You have great expectations when you select a property like Conrad and when the staff doesn’t even get the basic of service standards right then you just feel massively disappointed for selecting a particular hotel over others. The overall check-in process was disappointing, food (in room as well breakfast) was average. I would rather stay at Hilton EGL, Oberoi or Leela than ever consider staying here again.
