The apartment is located on the main road with bus stop and metro station nearby. The clubhouse amenities are good. Sales team has been really helpful in providing information about the property.

It has been a journey and truly a great one. We were looking for many apartments nearby and it took us almost 2 months before we landed here and that was the end of our search. Any other apartment for the same or something around the same budget did not have the charm of this. We ended up booking in a few days and Mr. Chengappa was very patient in explaining everything in detail because we were worried about the new blocks E and F had not received the OC that time. But he made sure we were convinced and asked us to make payment only after receiving the OC. From then on it was about the process and for that I have a special mention here that Ms. Nandhini Singh from the CRM team was so humble and kind to answer all our questions and guide us without any hidden intentions as it was our first time purchasing an apartment. Later it was with Mr. Arjun and Mr. Manjunath to get the handover done on time with all checks and special requests fulfilled along. I am grateful to have purchased this apartment and the whole Concorde team needs a special applause for making this journey so smooth.

Owner Review: Dont go for this property if you have other options. Very very poor water proofing and overall construction quality. Seepage issue already started in this new building. No timely resolution. Cramped parking. Not worth the price point.

I had booked a flat and given token advance, but these people sold it out to other party. After 1 month of booking, they are coming up with higher price.

The premises is good, location is great but the administration team is worst Manjunath the person who is held responsible from the Concorde team is making things worse. He let's the local goondas and party members into the premises and let's them to decorate the building with banners. Manjunath is unfit to be given such a responsibility and there is no safety for the residents. Concorde is loosing it's charm by letting all such illegal activities in the premises. No other apartment in this locality is worse as this premises.

I have booked my first flat in Concorde Spring Meadows, all the process went very smoothly. Also at the time of registration sales team helped a lot.

The property is very good, location is perfect as there's plenty of facilities available in and around the property, the salesperson Mr. Chengappa P. V is as good as one gets and his great service was one of the biggest reasons we went for Concorde spring meadows.

Locality of Apartment is nice. Very nearer to Main road. Sufficient parking space is available. So many shops nearby also.

After checking all sorts of projects from north-to-south and east-to-west in Bangalore, after this long search I found Spring Meadows which checked so many of the checkboxes for me in the budget it comes at. With the amount of satisfaction with what this community has on offer I've been incredibly happy throughout the entire journey and the team. I could give 6 stars if it was possible!

Starting with the journey, Ms. Sufiya coordinated right from the beginning of exploring the property and have been incredibly supportive until the very end of the process for all the communications and requests. She along with Mr. Anil have helped me throughout to understand all the processes. Sufiya have been very helpful and very supportive in the entire process beyond my expectations, keeping me well informed throughout. She was very patient to explain us everything about the project. We spent nearly 4-5 hours the first day at the property and were amazed how much time was invested into us and answering all our questions. After hours of site visit I wanted to have a look at the terrace- and even that was arranged with a smile on their faces. I've been to so many projects before buying this apartment and I was left hardly 5 minutes to even check the apartment properly. Big thanks to Sufiya for such incredible efforts.

Ms. Catherine and Mr. Ashoka has been a great support with entire proceedings and finances and have taken care of things to go smoothly at all stages. Catherine took care of all minor, major, special request that I could have in the entire process and helped me get things done extremely quickly and smoothly. I was looking for flat close to school and other daily resources which is easily accessible. Most of the flats around this area are not affordable. Finally, I walked in over this weekend to try with Concorde Nagasandra and it turned out be great. It fitted my budget and as well all the amenities which I was looking for. The Best Budget Place to live joyfully in Nagasandra. With complete Amenities loaded. Best from Inskrits of the Bengaluru City. A peaceful place outside Banglore. There are nearby Places for shopping and other groceries, necessary provisions with a hospital nearby and a Educational Institutions within walkable Distance. Overall a a very peaceful and healthy environment for living.

Excellent location and communication. Building quality is very good with all amenities. Most importantly the marketing team is too good to handle all your queries. Marketing manager Abhilash is very transparent in communication and customer oriented. A big thumbs up for the whole team

This is a decent project, after a lot of searching I decided to invest in this property. The location and local conveniences are perfect. From the features point of few, it could have been made even better but definitely happy with it.

Mr. Thimaiah has behavioural issues. He is very arrogant and rude to people. His actions and the way he speaks is totally unprofessional. Wasted my 4 hrs on this project. I suggest not to go with this because this guy will insult you and will not appreciate your time

Replying to your post: I am not interested to buy even a single inch of land from you. Don't try to fool other people by hiding thimaiah's mistake. His behavior was rude from the beginning. He does not have any qualities of sales person. Give him basic customer service training first.dont you guys see multiple complaints on him in the reviews. If you want to stay blind on his mistake then good luck for your project

This is a great property with very good amenities and wonderful access to the city, metro Nd other services.
Abhilash is the manager there and he is a wonderful person to work with.
Very practical and supportive of all decisions.

Concorde Spring Meadows is an urban living experience offering spacious 2 and 3 BHK apartments that are available for possession within 6 months. Planning to invest.

One star for non availability of provision for electric vehicles. For name sake it is called as smart living space. Unfortunately it lacks provision for a basic necessary requirement viz provision for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Please decide before buying.

When it comes to amenities, Spring Meadows has both indoor and society amenities that are one of the key factors one looks for when choosing their dream home.

Good flats but they say vet near to maana metro Dasarahalli or nagasandra which I don't feel true becoz they are far somewhat around 4-5km

Well support. Closer to Metro. Closer to my work place. Closer to shopping centers. Thank god! At last I found the best at low cost after quite a while in this corporate and rich world.

The project offers 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments with capacious floor plans to satiate the growing demand for quality homes.

I was impressed to see the sample apartment and very much impressed by Sri Aspat Kumar Marketing Executive with the way he explained everything about the facilities etc. Liked the place very much. Came to know about this project through one of my friend, visited the site and was impressed by the show flat. Sales person Mr. Srejit was very patient enough and explained everything to us, showed us around the property to know about the locality, very good location, very near to all basic requirements like hospitals, schools, metro etc. The price quoted is reasonable considering the amenities offered and hope it will be completed before schedule. 2. Value for money- in comparison with others, me and my husband found this to be value for money.
3. Documentation: They have provided all the documents that we asked during the documents checking stage.
4. Regular updates- concorde customer care team keeps us regularly updated on monthly basis on the progress of our flat construction.

I have booked a flat here. Price is excellent for the location. Construction is going on in full swing. They have got a very good system in place. We can get all the information about our flat by logging I'm to our account. Staff is very helpful. They give infirmation whenever I speak to them. Rajat, Pradeep and Rajiv have been excellent.
