We ordered catering service for roka ceremony at home. Food was delicious and hygiene was on top. Staff was very professional and apt. Highly recommended!

The team was highly professional. They came on time, setup everything timely without any effort on our end. The staff was polite and took care of our small requests at the site very efficiently. The starters were great! The main course was a little less spicy for our likely but still well made. Will definitely use the service again.

I had the worst experience on 4th Feb for a party where I trusted this team.

First of all, I was sent the name of a different chef and later was told that another one is coming. The team which was suppose to come by 3: 30- 4: 00 pm as committed by them, came by 6: 00 p.m. My party started at 5: 00 p.m. And I had nothing to serve for more than 90 mins, not even water.

Despite my requests and reminder for entire week, this is the kind of service I received. I had never felt this kind of embarrassment in my entire life like yesterday.

After coming too, where I paid for 2 Stewart, I got only 1 who was roaming and serving welcome drinks. After me repeatedly requesting for even 45 mins, did not get the steward to move around and serve starters. God only may know why I paid for 2 stewards and received one active. The starters for adults were not served in time and hence the kids food which I arranged from other vendor got over.

Overall a pathetic experience. I do not wish this upon my enemy too to have this kind of embarrassment after making all payments timely. I made me feel ashamed for trusting your team.

From my experience yesterday, I know that these comments do not matter to this team. This team is only interested in making money.

I tried them for the first time and I am very happy with their punctuality, service, cleanliness, and quality of food. My guests are asking me to share their details. I recommend them and will definitely go with them in the future.

Very professional Catering service in bangalore offering fantastic menu options. We had good experience for a small outdoor birthday gathering for our son. Quality and quantity of food was awesome, and experience with their staff was hassle free. Cookifi team took care of everything like utensils, waste management, staff to serve food, everything was freshly made, there were live counters setup by them. Kids truly enjoyed their food and menu selection, Well done CookiFi team.

Recently I ordered food from Cookifi for my daughter birthday and my experience was not very good. The cutlery they provided were very dirty and it was embarrassing situation for me in front of my guest. Since they take all amount in advance and u are helpless to do anything against it. Even though i informed Navya about it immediately but I didn’t see any action or apologies for it. Writing review to help others before taking decision to order food with them.

Had very good experience with cookifi. Friend who was going to do the catering fell sick and i contacted cookifi just two days before the event. Everything was handled very well. They have variety of options. Chef Bappa was assigned on time, came on time, menu was cooked to perfection at home catering to kids requirements. Didnt have to worry about anything, everything was taken care of.

Had ordered for lunch for abt 100 ppl at office.should say excellent taste and compact packing. Good quantity and economical too. Thanks a lot cookify.everyone enjoyed the lunch.

Ordered North Indian meal for small group on son's B'day. Order placing was smooth with the help of Ms. Navya.
GREAT STAFF! They were very neat and tidy, they used the small place in dining hall to prepare Rotis n Parathas freshly. I really liked their buffet arrangements.
Starters were great, main course and desserts are good (few guests complained about Raita and Malai Kofta though).
Wanted to give them 4 star on food but they deserve 5 star for the commitment of their staff and easing the catering process, will use their services again, highly recommended!

The food was not good if I compared to how it was 3 years ago. The booking process has to improve with proactiveness from the team. A few guests hadn't been able to attend my party. Hence the leftover food was kept inside the fridge and the next day all the food got spoiled- dal makhani, chicken curry, paneer etc. Im really surprised and sad to find food wasted this way. When i enquired about it with cookifi team, im told that commercial kitchens prepare food on high flame so the food gets stale within a few hours even if kept inside a fridge. Pls not this is February and mild winter season in Bangalore. Such an explanation is definitely stupid and illogical. The reality is that quality of food and its preparation has degraded and that's the reason the food became stale even inside a fridge. I had been a huge fan of cookifi earlier and used to tell others, but this experience forced me to change my views. No more cookifi.

Food was average. They arrived one hour late. On top of that.set up takes one hour. The lady on the phone had no clue about the delivery time and address. She doesn't even know how much time it takes for set up.

Amazing catering service! We ordered food for our son's birthday party! They set things up really well. We did not have to worry about anything! Hot food was served and everyone enjoyed the taste of the food! Highly recommend for all types of events!

Food - I ordered pure vegetarian (without onion and garlic) food for grihapravesh. Given the constraints, I wasn’t sure whether they would be able to prepare tasty food. But all my guests liked the food very much.

Service quality - I didn’t have to follow up at all about their whereabouts on the D day. They called me once informing that they are coming and the food was ready on time. Very professional service.

Overall - I was looking for a hassle free experience and I got one. Thank you.

I had a event for 35 guests at my home (Prestige lakeside habitate).
The experience was very nice. The team was there on time, the staff were very co-operative, I din't had to worry about anything. All the guests praised the food quality and taste.

I had utilized their services for my house warming ceremony on 26th Feb.
Booking experience was very smooth and Navya helped me in selecting and customizing the menu. Communications are smooth and easy with fast response from Navya. She was helpful throughout the process and made sure all that we requested was readily available.
Early morning on 26th I received a mail notifying Gopal Singh has been assigned for my order. They arrived promptly at the promised time and set up their service table and dishes. All the service people were very well behaved and everyone appreciated their warmth and gentleness. Food was quite good and appreciated by everyone. Sweets especially the gulag jamun and Ras Malai was exceptional. As promised they brought disposable crockery for our guests who arrived after the time and nicely packed all remaining food for them.
I feel cost wise their offer is quite reasonable, food quality and quantity was good, they were on time, staff behavior is excellent, they are on time and the guests liked it. They cleaned up the place before leaving.
I couldn’t have expected more and am very satisfied with their services. Definitely look forward to order from them again. Great service and good food!

I had cookifi host my event and I must say, I ve had the best hassle free experience. The team is very professional and on time. Food is excellent!

Excellent service. Booked them for catering a get together party of about 40-50ppl. The service on phone by the staff was excellent, they were helpful in deciding menu and customizing menu to suit no onion and no garlic dishes.
The caterer details were sent promptly the morning of the event and the chef and his team arrived early enough to make all starters on site and everything was setup and ready on time.
The serving assistants were very friendly and proactive in serving and helping.
Couldnt have asked for a better service.

Very good service. They came on time and the food was appreciated by all my guests. Many caterers refused to take a very small order for 30 guests. But Cookifi accepted the order and gave a very good service.

We recently booked catering services from Cookifi for a house party. The experience was wonderful. The team was flexible on change in number of guests despite late notice. The staff that catered to our needs was courteous and even though the partake of dinner by a few guest was delayed a bit, Shankar and his team were patient and served until all guests were done. Truly appreciate their services. I would definitely recommend Cookifi.needless to say, last but not the least, the food was great too!

Humanware - On ground Service staff Mr Sunder Singh was very polite and helpful. For there on ground staff we will give 10/10 marks.
F&B - Water can was unbranded and unhygienic by even looking at same. Coming to food chicken nuggets were excellent and cheese and corn balls had excess corn flour which gives a bad sour and odour taste. Salt in chana was against n excess. Pav Bhaji was decent enough.
Summary of my experience: We will definitely not retry or reccomend in our networking circle as we did not find any value considering we need to pay 100% advance and then also food is not upto mark.

We ordered food (veg biryani, mutton Biryani, Baby corn munchurian, Paneer tikka, mutton keema, etc.) for an office program. The food quality and taste were of high standard. We l liked it. I strongly recommend this. I am not sure of the prices.

Extremely professional services and great food quality- Friendly staff - carried their own tables for catering which was an added advantage since we did not have to run behind arranging it - They managed to bring some food cooked as well as starters like French fries were done on the spot which made the quality better

Starting from talking to Shubhashree on call to enquire everything to the Chef who was at the venue who took care of food and guests. Everything went just flawless and smooth. This is high reference to anyone to try Cookifi guys, simply amazing and worth penny guys. Kudos to the whole team, may you all grow to superb heights!

We hired them for House Warming Ceremony (Lunch). The experience was sub-standard. The team arrived 45 minutes late, the stewards were not serving properly and busy eating food. The utensils though was assured would be new were not, food (Dal Makhni) was not fresh (perhaps was prepared the night before), had we not asked and kept ice cream in the deep freezer it would have melted, the waste bins were dirty and they damaged the society road by dragging heavy metal tables. The soup was not served in proper bowls and was cold, the chaas was sweet and not fresh (perhaps stale curd had to be sweetened by adding sugar) and the whole place was left dirty. We had to take charge ourselves and get involved in lot of execution! The only positive aspect was - many people liked the food (other than Soup, Chaas and Dal Makhni).

Thanks to the fantastic effort by Shubha and team for making the birthday event a grand success. Patience of your team in catering to our guest requirements especially the kids is admirable and commendable. Quality and taste of food was outstanding and liked by all age groups. Special mention you Shubha for coordinating this and bearing with my multiple queries

Kudos to Chandraketu, Chef Shankar and the entire Cookifi team to be arrived on time and serving us with best of the delicacies. Not only my guests but the entire company was able to enjoy the widespread buffet especially Gajar ka Halwa.

Everyone loved the food. Such a professional service, in a limited space give to them. Everything is well planned and even given the leftover oil to us while leaving. Ultimately food became the highlight of our event.

I am from Hosa Road (Central Jail Road). It was my sons first birthday i approached Cookifi for catering. It was awesome experience i must say. They actually called me & explained the menu by call initially, than they offered to come to their office and taste their food. After tasting food i immediately booked their service with small booking amount. They gave freedom to change the menu and number of guest untill 3-4 days before the final birthday date. On the day of the party they came on time, the setup and presentation was good. The boys serving we very well behaved and kind. But more important point was at end of the party every guest that came to my party were saying "food is very tasty & they enjoyed it ", they were curious to know "Who is the caterer and where did i find them". I was very much satisfied with food, service & cost offered by Cookifi. I would say try it once to believe it!

Great experience & flawless service. No follow up required, on time updates time to time. They come on time, prepare & keep things ready to go. This is for my house warming ceremony that I arranged food of my choice (including customization) through Cookifi.

We went for food tasting and the kitchen condition was horrible, it was very dirty and I don’t know why they charge so much. The utensils were lying on the dirty floors. The food tables were very dirty. The boiled potatoes were kept in dirty basket. The kitchen drainage was filthy and there were food thrown with mosquitoes on it. My heart sinks and I couldn’t bear that they call themselves as best caterers in the town. Pictures are posted for reference. They offered some juices, I felt puckish and left the place. There is no hygiene officer and looks like they have no control over this.

Their service is very good, staff is very professional and punctual. The food taste is amazing as well. I couldn't expect anything more from a catering service. I would surely recommend their catering service.

Also the food was great and everyone enjoyed it. They were too early to the venue hence food got little cold, but rest all was good. I would recommend Cookifi.
