Sobha refund policy is not transparent. 45 days mentioned in booking confirmation form but they hold customer 5lac for more than 3 months. There is no customer care to listen your refund issues.

Beautiful property, very large sized project, excellent amenities. I loves it.

Living here for last 2 years but the project yet to be completed. Builder is troubling the residents by witholding the maintenance facilities.

I have lived in this society and this is an amazing society to stay with a lot of greenery and all the amenities including an indoor tennis court, lawn tennis, swimming pool etc. Feels like home

NEVER - Beware of their misleading marketing campaigns. Huge delays, 10 years and still waiting. DO NOT get fooled by their marketing campaigns. Numerous court cases agaisnt the builder in RERA, NCLT, NCDRC, criminal cases etc. Stay away.

Club House is excellent & security is perfect. Lawns are full of greenery & water in swimming pool is clean. Worth living place. But monthly maintenance expenses are on higher side.

Not at all worth all the hype.
1. There is always some pipe burst, pipe leaking somewhere.
2. The facility manager doesn't do anything to the complaints. There is water leakage in parking.
