up. Concords response is not good.

Napa Valley is undoubtedly the best villa community option on Kanakapura Road. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Everything is fantastic here.

Disappointed as there is no club house facility for gym and indoor games as they promised from past 5 years the construction is still going on

I had the worst experience with Concorde group. These people are just gambling and game changers. I had met Mr. Neaman Hussain Marketing executive who does marketing without knowing what is the product is going to be launched.his manager by Name Nandish is another type who doesn't know how to address the customers issue.they hav taken the EOI 5 weeks back saying that at the end of April we are going to launch 30*40 and 30*50 sites.if you provide EOI now itself you will get a wide option of ur choice to select the site which u want.in 100 plots n after 5 weeks they came back saying there is no 30*40 site.so u can take back ur EOI and leave.this is the response they gave me after 5 weeks.the worst behaviour I have come across.in my life.n later I tried to call to the Channel Sales Manager by Name Shyamala n she shocked me.she is not even ready to listen to the issue or wat the team has done to a customer.she just ended the call when I started questioning her about their marketing strategy. Never expected that Concorde group will have such a worse team working for them.this is ridiculous.worse than ever.i wish this message should reach to the head of Concorde group n know what they are doing.selling the sites or gambling with common people or just making money for their future generation by bluffing and gambling with common people.

If anyone here has the contact of Concorde group head pls share me the contact details.i wanna have a chat with the prestigious owner of Concorde Group.

The layout is very good, neat roads, well planned only villas no apartment, water facility is also good.

It's a good neighborhood to live in, there are still some plots and houses for sale.
We did landscaping for one house and continuing with another.

This location of this property is great top end specifications with upgraded amebtìs and huge big clubhouse

Thoroughly amazing ambience and very good roads, side roads and streets. Separate cycling track and valley ball, tennis courts for young and old.
Walking tracks, nice gardens are unique in this place.

Best end staying community and great nabour hood must visit the place to experience the living of California

Concorde Napa Valley is ready to move in 4BHK luxurious villa ranging from 1.8cr to 3.35 cr located in Kanakapura road. Kanakapura road is well-known for its entertainment and fine dining venues, a hot tourist spot.

Good villa at a remote place. Over priced.very arrogant sales people.they behave as if they own villa here. Bad road.approx 6 km from art of living.

Very good ambience
The villas here are very good. They have a seperate STP. This closed layout has plenty of trees and all the amenities necessary. It is bit far from the Bangalore Railway station. A good place for investment

The location of this project is chosen wisely to provide easy connectivity to all the prime centers of the city like workplaces, hospitals, schools, colleges, and malls; all having a close proximity with the Kanakpura main road. Looking forward to moving in soon.

The project is good on the whole. A big disappointment is no provision of full sized tennis court. Addition of this would be highly appreciated.

Concorde napa Valley is a valley.it offers a lot of valley.the best part about the place is the regulation of the valley.not too much valley.the place is accompanied by shulamit.a local who strives greatness in the valley. I will definitely go back to the valley not just because of the valley but because of the shulamit too.for placing order of shulamit arrive at the valley.then ask for shulamit.very nice. This place is near and green with ample of parks/gardens.

This place is just beautiful. It's like an entirely different world. You have a farm house growing fresh vegetables and fruits where you can buy them. You have close to 10-12 parks here for the kids. The entire area is so clean and well maintained. Though it's in the outskirts it's a perfect place to stay for anybody wanting to live in a calm and peaceful environment with greenery around.

I witnessed Concorde Napa valley, had a beautifully structured villas and the way layout is organised. It has a pleasant atmosphere where its amenities attracts us with the fragrance of its offerings. It layered me with different attractive styles and models of villas which were beyond my expectations. Around 75% is open park and Every chirp in the park gave me a pleasure of mental relaxation by default.

Marketing team is very polite and simple, helping out to meet our requirements fulfilled in every aspect.

I would say this is the best place to reside post work and other activities. Having a Villa in Napa Valley is purely fortuitous.

I have been visited the Concorde Napa Valley with my friend and I really liked the project. The project is offering ready to move in Villas with world-class amenities like home theater, gym, swimming pool. Now, I have made my mind to invest in this property.

Situated in Relatively Less polluted area on Kanakapura Road near The Art of living center and upcoming metro station within 3 kms reach. Polite sales team, overall good experience except it is far from city center as of now.

A very calm place to reside, villa's are really great, a budgeted one compare to buying a flat inside the city, worth to spend travelling to napavalley, having a individual house to be proud.

Dreams villas away from mainstream city life. If you don’t own a means of transport you are cut from the outer world. Very few home delivery services are served to this place. The closest metro station is around 7 km.

An excellent place to live in Bangalore. The 110 acre facility welcome you with most of all facilities for a gated community.

The clubhouse is in completion stage. However the temp clubhouse provides most of the facilities.

Out door games including an athletic track, football ground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, skating, cricket pitch.name any.

The most attractive area is mango grooves, wine yards, water fountain and many well maintained parks.

The villas aesthetically designed and luxury filled. Well layed roads and drainages along with a maintained STP.

All houses have solar. Also generator backup for power. Roads are names well and have designed street lights.

Security staff take charge round the clock. There are 2 main exist, where local people also entering into the property and using garden/park etc.which will be security and maintainance breach. Hope the owners association will control it.

Finishing is the issue. I am staying here for almost 2 months now. I am noticing issues with tiles, filling between the window frames, grouting finishing, external piping casing/sheet etc.

Concorde group marketing people are very polite and friendly. Villas are having a lot of amenities also. Prices are very reasonable and Napa Valley location is also very excellent to move in.
